Great location in a very scenic tree lined street and only a 5 minute walk to the market and old town area. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. There is really nice relaxing area on the roof which gives you a view right across the town area and is a good place to enjoy a drink or two at the end of the day. Downstairs there is a really nice swimming pool that was very welcome after a day of touring the old town.

Everything in the Villa is new and exceptionally clean and well organised. I really cant fault anything about the place or the staff. Well done to everyone who helped me have a great stay.

We only stayed for one night, passing through but the building and decor is lovely. The welcome drink was a passion fruit juice it was the best I’ve ever had! The team are so helpful and friendly the effort and attentiveness at breakfast alone was amazing. Shower was hot and powerful. It feels like you are staying in someone’s home which is lovely.

When arriving the door to the room is open, so a lot of mosquitos had made their way in. There was a background noise regularly, I’ve seen another review mention possibly a water heater that makes sense. It didn’t disrupt me sleeping though.

Beautiful little boutique hotel close to the old town in hoi an. We loved our room so much, the size, design, temperature, everything was just perfect. We already booked again to stay here 1 more night at the end of our trip. The hotel was super quiet also giving us some nice and peaceful movements.

It’s a small hotel so there isn’t a person at the desk all the time if you want to order a drink or ask a question especially at night. But they are super sweet when they are there and very helpful with anything you need.

Lovely place, perfect to stay in Hoi An. - As I was travelling with a friend, they upgraded us to a bigger room with two huge single beds, which made our stay even more comfortable. - The location is perfect. You are right outside the old city. On the one hand, it means you avoid the noise and crowd. On the other hand, in 5 min walking you are in old town! - For breakfast, you can choose “a la carte” and it is made on the spot for you. This makes the breakfast much more qualitative than buffet style. One of the only place where we had fresh orange juice! - Staff is very helpful and nice

The small hotel was decorated very nicely and in a great location. Close enough to the old town, but not in the middle of bars, so quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and made our stay super comfortable - even brought us ginger tea to our room on our last evening. We had 2 rooms and Gold 1 was amazing ans spacious. Would recommend that room to a couple/friends traveling.

The other room, Gold 2, was very humid, and also the air-conditioning didn't fix that. Would therfore recommend to ask for a different room when booking.

Location, architecture and colors. The room was beautiful and well-equipped. The most comfortable bed in the world.

You had to wait for breakfast and there was no service in the evening to buy a drink.

Absolutely brilliant stay! The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful with anything we needed. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the old town and close to everything but not too noisy. The free bike hire was great for us to get around to places that were a little further out of town and the kids loved the pool out the front. Breakfast was great, a choice of Vietnamese dishes and western dishes. We tried most things on the menu during our stay and the favourites were banana pancakes, Pho and the omelette. We were also given a lovely plate of fruit to finish off with every morning. The room was large and clean with a bath and shower, air conditioning and a digital TV so we could log onto Netflix if wanted. We were also provided with umbrellas for our stay which was very handy in the wet season! A very reasonable laundry service is also provided if needed. We will definitely be back on our next visit!

We stayed at the Villa only one night due to our tour. The room was very spacious and clean in “ colonial style “. Jasmine, the manager ,was super nice and welcoming giving us a lot of infos for our very short visit in Hoi An and organized our transfers. It’s very easy to walk from this place into the ancient town of Hoi An and enjoy the colorful cafes and restaurants along the river or have a ride on a boat. Overall a very nice stay!

One suggestion for the breakfast: there are some choices of continental food for non local people ( no buffet) that you have to order. l recommend to talk with Jasmine directly, as not all the staff speaks English and you may experience some misunderstandings in the orders.

De'colore Villa is a good pick, very good location just a stone throw away from the old quarters. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Jasmine. The room is very clean, comfortable, good water pressure and hot water. Plus great breakfast.

The balcony is facing the back, kind of dark and with many mosquitos.

I like the location, very close to the ancient town. I also like the vibe of homestay. It's a small boutique hotel but feels like home. The breakfast is cooked by the staff and feels homely, fresh. The staff also provides information regarding tours and shows which were informative.

I am fine with walking on staircase but for people who are disabled or cannot climb upstairs, it may not be suitable as there is no lift.
