Great hotel near the edge of the old town. Run by a family, with very friendly and helpful staff, keen to give recommendations on restaurants, ATMs and shops. It had a lovely breakfast with eggs, fresh fruit, pastries etc. The pool was really relaxing and used several times a day by our family. We got several things made by the adjoining tailor next door. 1 million dong each for good linen shorts and short sleeved shirts, and my wife got 2 dresses made for 500,000 each with material she had brought with her. They did a good job and were easy to deal with. We had the family room which was good and spacious for our family of 4 - could have accommodated a bigger family with three king size beds.

We spent 4 nights here and it was perfect! From the moment we were greeted and during our stay the owners and staff are delightful. A very beautifully decorated hotel with a loving family too. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are large…it’s not too big and just perfectly located too 🙌🏼 The pool is big and an absolute god send. The bikes are free and plentiful to ride around town or to the beach. The breakfast is good and varied. We were even treated to a lovely Pho from Vinh on our last morning. The family gave TAN TAN tailors next door. And also highly recommend their services! I wish we could stay another week ♥️ see you next yeah Vinh and An…thank you so much 🙏🏻

Stayed here a few years ago and came back with my daughter. It is quite an intimate hotel. You feel like breakfast is with family and nicely casual. The pool is lovely to swim or just sit around having a beer. The rooms are comfy, and the location is the best. you are a couple of blocks from the markets and virtually on the river that is lined with restaurants. Unless you want to be over the other side on the beach, this is a great place to stay. Even then you're probably better staying here and catching a grab if you want a few hours on the beach

Nothing really. Maybe ask for an upstairs room if you have the choice, as you may get a few thumps and bangs from guests who don't consider others when they hurtle down the stairs. But not a big issue

The property is beautiful and in a great location. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast each morning was great. I also appreciated that they have a bathroom I was able to use to wash my face and brush my teeth in while waiting for my room to be ready since I arrived early.

There was a cockroach in my bathroom at one point which obviously wasn’t good to experience. Additionally, the shower has no curtain or wall around it so the whole bathroom floor can get wet when you shower. The other issue I had was that the owner owns a tailor shop next door and the staff repeatedly told me to go there for clothes. I was getting enough of that on the streets, I didn’t like having it at the hotel too.

The villa and facilities were lovely - the room was big and very clean, there was a fridge and TV in the room, and the window looked over the lovely pool area. The aircon and ceiling fan worked well. The villa itself is a short walk out of the Ancient Town of Hoi An - just far enough to be nice and quiet in the evenings, but there are still restaurants and shops and amenities very close. Breakfasts had a variety of local and international dishes, with eggs made on request. All the staff were friendly and welcoming - it felt like staying with friends rather than at a hotel.

Everything was lovely, but one thing that could be tweaked was that the hot water ran out before finishing showers. I couldn't fill the bathtub more than a quarter before the hot water turned cold. I couldn't open the bathroom window to let the damp out after a shower (may have been my inexperience with the window latch) and there was no exhaust fan.

Everything! This property is exactly as displayed in the pictures- beautiful internal courtyard and pool, very clean and fancy rooms and in a literally perfect location to explore Hoi An. Before we even arrived, one of the staff (Ahn) was in contact via messenger- she was arranging transport for us from Danang airport when we arrived, but I had mentioned we would be getting the train on our checkout date from Danang. She asked if we would like her to book train tickets- as they can sell out. She arranged all of this for us before we arrived and then our journey from Hoi An to Hue was seamless. Really appreciated that they went above and beyond to help us have the best stay and then a smooth transit. Property is just gorgeous- I will dream of sitting by the pool among the bonsai trees for a long time!

I had a lovely time in this place. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel staff is very kind, always smiling, and ready to help. There are free bicycles which are great for moving around the area or for a quick trip. The location is great because the hotel is very close (a quick walk) to the main parts of the old town, however, it's quiet and less crowded/hectic. Breakfast was good, all we needed was there. We purchased a transfer from and to the airport through the hotel as we wanted a reliable option and it was exactly that. Would recommend.

The only thing I can think of is that in the mornings we were woken up by the crowing roosters, but I did not mind it, it was charming. :) However if that is something you are not a fan of, perhaps you can ask for a room with a different location to avoid that. :)

Great location of the hotel and good breakfasts. The atmosphere in the hotel is homely. Huge thanks to the administrator Ann: she solved any issues quickly. For example, we had a non-standard situation: after checking out of the hotel we wanted to go to Bana Hills, and in the evening leave for another city from Da Nang. So Ann organized a transfer for us to Bana Hills and from Bana Hills to Da Nang. Plus we could leave our luggage in this car! In the future, we will stay at the same hotel if we come to Hoi An again.

We loved this place and would stay there again if we return to the area. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the place is beautiful and calming even though it’s in a busy area, and the room was big with everything we needed! The plants are really pretty and make you forget you’re in the city and not a beachside resort. The breakfast was a selection of western and local options, with an appropriate range for the size of the place. Everything we tried was really tasty! They arranged laundry and transfers for us at a great price, and there are bikes available you can take out whenever you want. They also kindly made sure someone was available for us to check in at 11pm for no extra charge which we really appreciated!

The room is very spacious and has nice views over the garden. It’s very quiet, the fan and the air con worked perfectly without noise. Staff at the reception helped me with the luggage as there’s no elevator.

They need to pay more attention on the cleanness and details. The bed sheet weren’t clean but they changed it after I asked. The floor wasn’t very clean I had to wear sleepers all the time in the room. But overall I had good time and price was good.
