The location of the hotel is excellent - within 10-minute walking distance to the old town, but not right at the centre of it where the noise and crowd level is extremely high. The hotel is aesthetically designed to a high standard. The owner obviously made a lot of effort on the interior. Free bikes to use, which is very convenient to travel around the small town of Hoi An. Did not use the riverside bar or the private beach, so couldn't comment on that. The hotel staff are very helpful.

Tripadvisor rated this as a five-star hotel, but Google map says it's three-star. It's confusing. We stayed at Peninsula Da Nang Hotel before to Hoi An, and I'd say the facilities of this hotel probably can't meet the five-star standard, but definitely better than most three-stars. The price, however, is even more expensive than Peninsula on a non-weekend. A bit over-priced. Tourist facilities overall are hype-priced in Hoi An in comparison to Da Nang.

Loved being able to walk to Old Town. Perfect mix of comfort and convenience. My daily interactions with staff - front desk , restaurant crew and Jen the manager elevated my overall experience . It was a relaxing stay with great food and nearby shops .

The staff were the best part of our stay. They were so helpful and ready to help with what ever we needed. Amiee was delightful, friendly and professional. I think she was a manager and her staff was as friendly and sweet as she was. Amiee made sure we had everything we needed with such a wonderful manner. I hope this company realizes the value that Amiee brings to this hotel. Thank you, Amiee!

The only thing we weren't sure of was what we paid. Booking .com and the hotel advertised $297 for 5 nights. I thought we were paying $297/5 nights. We actually paid $1247. It was my bad because after I booked the hotel I never again looked at the details again because I had a confirmation number. $1247. from what I could see in Hoi An hotels bought you the best Hoi An had to offer. $200/night gets you a very, very upscale hotel. I doubt the people that were staying at this hotel were paying $200/night based on the hotel rates in Hoi An. I didn't make an issue of it because I should have checked the details when I received the confirmation. All this said we enjoyed our stay at Little Riverside "Luxury" Hotel. Bonnie USA

Location is great for being able to walk everywhere. Close to Ancient town and markets. Best to walk on the river side - quieter and better surface. River view from room worth it. Breakfast on verandah is very pretty and relaxing. Staff aim to please always. Lots of great eating places to left of hotel back entrance instead of going right to town. Walk easy to Memory Island. Pool on rooftop has lovely views and was lovely in. Happy hour by the pool was a bonus at the end of the day.

Room directly below pool bar very noisy in morning - wake up call 6:15 every morning with furniture being shuffled. Pool area small so often couldn't get a spot.

This is an older traditional hotel Don’t think slick, IT , smart tv Not environmentally friendly hotel, multiple plastic bottles and cheap plastic toothbrushes etc But rooms are big Gym in basement poor as very hot, aircon didn’t cool at all Swimming pool on roof be aware only 15 lounges and often full Shade only on one side Beware of freebies, 300000 dong food and beverage could only be used for arvo tea or lantern making🙃

We are a family of 4, with 2 teenage girls - the interconnecting rooms worked really well for us. Rooms were very well appointed with each having its own very posh bathroom. It is located about a 10 minute walk to the center of town- and we could easily return to the hotel mid-day and go back into town once the day was no longer so hot. We took both the riverside path for nice quiet strolls and the road if we wanted to shop along the way. During our mid-day breaks, we enjoyed the hotel facilities- there is a very cool rooftop pool and a nicely kitted gym. They were able to arrange for us to do a lantern making class and we really had fun with that activity. Dining Tips: the hotel has a sister restaurant in the town center, Little Faifo, which we really enjoyed- good food, nice ambiance. Closer to the hotel, we enjoyed dining in Citadel- fusion Vietnamese, awesome service

Location was amazing, pool & bar was incredible, and the food on the menu was reasonably priced & the pasta was delicious. The staff were very friendly & were able to answer any questions we had and recommend things to do in the area. The bikes are a little outdated, but were an incredible addition - we were able to bike the rice fields & enjoy the sights by bike. The hotel also helped my partner organise a happy birthday surprise.

The cake in the cabinets was not very nice. The buffet breakfast was average.

Beautiful little boutique hotel ( part of group of 5 in Hoi An) with the benefit of high standards and excellent service from the wonderful staff while still maintaining that individuality. We booked adjoining rooms which had huge bathrooms, comfy beds and great air con. Rooftop swimming pool was great. Poolside drinks and food were great. Recommend afternoon tea!! 5 minute Riverside walk into the busy old town centre for everything you want to see is lovely. High quality fitness suite. I would have no hesitation recommending. You can find fancier hotels but not sure why you need to spend more than this!

Very good. Only complaint occasional shortage fresh fruit This is a really delightful small hotel a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the OldTown. The staff make this hotel special . They will always have a kind word and give practical advice .If you are traveling alone you will never feel isolated or lonely here . There is a lovely Vietnamese gentleness and concern for your welfare from the staff. It was our Number One hotel during our 6 week stay in the Danang area

Situated overlooking the river. Boats traveling up and down especially in the evening. A large number of these boats do not have silencers . Noisy!

The beautiful hotel and its lovely staff made it one of the best hotel that we stay in during our two week long trip to Vietnam. The staff was inviting from the moment we arrived and never hesitated to assist us from restaurant recommendation or attraction. I can't thank the staff enough for their professionalism and kindness, everyone in my family enjoyed the stay immensely. We were a large family of 14 people and we booked a total of 7 rooms but everything was perfect during our stay.

The walk to town may be a bit far for older adults but it's very easy to get inexpensive rides from/to the hotel
