It was one of the best hotels I stayed at during my 12-day trip in Vietnam. It was a modern hotel with high-quality rooms compared to others I stayed in, and the price was very reasonable. While it was a good hotel with a reasonable price, it wasn't as luxurious as the advertised images of 5-star hotels.

Contrary to the images shared on booking.com, the hotel lacked a restaurant and bar. Although it offered a good view of the city and river nearby, it wasn't located in the CBD, so you needed to take a taxi to go to a restaurant or elsewhere.

I loved the property overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean daily, the services such as laundry were good and the prices were fair. I loved my balcony view. I stayed at this property for 1 month and my one and only issue was ants. The staff were very prompt to spray whenever I asked but those little buggers were everywhere. They are tiny and somewhat unobtrusive because they stayed near and in the bathroom mostly but nonetheless they were present for most of the 30 day stay. I didn't complain too much because I thought it was probably normal to have such minor issues with bugs but now that I'm at a different property in the same city, with no occurrence of any bug type in my room I believe they can likely work out this problem. I would stay there again though. The ants do not affect my rating. It was still a comfortable, lovely stay. The bed was also comfy. Thank you RHM.

Ants

The staff is friendly and always available, the rooms are clean although some seem more kept than others. I had to change rooms due to an aircon issue and ants, but ants exist in my current room, not a huge deal because they will spray anytime you ask. This is a tropical climate, bugs are to be expected. Overall a cute little hotel, I would definitely stay here again. Beware that the hallways are not air-conditioned, again I respect this because, they don't waste their resources here in Vietnam. But it is worth noting.

There is only one elevator and the staff sometimes corner you in with their carts and garbage. This also takes a lot of time when they stop on multiple floors. Just a heads up that this can happen with only one elevator. The pool is out of service. There was excessive banging for a couple days.

The rooftop view is incredible and the view from the triple bed room of the city. The walls are made of solid concrete so soundproofing is very good. They make up your room everyday. I extended my stay 5 days and went for the double room which was still good although the view is nothing special unlike the triple. The market, about a 15 minute walk away, is great for food.

Not many restaurants right next to the hotel that I would consider eating at - if you are feeling lazy - but grab taxi is very reasonably priced.

AMENITIES WERE NICE. THE OWNERS HAVE LET THE HOTEL FALL INTO SOME DISREPAIR. BROKEN STEPS AT ETRANCE,SWIMMING POOL NEEDS CLEANING AND MISSING TILES REPAIRED, SCUM RING AROND THE POOL IS UNBECOMING AND POOL WATER IS SOMEWHAT SALTY. HOTEL STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL AND THEY EXCHANGE CURRENCY IF FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. I WOULD RATE IT 3 AND A HALF STARS. AN EXCESSIVE UPCHARGE WAS ADDED FOR A 1 DAY FESTIVAL THROUGHOUT THE CITY . IT SEMED UNFAIR TO THE LONG STAY RESIDENTS.

The pool is great! Great air conditioning and good to have a fridge in the room. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. FYI the restaurant is no longer open so breakfast is not available.

Weirdly the room we booked for our family was not available - they said they had “just” seen our booking, despite booking 2 weeks earlier. They were able to find us rooms across the hallway.

Located in a quiet (rare in Da Nang) leafy area. 100m from an amazing Buddhist temple, the suburb is relaxing. Get a suite, higher room and you have comfort and a great view of the river and city. Staff were friendly and helpful, doing laundry too. Great cafes to the right along the river. Tasoha cafe, amazing!

The lower cheaper rooms are good value for money but better to spend a bit more and get suite.

Fantastic hotel! Fantastic service! Everything is in The top! (No restaurant though! But everything else super, The room/suite, The view and The pool! And you can very easy get a grab in 2 minutes around from there! We can really recommend This hotel! And The Price! Like wow!👍🏼💚🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Quiet and chill place, clean and big room. Good view from the balcony in any time.

Only one problem, eery morning around 9am the stuff knocked to your door and asked need to clean the room, even if you want to sleep you have to answer them. They need any other systems for that. And one day was too much noise because the neighbors decide to make the party at 2am, after call to the reception this question was closed.
