Dorm room was large, with plenty of showers (fem and male shower rooms separate). Our dorm room had a nice terrace with seating directly outside the room. Walkable to centro

The bed sheet didn’t feel like it was washed / changed for each guest (uncertain but I think it was just a mattress topper rather than a fresh sheet) Beds could do with an individual lamp. The room smelled a bit stale. The showers were a bit temperamental and difficult to get warm water for more than a minute as they kept turning off while in the shower

- people smoking what's supposed to be forbidden in the hostel but noone cares - some streets in the neighbourhood look dangerous - not enough keys for all guests, you need to go up and down for staff to open your room - weak wifi in some areas

The location is not bad, it’s close to Bellas Artes, the Latin American Tower and close to multiple Metro and bus access points. There was always a shower available, bathrooms and the property were well kept. The terrace was nice, you might have to wait a little bit to cook but everyone is friendly.

I did not like that there is no water available to drink that is offered by the hostel. I had to boil tap water, bottle it and place it in the fridge until it was cool enough to drink. I understand there is a water shortage in Mexico City but not offering guests water to drink is inexcusable. Please change this.

Staff was very nice, cute place and pleasant I recommend.

The power sock is not adapted for a pass by traveler like me from europe so it was challenging to manage baterie but peoples at the desk was very nice and allowed me to charge my phone at the reception. The towel for the feet in the bathroom is always wet. The hostel can't control it but somes peoples wake up at 5am and was acting like they are at their home speaking loud and singing preparing themself in front of the mirror.

Beds were okay, lockers big and functional. Curtains were great, tho the rod kept falling down when touched too harshly

The way they organize the kitchen (having to get every single utensil like pot, plate, cutlery from the reception for a deposit) was so annoying - especially since the kitchen is on the second floor and the reception is on the ground floor…

Great place to meet people, the other travelers here were very friendly. Staff were helpful. Shower and internet worked well. kitchen available (but ot gets busy)

The other guests in the dorms were noisy and quite inconsiderate to others sleeping. not directly related to the hostel.

Large room, multiple bed options, rooftop terrace, good breakfast. Neighborhood was outside the tourist bubble but conveniently located.

Beds are very stiff. I could hear people chatting out in the lobby late at night. Wifi signal was weak. Breakfast was decent but was paid.

Overall, it was the best hostel I stayed at while in Mexico. The staff was great. Cleanliness was excellent. The common area upstairs has beanbags to comfortably lounge. The breakfast is a good value. I ordered the chilaquiles (a bit too spicy for me) and the fruit bowl with honey (yum).

My mattress was not comfortable. No drinking or cooking water is included so you have to buy bottles of water - either from them or elsewhere. No individual lighting in the bunks.

The hostel is very affordable and the bank beds have curtains to secure everyone’s privacy. Linen were clean and I had no issues while staying. The staffs were friendly and helpful too.

The only down side was the location. It is centrally located but the surrounding neighborhood didn’t feel so safe to me.

I have stayed at so many hostels in Mexico City, and this one stands as my favorite. The price is great and the facilities are too. The beds are comfortable and come with a privacy curtain and an outlet (no light in the bunks unfortunately). The toilets are outside of many of the rooms, but it is not a problem. There are many common areas (both inside and outside). The rooftop is a good place to be sociable or do work. They offer a decent breakfast and coffee for purchase at a good price. The staff is always helpful and kind. I enjoy that this hostel is outside of El Centro and is easy to get around Mexico City with a metro stop 5 minutes away.

Lights inside the bunks would be helpful. No free filtered water, but they have water, other drinks, and snacks for purchase.
