Room: really spacious, it seemed new and was super clean. The bathroom was huge and spotless! Bedside tables and lamps on both sides, my phone was able to cast to the TV so we could watch anything. Bed was really big and comfortable. They cleaned the room daily. Location: we loved the location, it's not right in the main bit which is a good thing as it can get a bit rowdy at night time, it was less than a 10 minute walk to the main tourist area but there were loads of great restaurants closer than this. It was quiet at night time, there is a lantern making class around the corner, a cute cafe next door and plenty of laundry options just outside. Staff: so lovely, always there if we needed anything and always said hello. Breakfast: this was perfect - a delicious help yourself fruit selection (mango, watermelon, pineapple, passion fruit, dragon fruit, bananas), toast with jam, nutella, pb and then you could order eggs any style with mushrooms and bacon or museli and yogurt. Also coffee, tea and fresh juice! Pool: we didn't use it as there is so much to do in Hoi An but it looked lovely!

This is a wonderful family run hotel. Everyone was really nice, very kind, and attentive. The manager gave great recommendations for restaurants, tours, and spas. Everything he recommended was good and very reasonably priced. I especially enjoyed Phan Gia Riverside Restaurant and Five Senses Spa. My room was very spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was large and the shower was great, good water pressure and lots of hot water. My room was very quiet, even though I was on the front side facing the street. I loved coming home to it after a day of sightseeing. It was so comfortable. The ladies who worked there kept the rooms and the entire facility very clean. There was lots of fresh fruit at breakfast. You could also order eggs any way you wanted them and pancakes. Everything was fresh and very good. The hotel is an easy five minute walk from the edge of the old town. I was ill while I was there, and the manager and his family and all the employees at the hotel were very kind and caring. I highly recommend White House Central Villa. If I’m ever back in Hoi An, that’s where I will stay.

There wasn’t anything that I did not like about this property.

The location couldn’t have been better. Just outside the noise of the Old Town, and a few feet from the river walkway leading to the centre. Coffee shops, restaurants and laundries near by. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided, along with bottles of water. Staff very helpful.

We were there for 9 days, so the breakfast was a bit repetitive and we went out for breakfast a couple of times. Some Vietnamese options would have been nice. On the whole, nothing much we didn’t like.

the hotel was very modern, super clean, facilities such as swimming pool and breakfast was great. this is a hidden gem in hoian. all furniture, appliances and towels are of very high standard. we were very satisfied with our stay. the location is perfect. it is close to the town, max 15 minute walk and there is a highly rated coffee shop next door. hotel manager was able to provide recommendations for food places which was super helpful! when we departed the hotel to da nang, I had accidentally left my medicine pouch at the hotel. the hotel manager kindly informed me of this and arranged a driver to deliver this straight away. this was greatly appreciated!! 11/10 stay and would highly recommend. we will definitely stay again in the future.

nothing - stay was perfect

Brand new / newly renovated. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the old town (convenient for both taxis and walking). Rooms were spotless and it had the best shower! Really good breakfast for a 3 star hotel. We were really surprised at how much we liked this 3 star hotel. It was great value for money!

We wanted a twin room and all the twin rooms face the main road. It was a bit noisy for me so I wore ear plugs. My friend did not have a problem with the noise at all. You can request a double room towards the back / pool if you want to avoid the road.

This is the best stay that we have had yet in Vietnam. The hotel was so so nice, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms were also very spacious with a nice balcony area. The hotel location was great, only a short walk into the centre of the old town! The staff were brilliant, always around if you need anything and extremely accommodating. The breakfast was also brilliant, made fresh every morning as you sat down. Could not fault this stay one bit, would highly recommend for anyone who is staying in Hoi An.

Rooms are beautiful, bright, and clean. The hotel is very new and well maintained and the beds very comfortable. Bathroom is huge with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is fresh and delicious with an amazing selection of fresh fruits. The free bicycles were the best we have had in Asia! The location is great, Just a short walk or taxi ride from anywhere in hoi an. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but still a very quiet area. The best part of this hotel though is the staff. They are so kind, sincere, and welcoming. The manager is very helpful and the room cleaners so friendly and efficient. The kitchen and dining room staff always started our day with delicious food and a smile. Thankyou for a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

The property is new. We had stayed for 2 weeks and was very comfortable. The owner is awesome and staff are great. The location was good, close enough to the old town to walk and it was quiet. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom was big and new. The breakfast was wonderful for westerners. Had a selection of eggs to be made any way you wanted and pancakes as well. And 2 toasters were in the dining room so you can make your own toast. Lots of fresh fruit provided as well. It was very close to Memory land to see the wonderful performance. It was close to the quiet river walk as well. Many restaurants close by. Laundry places also near by. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. 😊

Amazing place! Excellent location! Breakfast was delicious make fresh to order with a lot of options!! Pool was great! Room was fantastic, great size and very clean, shower was great! bed was on firmer side but overall this place exceeded our expectations! The staff we OUTSTANDING!! We had problem with our onward travel, staff were outstanding and helped us with onward travel arrangements! We will definitely stay again in the future! Thank you!!

Nothing 10/10 stay

It was the best hotel/home stay villa ever!! So nice and clean and tasteful! Everything was brand new inside, wonderful room and spacious bathroom, balcony with view of the pool, everything nice and quiet. (Maybe if there are people talking loudly by the pool, you will hear that upstairs. But we didn't experience that). The breakfast was awesome, lots of fresh fruit and egg-variations and pancakes personally made for you. The cooking lady was soo sweet! Location is just perfect: away from the razzmatazz of the market and tourist zone, but near enough to be over there in 5 min by foot, long the river. Little shops and a nice bar were just near the house, as well as a lot of restaurants on the quieter part of the river. The owner has bicycles available - for free! And they are in really good condition, as well as the motorcycle he rented out. (That was much better than the one we had before in another place.) He is a bit afraid of talking English, even if he understands a lot. If I come back to Hoi An I would always come back to the "White House Central Villa"!

Everything was perfect! Only the name "White House Central Villa" is a bit confusing, because there is another "White House" just around the corner and the taxi drivers are always mistaken.
