The MTR hotel was the perfect place for me. The apartment was spotless and stylish, with all the amenities I wanted for a cozy week. It was peaceful, gorgeous, and had a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, especially THAU who was the kindest and sweetest person I ever met in Vietnam. The location was convenient, close to the airport, and easy to get a Grab. and there were many supermarkets nearby, I look forward to going back again.

Nice modern hotel,we had a great apartment with big balcony overlooking Downtown area and Ferris wheel which was lit up at night ,great views. Room was modern very clean comfortable bed and had one of the most useful showers we've had traveling S.E.A. Nice pool and gym. All staff were friendly and helpful. Only slight downside quite area but Grab was always there within minutes so getting to beach, river Hoi An or anywhere in city was easy Will stay again on return to Da nang

An exceptional stay! The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with modern amenities and a stunning view. An accommodation very near the airport and other tourist spots. The transportation was very easy as Grab drivers could find it easily. In addition, the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They were all professional and hospitable. The facilities like the pool and gym were great. Truly a relaxing and wonderful experience — highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and outstanding service.

The atmosphere of this residence is absolutely outstanding. The decor on entering will take your breath away. The host is such a beautiful lady, speaks good English, is very compassionate, and shows love from the heart. There is a cafe on site that is ready to serve coffee, teas, smoothies, and juices. At times, you could be honoured to hear her son playing the piano. Otherwise, there is always soft music, pleasing to the ear to relax and enjoy your time. The apartment itself was very well equipped, perfect for people who like to cook their own foods. The bed was like a dream to sleep on. The apartment was so clean and tidy. They provide room cleaning service daily, but also respect if you do not wish to be disturbed. Having a washing machine is also a huge bonus to travellers. I highly recommend this residence...and will definitely return again.

The place: ------ A great place with awesome staff. The staff: ------ The manager, ms Thao, is really nice and kind. She is the life of this place. You must meet and greet her if you visit here. The rooms are well taken care of. You can communicate with the staff using whatsapp and they are responsive, effective and efficient. Perks: ------ They even have motor bikes you can rent there itself. A nearby gas station will help you to fill up quickly. There is a small gym at the 7th floor and a rooftop pool that you can use to relax and have a drink at night. There is a small cafe on ground floor as well where you can go in an order. At night, the cafe is beautifully lighted with a nice ambience.

Breakfast menu can be improved. Currently it only holds Vietnam dishes. However, addind a few simple western dishes like breads eggs and chicken sausages could gona long way.

The location is very quiet and comfortable, close to the airport. The hotel is outstanding. On the first floor, there’s a bar offering coffee, tea, and fresh smoothies. The rooms are new, cozy, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay — including a microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, hair dryer, and more. The rooftop, with its beautiful pool, is a perfect place to relax. From there, you can even watch planes land at the airport. But what truly makes this place special is the hospitality and energy of the staff — they are incredibly kind and helpful. This incredible place is made by people, for people, and I strongly recommend it!

The staff at the property were the sweetest, went above and beyond beyond to make sure we were always comfortable and looked after. They were so easy to get along with, spoke English really well. They should honestly charge more than they do, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was beautiful and to top it off the rooftop area is a must. We swam in the pool while watching the sunset over da nang. Around a 15 minute drive to everything but it was really nice being on the back of the motorbike, felt like a city tour each time so we loved it. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

The staff was perfect. They helped us with everything we need. It was no problems at all. In our room we had a huge terrace where we were able to spend our evenings and meet sunsets. Also there was nice pool and free space at the rooftop. The place is quite near the airport, so from the rooftop you can see how planes landed, and it is beautiful. The room also was clean and we had no problems with it as well. Also downstairs there is very pretty cafe where you can order some coffee or smoothie and always be granted with complimentary tea. One more plus is a private parking where you can stay your bike or car, it is pretty big and you do not need to find your bike every time in lots of bikes. This place is about 10 minutes from city center, not in downtown, but for us it was a great plus as well, because we were able to see the live of locals and see the real life of Vietnam. So in the conclusion I can say that this place in perfect to stay in DaNang
