The location is so convenient. Easy to get everywhere. It is on the banks of a pristine river and looks stunning. The staff demonstrated excellent manners. They were super nice and friendly. The property is so meticulously designed, decorated and maintained. Every piece of the furniture and the artefacts have been carefully chosen to present an extraordinary experience to the viewer. The room and the bed were both very comfortable. Breakfast options were several to suit all types of people.

Very central location in old town, staff is super welcoming and helpful. Seemed like all receptionists spoke English. Hotel is well lit (we found many establishments in Vietnam do not turn their lights on so lobbies and halls could appear dark in some places). Breakfast buffet had large assortment and was very good. Lobby and rooms are exquisite, wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel was nice and appealing.

The picture in the booking.com advertisement was doctored and does represent the actual view. The river in the picture was wide but in actuality it was just a small stream and lacked cares.

We loved it here. Everyone is really lovely, the facilities are great, fresh and clean and the inclusions (like push bikes) really added to the overall experience. They arranged a birthday cake for my husband's birthday and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Other travelers here were also really nice (which makes a huge impact). If you are a family traveling with three children, you'll even have a bed each for them using the family room (although one will have to stay in your room).

Our room had a view of a wall. This was fine for us because we were only there in the evenings to sleep, or during the day to avoid the sun.

This hotel is truly fantastic and I would definitely stay there again. It is in a great location being a 10 minute walk to The Old Town. The staff are so friendly and work so hard to make your stay a pleasant experience. My room was very large with the bonus of having a bath. Breakfast was great too.

Amazing hotel! They really are shooting for 5 stars, with great facilities, incredible service and all the trimmings. Rooms were big and beds comfy. We were a family and had an excellent adjoining room. Staff were so friendly and helpful including helping us book tours etc. Huge selection of western and Vietnamese Breakfast - delicious. We used the free bikes (including some for the kids) and also did the cooking class which was fun. Both pools were excellent - quite nice to have the option (we used the roof top at night, and lower one during the day as it had great shade). There was even a gym and kids club and free shuttle to An Bang beach. And it was exceptional value for money - suspect that won’t last long as others hear about this place (it is pretty new).

1km walk from the edge of the old town was right on the limit of what we could manage late at night carrying two tired kids…. No fault of the hotel, and once we worked out the bikes and how to take the back roads, it was no issue. Cabs are only 30-50k (but one night no one would pick us up as it was busy and too small a fare)

Very good value for money. The staff and amenities were great. The rooms were big, great for a longer stay. I would recommend anyone the stay here

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and all the staff were very friendly. Our room was beyond comfortable and enjoyed and the staff cleaned it up every day which was super nice, We ordered the room service a couple of nights and it always came very fast and was delicious the rooftop pool was very refreshing and I also got a massage at their spa which was my favorite, one of the best massages I’ve had. We throughly enjoyed the free bike rentals from the hotel which made seeing the city super easy. Being greeted every time we left and came back really made us feel at home. the staff really loves their job and it showed. The lady at reception even gave us a parting gift so we always remember our stay there. I would recommend this place a thousand times over Thank you!!

I have never felt so cared for at a hotel. From the moment we walked in, all of our needs were met friendly smiles and we lelt so welcome. As vegetarians, it can be harder to find options - the breakfast team made sure we had everything we need and reception (who speak great English) had plenty of great Vegan restaurant recommendations for the local area. It has been my favourite hotel stay in Asia and we would deninitely return. Thank you to the entire Babylon team who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable..
