Hoian Central Hotel is a wonderful hotel! The staff is very friendly and will do everything they can to make you happy. The rooms are spacious and the beds sleep wonderfully! The location is perfect, you can walk straight to the old town. In the garden of the hotel there is a lovely swimming pool where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and cool off in the wonderful water. There are more than enough nice restaurants in the area. In other words: a very good choice to stay during a trip to Hoian!

Located in the Old Town, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we did not need for anything. They gave a great overview of the Old Town at check in providing us with a map showing various places of interest, tailors and restaurants. Very helpful with booking tours. Lovely courtyard buffet breakfast and the pool was inviting.

I drove my bike to Hoi An from Da Nang that day, and when I arrived, a staff member came out and got me parked even before I'd had a chance to check in. Everyone at the front desk was so polite and friendly. And they were kind of expert at being nice to everyone...but they still moved things along quickly: When a customer was waiting, they didn't leave them waiting but immediately spoke to them. The room was large, with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool -- so it was 100% silent at night. The bed was suuuuuper comfy. And the bathroom and shower were fitted using classic copper piping, which really fit the historic motif of the area. Location wise, it's right on the Main Street that people use to move through the historic area. So everything is walkable. Breakfast was good and you eat at tables right in the garden / pool area. Finally, as I was getting my bike loaded up the next day, one of the staff kindly gave me a package of coconut wafters as a parting gift for my trip. Just amazing customer service from start to finish. One thing I can say for sure, this is the only hotel I'll ever want to stay at in Hoi An from now on! Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely fabulous hotel in the heart of Hoi An! We absolutely loved our stay at the Hoian Central Hotel. The room was spacious, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The service was outstanding—clean towels provided daily, and we were even treated to fresh fruit and watermelon juice by the pool. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on places to visit. The location is perfect. It’s wonderful to experience the hustle and bustle of the old town, then retreat to the peaceful oasis of the hotel, just a short stroll or bike ride away. The complimentary bicycles, which are in excellent condition, were a fantastic bonus. We stayed for five days, thoroughly exploring the old town. The longer we stayed, the more we fell in love with Hoi An. Beyond the old town, we ventured out to the surrounding areas by motorbike and particularly enjoyed visiting Cam Kim. We highly recommend the show at the Lune Theatre and a visit to the Heritage Museum—it’s an unforgettable experience!

Hoi An Central Hotel is a little gem. My husband and I had an amazing fortnight staying here with friends. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. They organised everything for us, from transport to tours, lantern making workshops and cooking classes. When I was unwell, they were very caring, bringing me ginger tea and watermelon juice for stomach issues and hydration. The hotel was always clean and all staff contributed to keeping the grounds looking spotless. The daily breakfast was delicious, and the chef certainly knows how to cook eggs and/or noodles to your liking. The pho was also amazing. Special thanks to Jasmine, Rossie and Chloe who were generous, kind and caring. The rooms are all air-conditioned (thank goodness) with a ceiling fan as well. There were enough power points for our needs. When I broke something, it was fixed immediately (with apologies for it having broken even though it was my fault!). The pool is lovely too.

Whilst the bed was huge, I found it a bit too hard for my back. The pool bar wasn't in operation, but there was a drinks fridge by the pool with an honour system for payment. Cocktails by the pool would have made it perfect, as would poolside lunch options, but for the price, this hotel is awesome.

The hotel is on a quiet part of town. It isn't in the center of the bar area but it's very walkable to just about anything that you might want to do. The breakfast food was very good and we were really happy with the atmosphere at the breakfast buffet. We arrived quite late and check-in was no problem. The room we got had a balcony that overlooked the garden, the pool and the surrounding rooftops. The shower was nice with good water pressure, space and hot water.

We had no issues with the hotel. I will note that the hotel uses keys for the room door lock rather than key cards so we only had one. We didn't ask if we could get a 2nd key and it wasn't necessary but if you are planning to go out and go separate directions you may want to consider leaving your key at the desk. We were in HoiAn when the river flooded. Some hotels in the area of the Bars would have required literately wading thru water to get to the entrance. This was absolutely not an issue at this property as the streets near the hotel remained dry during our stay..

Wonderful hotel within walking distance of old town. Building is charming and well maintained. Rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. We stayed as three adults and two children. Pool is beautiful and surrounded by lush flowers. Breakfast is delicious and changes a bit each day. They will make eggs to order. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Arranged a car transport for us to and from Da Nang airport. Laundry services are also available and the clothes come back folded and bag wrapped, very convenient. Our flight was delayed by three hours and they were able to change our transportation accommodations. They let us stay by the pool for the afternoon and gave us fruit and drinks even though we had checked out. The manager also gave my children a box of coconut crackers to take home. We had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended

We were travelling from north to south of Vietnam and decided to take a longer break in Hoi An and relax. We couldnt have picked anywhere better than Hoian Central Hotel and even ended up extending our stay from 6 to 8 nights here. All of the staff were fantastic. Friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make sure our stay in the hotel (and in Hoi An town itself) were special. Our room was lovely (108) and located at the back of the hotel on the ground floor so we also had a private balcony and seating area looking into the little back garden. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location just on the edge of the main old town so we slept well. Breakfast was good and the staff made suggestions for alternative local dishes we might like to try given we were staying so long and they did not want us to get bored. The free bicycles were a great way to get around both the town and further afield (for example, visiting the ceramic village or Hidden Beach near An Bang beach). The pool was nice and had a small number of sun loungers and seemed popular with other guests (although we didn't make use of it, preferring to swim in the sea). There was even a beverage fridge by the pool so you could help yourself to refreshments and simply put the required amount in the piggy bank! Highly recommend Hoian Central for your stay in Hoi An.

All of the staff was extremely professional, courteous, and very attentive to our needs! Lealia was especially helpful wanting to be sure we were 100% satisfied! She spoke and understood basic English. The overall aesthetics and cleanliness of this facility was outstanding! The breakfast was delicious abundant and had a huge variety I to choose from. Location was excellent walking distance to all of central Hoian. They had great suggestions of where to eat, tours to take and free bikes with a basket that you could take all around town and the beach! We stayed on the second floor with a balcony facing the street, large space and still had a pleasant night sleep. If you are one that needs absolute quiet, then stay in I should the back of the hotel near the pool area. We would absolutely come back to stay at this hotel!

Absolutely great hotel! Amazing location and the staff were so helpful and accomodating (especially Rosie!). Location wise was super close to all the attractions but quiet and not near the party scene (although was walking distance if that is what you want). Everything was very clean and the staff helped you book anything you wanted and could recommend specific restaurants based on what you wanted to eat. The room was great and spacious and amenities were fantastic as well. The breakfast was great with both western and Vietnamese options. They let you rent push bikes for free and take the pool towels with you to the beach for the day. Overall, if we ever visit Hoi An again, we will definitely be staying here.
