Spacious room. Great location, walking distance to old town. Shower was good.

Booked a day trip to Ba Na Hills through the Homestay, the trip was good but we felt it was rushed. Would have loved more time there. Also, there was water in the room, this has been free of charge every other place we’ve stayed in Asia but on check out we got charged for the water. Not a major negative but would have liked to know in advance.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Motorbike rental is available here (they gave me a new Honda Airblade). Location is very close to the city center.

They don't have an elevator and I had to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor (or 2nd floor based on Vietnamese use of language). The room I got was facing the sun in the afternoon and it was crazy hot, the AC wasn't really helping.

Best room that we have stayed in so far in Vietnam! Lovely, Lovely owner. Very kind, very chatty, will help as much as she can. Family that live there are also lovely. Bed was the comfiest I have stayed in whilst traveling the last two months. Really good size room. Very clean. Bathroom facilities were spot on and also very clean. Allowed us to use their hosepipe, bucket and soapy water to wash our motorcycle, very generous.

We booked for 3 nights at first and ended up extending for 10 nights. The room is incredibly clean. We feel very comfortable here. The neighborhood is quite and the hostess is very caring and kind. It’s definitely worth the value.

Staff were very very friendly. Room was immaculate and only a 15 minute walk to old town. Very happy and tremendous value for money.

The only thing I didn’t like is the fact you must where the provided sliders round the facility and must take your shoes off straight away. This is me being picky it wasn’t an issue to be honest

Perfectly located, away from the noise and multitude from the old town. Great value for money. The host Lan is amazing. Super helpful and kind. The bedroom is nice, spacious, clean and beautiful.

Not a big deal, just bear in mind there's a second or third level and you'd need to bring the suitcase upstairs. Again, it's not a big deal. I can't complain about anything.

Came to Hoi an after a 15 hour night bus and they were very kind to let me check in early as well as a free room upgrade as the room I booked wasn’t ready. Was a super comfortable room and the cleanest bathroom I’ve had in south east Asia. A easy walk from old town but far enough away that it’s super quiet with no street noise. Really enjoyed my stay here, was great value for money

Very nice place for a fair price. Good location, nice and clean rooms, friendly host who can also help with transfers and recommendations.

Comfortable bed, room was spotless. In a quieter area but still lots of places to eat nearby and an easy 10-15 minute walk into the old town. Food prices much more reasonable around here too. Our host was absolutely amazing. Helped us with everything from where to eat to buses and taxis.
