Cannot fault this hotel at all. The rooms were spacious, great WiFi and gorgeous decor with Greek vibes. Every morning our room was cleaned the minute we left with fresh water and towels left for us. The hotel has a gorgeous little pool spot with bed options in the sun and shade. What really makes this hotel is the staff they are AMAZING, the friendliest staff we have ever had in any hotel in Vietnam, they offered us and all hotel guests free bikes to get into old town and also so kind when entering or leaving the hotel. The organised cooking class/ coconut boat trip for us which was amazing and also warned us about any possible scams such as to only buy tickets from certain people for the boats in hoi an old town. The staff even recommend good places to eat around both local food and western and all spots recommended were really good. Definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we’re ever back.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel itself is excellent; very clean, comfortable, and extremely well located. Everything was just perfect! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and were always ready to assist with a smile. One of the best things about this hotel is that they offer transportation services and organize excursions at extremely affordable prices much cheaper than Grab or the average rates in the area. Thanks to them, I was able to explore so many places without worrying about the cost. They also gave me great recommendations and guidance on where to go and what to do. A huge thank you to the whole team for their warmth, generosity, and professionalism. You are truly wonderful!

I loved every single thing about this hotel, especially the staff. The staff organised a car for us from our previous destination and also helped us with recommendations for food/activities. They were the friendliest people I've ever come across and so accommodating and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The location is perfect with restaurants/shops nearby, and the hotel also offers free bicycles to take out and head to the old town! The room was so spacious with a really comfortable bed and pillows.

The guesthouse itself is cozy and welcoming, with comfortable rooms that are tastefully decorated and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions I had. Comfortable bed and linens made for a great nights sleep. The room was serviced daily and was always clean and fresh. The bathroom even though small is adequate with great water pressure from the shower with shampoo and soaps provided. A great location for accessing the town or enjoying a leisurely ride, on the free bicycles provided, into the rice fields or towards the beach. There are food options close by should you choose to walk. Overall, I highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight of our stay, but the entire experience was fantastic. The facilities are as shown in the photos. The price point fits the quality of this hotel. If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming guesthouse with a beautiful pool, then look no further than this wonderful establishment. I would go back!

Very helpful owners , they booked us a couple of tours , crab boats and lantern making , Greatwater pressure in shower although no place to hang your towels Very nice pool - unfortunately it rained alot while we were there and we couldn't make full use of the pool It's a great location , very close to a lot of bars restaurants, and only a 10 minute walk to old town and there are lots of tailors and leather workers all around The trading markets for food and essentials are close and a lot of fun

the property is absolutely beautiful, the flowers and trees and the whole design is absolutely gorgeous, we loved our stay here, the staff/family that lived there were super super friendly and welcoming and they gave us lots of recommendations of food places/tailors etc. we got our room freshened everyday, and it was very clean.

only 2 things, it is abit far from the main town, we had to get grabs which wasnt bad only about 60vnd. At night (past 10pm) you would have to wake a poor old man up to be let in reception as everything was locked. they should really change the system of this we felt really bad .

We had an amazing time here. The staff were so friendly. Excellent value for money. Beautiful pool. Comfortable bed. Super clean. Bicycle and scooters available. Good location - 15min walk to old town but lots of cafes and restaurants in surrounding area. Strong WiFi.

The upper rooms let so much light in - which is wonderful during the day, but darker curtains would avoid being woken up very early by light.

It was quiet and peaceful with a lovely pool that was never busy, served a good range of food for breakfast and was very well located for restaurants night life and the old town. The real selling point for this villa is the staff. ‘My’ the owner is excellent, speaks good English and goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need, including restaurant recommendations and tours. I will certainly be recommending Santorin Villas to friends who are looking for good, clean well priced hotels with friendly local staff.

Not very much really-it’s not five star but you certainly aren’t paying five star prices . Great value for money.

This is a nice boutique hotel with very friendly and welcoming owners, who always want to give you the best experience. My is very helpful, speaks good English and helped us organise different transports. The swimming pool is very good to swim and relax in, there are plenty places to lounge in, during our stay we were almost the only ones who used them. They served very good ice coffee. The location is 20 min on foot to the city, there are grocery stores and great cafes nearby, one of the best breakfast cafes(Nourish eatery) is about 100 m. If I would stay again in Hoi An, I would definitely come back!

The staff were brilliant. Having arrived early after an awful experience on a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, we were desperate to get into our rooms. My girlfriend was also severely sleep deprived. The staff saw this and My (who was brilliant throughout our stay) was able to check us into another room early to ensure my girlfriend got the rest she needed. My was also hugely helpful in aiding us with our washing and helping us book a taxi to Da Nang once our stay finished. My and all the rest of the staff elevated our stay in Hoi An and made it really special. Could not recommend this place enough.

The main issue is the location of this hotel. It’s about a 20 minutes walk into the old town. However that does mean it’s quiet and the walk is literally a straight line.
