Delightful boutique hotel just outside the old town area. Modern rooms and facilities. Our village deluxe room had a balcony looking over the street. Very big bathroom with all the amenities you need. Good shower as well as bathtub, lots of hot water. Great buffet breakfast with choices of western and Vietnamese food, egg station etc. Affordable laundry service. Special offers on massages and great happy hours at night. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Always helpful. Plenty of restaurants close by and along the river. Just a five minute walk to the old town area. PERFECT!

Perfect place to stay close to the centre of Hoi An to be an easy walk, but far enough to escape the noise and bustle. The hotel is great value, small enough to be recognised and greeted personally by all staff, but big enough to have a huge breakfast choice. The hotel can arrange all relevant trips at a day's notice and the price was 30% cheaper than booking on line. In all excellent.

The staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly and made sure all of our needs were met. Went above and beyond! The breakfast buffet was great, lots of food choices and delicious! The pool area was very relaxing and maintained well. Our room was very spacious and clean, comfortable bed and bathroom was luxurious! Would recommend this place and we intend to come back next time in Vietnam.

I stayed 8 nights here, the standout for me was the amazing staff, they were so friendly and helpful and genuinely want you to have a wonderful stay. The breakfast was nice, lots of fresh fruit and pastries and a good variety of Western and more Asian style options. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was a nice size to cool off in and the loungers were comfortable. The location was perfect for me, less than 10 minutes walk along the river to get to the main ancient town.

This is no fault of the hotel really but I did find the other guests above nosiy, lots of stomping and banging around late at night so I slept better with earplugs.

We had a wonderful stay at Cosy An—so much so that we ended up extending our visit. Our room was spacious, had a warm and cosy atmosphere, and featured a balcony with a lovely view of the river. The shared downstairs area was ideal for getting work done, and the pool area was always clean and inviting. The breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone—from the reception team to the servers and housekeeping—was genuinely friendly and always greeted us with a smile. A special thank you to Stella, who went above and beyond to make our stay especially memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend Cosy An to everyone we know!

From the moment we arrived to our departure the staff were exceptional. The welcome drink was delicious, (Cosy An secret recipe). Our room was light, spacious and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was lovely and we were invited to use this and other facilities free of charge after checkout (our flight was in the evening). It was the staff that made our stay most memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. We were warmly great each time we returned to the hotel for the day, they helped us organise a scooter from a reputable company with not hotel markup and had useful tips on anything we enquired about. A wonderful stay and would recommend.
