Facilites they don’t have 24h service l arrived at 6am nobody answered their multiple phones also WiFi was unstable restroom 🚻 at common area

Excellent location in the Centro Histórico. Room was large.

- There is no elevator in the building, making it impossible for an old or disabled person to carry their own luggage. (There are no rooms on the ground and first floors.) - There is no reception or office. All transactions are via WhatsApp. - The lighting in the room was poor. I had to turn on the light in the closet and leave the door open to light half the room. - Hot water in the shower was brief, so every shower was mostly in cold water. - The mysterious, invisible management told me that the water was not potable, yet no drinking water was provided in the room. All other hotels I stay in give you a bottle of water everyday. - This is NOT a hotel. Several troops in a building (República de Cuba, 12) are managed by someone calling themselves Hotel Singular.

The location is fantastic and the staff are super friendly and helpful, instructions are clear, and it feels like a home. The staff did everything to accommodate us.

The rooms are very small, there is no AC, ventilation from the window brings in lots of mosquitoes, there are no amenities such as a mini fridge but the biggest pain was that there was no lift, and it’s on the 4th floor, carrying suitcases was not easy, but Mari was a hero and helped us.

Very close to many touristic attractions.

They rent rooms in a bigger building that has other businesses in it, so it’s a bit confusing. Apparently one of the other tenants had a party during the weekend and it was quite noisy up until late. I booked the place thinking it was a hotel, with a proper front desk and minimally quiet rooms. However, the place is more like an Airbnb. The staff is ok, but you should expect some language barrier.

The location was good, as expected. Easy to get where we wanted. The room was clean.

We did not know that it was a 4-storey walkup, which was a strain for us. There was no hot water. The bed was a simple double bed, not as advertised.

There was no breakfast because this was NOT a hotel with service staff. it was a building apparently used primarily for AirBnB lettings. Couldn't get in or find anyone on arrival. Isolated, cold, not a good experience for a single traveller.

Pretty much everything was NOT a "Hotel experience"

They closed the hotel door and I had no one to contact and they made me sleep on the street and he didn't answer my calls
