Lovely hotel just a short 15 min walk, or 5 min Grab, from the old town. The hotel has a really lovely feel to it! We had a 'Family Connecting Room' which was perfect as we had a huge king bed and our teens had separate beds. Lots of shops, restaurants, tailors, laundry places, cafes, spas close by. Friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely pool, huge rooms. Great dinner menu too if you want to eat in. Recommend doing the coconut basket boats, getting clothes made - we used Ba Ri, 1 Le Loi St - mooching the old town day and night, Dolphin Kitchen & Bar on the beach, eating at Morning Glory Signature in old town and having a coconut coffee at Roving Chillhouse.

The shower is over the bath - which wasn't a problem for us aside from the water collects around the outside of the bath and then collects on the floor quit a bit. If you cannot climb in and out of a bath then this is not the place for you!

This Resort was our absolute favourite! From the first encounter to the week we were there it was all amazing! When we arrived we were greeted by the most amazing reception staff. The English made us feel very comfortable (language barrier in other places made things a little hard) but the check in process was so simple and we were seated and greeted with a tea. We then had someone come and give us a map of the area and explained to us what was around where we could go and what was around to see. This hotel was in prime location if you ask me! Not to far from the river (once we realised we could walk some of the laneways) so we got to see the boats and lanterns each night. All of the markets were super close too, if you don't mine a little walk (about 1km) but a lot to see on the way. We very easily found places around to eat and there was a wonderful laundry close by aswell! The pool was amazing, had some steps to get in and a little shelf that smaller children could stand on. The rooms all had a little balcony and could open the doors and air the rooms (if that's tour thing) they were a great size aswell. We had 2 rooms and both had baths and showere and were a good size. Now to the buffet brekfast 😍 we did not have a single bad thing to say about this, for the whole week we stayed it was amazing it changed each day and there was a great variety, the coffee was amazing the juice was delicious the eggs so fresh the chefs so friendly the floor staff were very onto it, nothing was ever empty or running low. 10/10 every day.

The only minor downside might be the shower. Although there was 2, the one opposite the toilet would create a lot of water so you kind of couldn't use the toilet after (we sacrificed a towel so crisis averted) that really is the only thing that could be criticised. The other was over the bath (personally preferred not to climb over the bath).

HadAna is located in a great area a close walk to the river and located well for quieter restaurants and convenience stores, tailors and a beaut boutique brewery. The entire hotel is super clean and the staff are so attentive. Breakfast was excellent. I used the spa facilities and found them to be very nice with lovely staff.

We booked a room with rice patty views but we were allocated a room overlooking the garden outside of the kitchen. Whilst it wasn’t unpleasant, we are folk who love to sit on our veranda and this was certainly not what we expected. Check in advance you have the room you booked.

The location is good. A little out the centre but an easy 10 minute walk. The coffee shop across the street has amazing coffee and was a nice touch. The laundry service next door was also very convenient. We loved the staff. The excursion person was a little pushy though but they were all lovely. We liked that the family room was on the sixth floor and at the back of the building. Nice and quiet. The breakfast was great and had plenty options for everybody.

The coffee at breakfast could be better especially for a country that has such a big coffee culture. We went across the street for great coffee but it would have been nice if the hotel had it too.

Magnificent hotel! Very spacious room, king-size bed, and super comfortable pillows. Our balcony overlooked the rice fields and part of the village. The common hallway leads to the pool area. Very large and comfortable bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Luxurious pool, with lovely loungers and al fresco tables. Unbeatable breakfast! They have everything you could want. Hot and cold. Fruits, juices, various cereals, many varieties of bread, cold cuts, jams, eggs, and tortillas made to order. They very kindly provided us with soy milk and avocado for our vegan diet. Ideal, quiet location, a 15-minute walk from the center. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and polite. Very happy with our stay!!

The hotel was very clean, and offered a very good breakfast. The pool was lovely and the spar was very nice. The hotel is a small boutique, so it cannot compare to the large 5 star resorts located in Danang, but as far as boutique hotels go, the Hadana is one of the best in Hoi An. The rooms were a nice size and the air condition worked very well. The staff were absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for us.

The food and drinks at the hotel were quite nice but was expensive. It was appreciated that a hotel this size did have a gym, my only suggestion to improve this space is to have a door that fully closes and a stronger air conditioning. As the gym was open aired and quite hot.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, plenty of choice. Hotel room was also excellent, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. It’s an efficiently run hotel with very friendly staff. The bar service is also efficient.

The pool needs some safety maintenance but they were looking into the issues whilst I was there. Also for me I felt that walking distance to the town was too far and there was no shuttle service. But Grab bikes/cars are availability and very cheap. The positives outweigh the negatives and I would definitely recommend the Hadana.

Our stay at Hadana was exceptional. From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive in such a sincere manner. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. I have a severe dust mite allergy and I had no issues here which was wonderful! The location of the hotel is great, about a ten-15 minute walk from the Old Town. The staff gave us some excellent advice on things to do around the area and helped us book/organise everything. There are also some great deals in the spa and at the bar and the breakfast choices were amazing! We loved it here and we would definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay at Hadana Boutique Resort in Hoi An. The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean, well-stocked with toiletries. The dining area was one of our favorite spots—bright, airy, and overlooking the pool, creating a peaceful setting to enjoy breakfast. There were ample vegetarian options, which was a big plus. Staff throughout the hotel, from reception to housekeeping and floor service, were polite, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The overall ambiance of the hotel was beautiful and relaxing, with a lovely pool area that added to the charm. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Hoi An.

The staff was kind and nice. They upgraded our room for free so we are really thankful about that. Good breakfast, many options available. The swimming pool area is good but a little narrow. If you want sun, you have to use it in the morning and early afternoon which is fine. We came to this hotel because a friend recommended it and we would definitely come back.

15 mins walk to the old town. The walk felt safe, even at night time. Additionally the voucher system (if you book that option) is not very well defined. The staff at reception and the staff at the bar had different ideas about who would keep the voucher and how we would get a new one daily. This wasn't a big issue but something to be improved.
