Came for da nang for one night and needed a place to stay that is not so far away from the airport but still close to some attractions. This wasn't our first choice but due to the weather that day (floods) we had to choose some hotel that looks good and in a location that the driver would agree to take us. This hotel was eventually a very good choice, the prices are very cheap, the rooms are big and clean. Shower also big with hot water. Great view of the city. The breakfast also was very tasty (not so many varieties of food but was enough). Nice pool at the top floor. It was very close to the sun world park, has also a small mall witha very big super market (1 minute walking from there). If wasn't the rain i think we would enjoy even more of the city, but still the hotel gave enough of what we needed. Would return there if i ever step again in da nang, recommended hotel.

Clean. Cleaning people are great. Executive suite is spacious. Breakfast is good but depends on days and You must arrive before 8:30 if you want full choice. The spa bath tub is great. Many restaurants around. Super market next door.

Internet is weak. Sauna is not working. Gym is... Well. The rooms are not noise proofed, you can hear what is happening next door. Doors slaming all night because they cannot be closed silently. Room are spacious but there is not even a real chair if you need to work on the tiny desk. Only one table lamp for the bed. Only one arm chair. Lots of construction around.

I had an executive room and those are gorgeous. I liked the balconeys and the bath tub spa. The room is big but totally empty, not even a chair for the desk, not a desk lamp. I stayed two weeks and could have used more comfort. You can get things but you need to beg for them. The area had everything shops, mall, restaurants.

The cleaning people came or not. The team is really nice but they seem to have no idea of what they are doing. They spend most of their time on their cellphones. Any service is inconstant great one day poor the next. Breakfast could be great one day and inexistant the next. I wanted a view but unfortunately they are building a 8 stories tower in front of the hotel so the view is basically on the concrete tower. While it is ready to get anything you need at the nextdoor mall, the place is far from down town so it is either 45-60 mn wall or a taxi. I think that it is overpriced compare to other places downtown.

It was a new hotel, so it was a nice and clean. The staff and the breakfast were good. The swimming pool was nice as well.

The hotel was good, but the guests' behavior were terrible!! The next room people were watching TV loudly even after 22:30! I called the reception, but the room was noisy again the next night!! And the two rooms in front were even worse!! They were going out and in many times at 02:00 am or so! They opened the doors and closed talking together again and again! I wonder why they don't care about other guests at hotels. I couldn't sleep at night 2 days in a row.

The pool was very nice for a morning swim and the front desk staff tried very hard to be helpful. Handy to be close to the mall for food options as the hotel restaurant only serves breakfast (not clear on the website).

Could have offered more options on the western/continental breakfast table - very average white bread, sweet jam etc. Non-dairy milk or yoghurt would have been nice and more fruit. Staff not very fast to replenish items that were finished. Suggest choice of teas in room. A bit far from the main part of the city but easy to access with e-taxis.

Florence Hotel Da Nang – We arrived and were handed the key card for the room we had booked. Unfortunately, we were disappointed and felt a bit unwelcome, as the room had not been prepared at all: the bed was unmade, and there was a mess left by the previous guest. :( The hotel apologized several times and compensated us by upgrading us to a better room type. The rooms facing the street have nice balconies, and overall the rooms are modern and spacious.

In our opinion, however, the Florence hotel is located in a rather dull area with no real attractions nearby — right next to a Lotte Mart and close to a heavily trafficked road. It’s quite far from the beach, the city center, and the good restaurants. Like many other hotels, Florence advertises that it has a restaurant, but it was closed. We stayed for several nights but only went to breakfast once, even though it was included, as it unfortunately wasn’t worth returning for. In fact, the instant coffee in the room tasted better than the nearly undrinkable coffee served at breakfast.

The staff are really friendly, helpful and considerate. The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. Very clean, rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed daily. The hotel overall has a lovely feel.

Our executive suite had 1 beautiful comfortable chair, as the room is for 2 people and l think 2 chairs would be beneficial. Breakfast buffet was adequate, however the staff were reluctant to replace items that were all taken.

This is our 5th time staying at The Florence. It's so comfortable. The staff are fantastic, and we always feel like we are 'coming home' when we stay. Breakfast is delicious with fresh eggs (your way) cooked for you. The beds are so comfy, the rooms are quiet. It's a nice escape from the hustle and bustle.

The pillows are too soft. There was also some construction noise that started at 7am right on the building, which isn't a great way to be woken up.

Florence Hotel is the best hotel we had stayed in Vietnam; I didn't want to leave. This hotel has everything you need to make your stay in Da Nang comfortable and memorable. If I have a chance of coming back to Da Nang, I will stay here again. The room and ensuite bathroom are fantastic, the view is phenomenal, the hotel breakfast is wonderful, the staff is exceptional, and everything is better than what you have paid for.

It was quite hard to get in and out of the bath tub, because of the ledge, but we managed it just fine after the first night. This review was my second for this hotel, because we came back after we went to Hoi An and Hue. So when I chose this hotel for our stay in Da Nang; it was the best decision I've ever made for this Vietnam trip.

Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail. The airport pick-up service, as well as the return arrangement, was punctual and well-organized. This attention to timing contributed significantly to the overall positive impression we had of the hotel's service. Altogether, our experience at the hotel was delightful, thanks to its convenient location, friendly staff, thoughtful accommodations, and efficient transportation services

The only flaw in our entire trip was their breakfast. While we appreciate getting to know the local breakfast, we felt like there could have been more asian breakfast option.
