A very convenient and comfortable night's stay en route from Tuscany northwards to France. Spacious, pleasantly furnished cool room with nice outdoor seating area overlooking the garden. Nice big, light shower room. Easy on site car parking. Walking distance from restaurants, though mainly closed on Monday evening. Very helpful host.

Breakfast was rather basic with no fruit. The shower cubicle was small.

The grounds were beautiful. The hosts were kind and friendly (and figured out my broken French)

It would have been nicer if there were more places to eat in walking distance, but the bus does come right up to the grounds.

Good and quiet location just outside the city center of Ivrea. Nice hosts, comfortable room and beds, swimming pool and garden for relaxing… Good spot from where to visit the WHS of Olivetti!!

A charming house, recently renovated and beautifully decorated, .Very comfortable room, with all the amenities. A good breakfast. Easy free parking in front of the property. The area is quiet. The owners are very friendly.

First class room with large well appointed bathroom. Charming helpful host with good recommendations.

Just amazing. Very, very nice place. Very welcoming, beautiful, comfy and clean. Can make the room very dark and it is silent. Slept very well. 2 km straight road to the city centre. But stop just nearby, and a really nice pool in the very nice garden.

Excellent breakfast. Host looked after us very well. Nice restaurants locally within walking distance.

Less dogs barking...Can't do much about that though unfortunately.
