Love that the rooms are dedicated to famous figures. Most comfortable bed ever! The French style of the hotel is dreamy. Super clean. Worth staying a night, for sure.

The check-in and check-out took way too long. They were slow and didn't have enough staff. I dreaded going to reception because I knew it would take time. I was also told a face cloth was missing from my room after check-out, but there wasn't one to begin with. (At least I didn't see it.) Slightly overpriced with loads of kids running and screaming. Not very romantic or peaceful.

There are a variety of food for breakfast. The room is a good size for 2 bunk beds with the nice yellow color. My family loves the pool because of the warmth water and jacuzzi that's very relaxing.

The bunk bed is somehow little bit hard to climb. When the upper one move there is some noise that affect the lower bed. I can feel some smoking smell from the bathroom which might came from the air vents. I wish there will be one more chair for 4 people room. As a tourist, I find it's hard to know where is the cable car station located because there is no signage especially for finding the early cable car for golden bridge at 6.00 am. As, a Thai there is some misspelling in the brochure and at the hotel signage.

Fantastic option to stay in the French Village and have guest-only access at 6am to see the Golden Bridge with only about 10 people, which allowed us to capture some wonderful photos. for this aspect alone the price was worth it and I’d book again if coming back rather than doing a day trip to Bana Hill from elsewhere. The family bunk room we stayed in was clean and comfortable and included two adult cable car/ park entry tickets. Beds were very large single sized, perfect for our family of four. The hotel is spread over multiple buildings and we were in the Bordeux Building. Breakfast was included and was a fantastic buffet in the main reception building. Sunworld itself is quite quirky and there is so much to do. I’d advise trying to arrive in the morning and store luggage until check in time then leave when the park closes the following day so you get two full days to experience everything. We packed as much as we could into 24hrs but more time would have been good as there was so much to see and you do have to line up for a lot of the rides.

it’s expensive and most restaurants close at 3pm ish. dinner options were limited to an expensive buffet, the Kung Fu noodle restaurant (which was delicious) or the German beer garden which had some skewers and meat tasting plates. more takeaway food options during the day would have been idea too as we could only see hot dogs (which were very average) or donuts (delicious) for way in the run options during the day. we didn’t want to waste time sitting down for lunch for an hour at a restaurant when we had limited time and so much to see.

Fantastic location among the village for easy access to the golden hands and to make the most of exploring Ba Na Hills. Lifts to most rooms were available. We stayed in Hotel Paris. Buffet breakfast was definitely more than enough! And great variety of choices. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Would highly recommend a night at the Mercure.

Nothing to not like! We did have to carry our own luggage to our hotel Paris, whilst trying to find it. I did see a porter helping one lady, so maybe you can ask for help prior to visit or bring an overnight bag?

Obviously everyone goes here for the location- which did not disappoint. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was fine: mini fridge, TV, air con and en suite. There was a bell desk where we were able to keep our bag on check-out to pick up later when leaving the resort- this was really helpful and well organised. Breakfast was ok - there was quite a lot of choice and it was a buffet style. There was a lot of hot breakfast options (more tailored towards the local cuisine such as Pho)

I felt for the expense, I was expecting something a bit grander. The room was quite small there were bits of 'missed cleaning' such as the previous guests leaving wristbands in the shower. We booked two rooms and in one the air con seemed to be stuck on and the mini heater in the room didn't work.

The French Village is like a mega movie set and you will not feel like you're in Vietnam. Breakfast is average. The room is not as impressive as in the pics. Staying a night to catch the sunset and sunrise at Golden Bridge is the best option and visit sites late afternoon and early morning to avoid the chaotic crowds. Staff is very helpful and ensure we take the cable car fastest and most efficiently, even help us with luggages. On the way back to Da Nang, at bottom of cable station, they ensure we don't follow the crowds for long walk, took us to area where we can get our Grab ride. Thank you to all amazing staff.

The well tended flower gardens and cleanliness of everywhere.

Lack of eating facilities in Ba Na Hills, most closed at 4.30 when the day visitors left. Mercure had a BBQ Buffet on one evening, you couldn’t have anything from the Al a Carte menu, we refused to pay £10 plus for my son 9 years old, he wouldn’t have eaten £10 worth of food similar the adult prices was very expensive with no options. From its original concept of a French Village Ba Na Hills is developing into a theme park with the addition of fair ground rides spoiling the peace and tranquility of the Village.

The best part about staying on top of the Bana Hills is that you can enjoy the place peacefully after the day-visitors start to leave. We visited in March 2025 and the weather was extremely pleasant. Don't miss out on the "Indoor-heated" swimming pool! Breakfast was sumptuous - Don't miss it ! Enjoyed our stay!

Dinner timings to be managed according to the restaurants on top, a bit on the expensive side. We never figured out how to control the temperature in our rooms - whatever temperature you set, whatever settings you try, it changes back to what the control panel wants to do !
