The location is great! About 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 walk to the main tourist area of town. The entire building is elegant, modern and a very well run building. Staff is amazing! Room cleaning every day if we wanted. Complimentary water daily. Very nice Vietnamese breakfast with fruits and eggs. Our studio was large with an entire window wall with lots of natural light, a big balcony with a city view. The área is very quiet for sleeping. The comfy beds, large modern shower, AC, wifi. elevator and kitchen were all great. There is a local street market 7 mins walking with everything you need to cook full meals such as fruits, veggies, meats, fish etc. Perk is a pickleball court next door, HS Market 3 minute walk well stocked and a Full Market 8 mins walk. We highly recommend and will be coming back after visit Hoi An.

The size of the two-bedroom apartment for the family is perfect, quiet, bedding and towels were clean. Dishes, kettle, everything you need during your vacation, two large bathrooms, there is a balcony, the furniture is relatively good. The staff is very good. The beach is deserted and clean, but quite far away.

cleaning was very basic, many places were not even washed. breakfast was poor, we expected more fruits and vegetables. reception may not greet and answer as if doing a favor, this surprised us very much. for the first time we encountered such service from the reception. in general, it did not upset us and did not spoil our stay.

This was not the original property we had booked to stay in but, due to them (original property) not responding to several requests regards our booking, we decided to cancel at almost the last minute and look for somewhere else. And what a great place we found! The location of the apartments is within a quiet neighbourhood. You will however hear people singing karaoke during the day, and into the evening, but it all quietens down by around 9pm. We have honestly never stayed in such a quiet place in a city! Plenty of shops within a few minutes walk, and you can easily get to the beach within 15 minutes. It’s a great place to explore all the back streets which are full of markets, shops, bars, cafes, etc, and all the noises and smells associated with them, and to then be able to get back to your little piece of sanity and quiet. The staff were amazingly polite and helpful, and really can’t do enough for you. The little guy who works at the front of the property (I never got his name) doing all the odd jobs - gardening, sweeping up, etc - will just appear out of nowhere to help with your bags. And he won’t take no for an answer 😀. The breakfast spread is really good and traditionally Vietnamese so, if you’ve never been to Vietnam before, expect to see the likes of chicken and rice, soup, dim sum, etc. If this is not for you then don’t worry, as you can still get the likes of scrambled or fried eggs, toast and jam, and plenty of fresh fruit.

The residense was lovely! Our room was spacious with a large balcony that had a table and chairs overlooking the city facing the sea. Everything in the unit worked perfectly! A/C was great, bathroom perfect, TV with lots of channels in English. Bed is large and super comfy. The kitchen Is well equipped to cook full meals. Fridge is huge, dining table with four chairs, plus a sitting living room area. Overall the unit felt like a nice apartment. The morning breakfast is very good too. The staff are really wonderful! Cleaning everyday if we wanted. Reception very helpful. Minutes walk to the beach, a local street market is 7 mins away walking, plus several small markets near by for food and sundries. Overall the building is modern and well maintained. There is also a pickleball court nearby. This was our third stay in Sun River and we highly recommend a stay here!

It was spacious and very clean. There was a nice breakfast buffet and a chef to make eggs to order. The building is located on a side street a short walk to the tourist district so it’s very quiet yet close enough to restaurants, cafes and bars. The best sports bar in the city is very close. The TV has a good number of English language channels which is not always the case. The WiFi was usually strong with a couple of glitches.

I would have appreciated a lighter cover for the bed which only had a thick comforter. You had to crank the AC in order not to sweat. A comfortable chair to sit in would have been nice. As it is you end up lying on the bed quite a lot since that is the only place you can view the TV.

Nice big apartment , all equipment was properly working. Well maintaind. Breakfast was rich in asian style. Every day changed. Also was possible to rent scooter for good price per day. Near by beach but in quiet area. Rooms looks same as on pictures. I can advice this apartmant hotel. I feel there really good. Small advice for hotel is that in rooms will be good have some small lamps to make night lighting more softer for eyes before sleeping or add some reading lamps ;)

Always is place for improvements. Are there some detalis which cleaning service is overlooking and can be cleaned better, like water stones marks in kitchen, some corners in bathroom. Refilling soaps regulary. But as i sad thus are only details. One more is that breakfast was super, but orange juice was full sysntetic all time. When I am in country which is growing own Oranges and different other jucy fruits I expecting to have juice from them also in breakfast.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned everyday with new towels, bedding etc. The apartment had everything you needed and looks brand new. Staff is super helpful. When you needed something it was there within minutes. The bed is very comfy and it is really quiet.

Two things which would make the place even better: Some cozy lights, like a bedside lamp, would have been awesome. Really dark curtains for in the bedroom.

The place was clean and cosy. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Lighting in the apartment was bright and air con was strong. Toilet was clean and the water pressure was good. Tv had Netflix and we were surprised to discover that there was a tv in each bedroom other than the one in the living room. Price for four pax was very reasonable. It was a bonus for us that they provided daily breakfast. Overall, all four of us were really happy with our stay at Sun River Hotel and Apartment!

Just a few minor things that can be improved on are installing sockets with adaptor so guests don’t have to use their travel adaptors, and perhaps installing soft-closing for the main door (it’s quite stiff when closing it). Would be nice if they consider having bedside lamps in the bedrooms as well :)

Very nice staff and the vibe in the accomedation. Room is just like on the pictures. Location is 10min walk from the beach and 15min walk to the restaurant area.

Not many restaurants close to the hotel (500m or so), but even that is not a problem, because food on Grab is so cheap and good.

Everything was good - quick check in, clean high quality apartment, fast wifi, daily cleaning, location close to beach. Thanks to Quynh Anh and Hien for a great stay!

Would be nice if there was a pay online option via booking.com, property wasn't able to accept my business AMEX card in person so I had to put it on my other cards so paying online would have been more convenient but otherwise no issues.
