The hotel is located in a great spot close to many food options and a 24/7 market. the room was large and comfortable. The bed was a good comfort level. But, the view…. I stayed in room 803. I woke up early every morning to watch the sun come up. AMAZING 🤩🫶💖 for the price this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d be remised to not mention the complimentary breakfast it was a good amount of options and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would 100% stay here again.

The property is a bit old but well up kept. It could use a little maintenance (paint and basic stuff) here and there but nothing that takes away from the experience.

Lovely hotel that we got at reduced price. Ten minute walk from the 'Western' centre of Da Nang. Across the road from the beach, rooftop pool is lovely. The place is clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. Great bed!

I'm not a fan of AC, and the road outside is noisy. But the windows are pretty good sound proofing. Just means you either use the AC, or keep the windows shut, or use ear plugs.. not a problem, just got info.

The hotel has all the facilities you need for a pleasant trip.

The rooftop pool could do with some maintenance in particular the flooring as some of the decking boards were lose/worn. The shower door did not have a seal at the bottom so water would overspill into the bathroom area and the water was luke warm/cold although I didn't raise this with staff.

Good location. Large room (they upgraded us.)

The restaurant isn’t open anymore, which isn’t reflected on Booking.com. And the gym is old and dirty with equipment needing repairs.

Wonderful view, clean Bed, good breakfast and nice staffs

- Room was big and very lightful - Very beautiful view and very close to the beach - The room included many benefits, such as afternoon tea and welcome gifts

- The hotel looked like barely functioning with very few guests, for example, the aircon was not on in hallways - The spa was terrible, where the therapists are basically random people called from who knows where to open the almost-always closed spa

Great value! Rooms and hotel are very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I like that there’s a breakfast buffet. It’s nothing fancy but it’s nice to have.

The kids were complaining about a bit too much chlorine in the pool which made their eyes hurt.

Stayed in the suite on the top floor. It was a great room. The only problem is the soundproofing into the other room. We could hear everything, kind of strange.

Location is great, close to the beach and shops

Just small things.. Like the fridge wasn’t working really well. Water pressure of the bath in our room was horrible.. we had to wait like 5 min for warm water.. Breakfast was delicious but not really varied

the breakfast buffet was really good! Lots of Eastern and Western food, all very fresh and tasty. The view from the pool is fantastic! you can see for miles as there are no other tall buildings around.
