The staff at Ivy Villa are extremely helpful offering services such as a list of things to do and places to visit which is great for first time visitors. Additionally, the hotel staff were very helpful in booking car services to and from Danang and tickets for the Hoi An Memories show. The room and facilities are good, with great value for money. Lastly, the location of the hotel is about 1.5km from the old town center but is located on a quiet and safe street which is a good getaway as old town is very noisy.

The swimming pool was cloudy but the team did some cleaning which made it good.

I really appreciated how clean the room was, and the bed was super comfortable. It had everything I needed, and the air conditioning was perfect—it kept the room cool without drying out the air. Since I was traveling and working, I would have preferred a slightly larger desk, but it still worked fine. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. One day I had a stomach ache, and they were so caring—checking in on me and even offering to get medication. They also remembered how I like my fruit prepared and made sure it was served just the way I liked it every time. The food is also very good there! The pho was the best in the morning. Also the hotel manager was very kind and flexible to adjusted my dates due to my sickness and being incapable to travel.

The location was a bit far from the Old Town. Since the weather was extremely hot during my stay, walking 30 minutes in the sun wasn’t really an option, which made me more dependent on using Grab.

One of the best hotels I’ve been staying at! Clean and nice rooms with the softest bed. The breakfast was super nice and you could borrow bikes for free. The staff were incredible, super helpful and accommodating. We like them all but especially Nam that helped us with all kind of things. Planning and booking trips, drove me to the pharmacy to buy medicine, gave us recommendations and helped us with all our questions. We were so satisfied that we added to extra nights. Without a doubt the best hotel staff I have ever met!

I don’t really have anything negative to say about this hotel. It is a bit further from the city center/old town but it’s nice if you want to stay in a bit calmer area and we still walked in to the city every night without any problems.

I could not recommend this place enough! Nam was amazing, he was friendly, accomodating, gave us a lot of great recommendations and helped us book a number of tours. The accomodation was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was great fun. The breakfast was also amazing. It was around a 15 minute walk into the old town, but a 2 minute bike ride so the location was definitely convenient m. Thank you so much Nam and to all the staff!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Nam in particular went out of his way to offer advice and help us book activities and transport around Vietnam. He booked us a sleeper bus to our next destination and was available over WhatsApp to help us even after his shift was finished, he spoke excellent English. We were offered a room upgrade which was amazing, large and clean room with comfortable bed.

Although location is walking distance from ancient town in 36 degree celsius walking or even biking is not attractive in the high heat. We relied on taxis to get anywhere, which was a downside, although there are some restaurants and shops within 5 minute walk and you can borrow a bike or umbrella with no problem. Breakfast was mediocre.

This property is great value for money, we booked a twin room on the ground floor with patio doors. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is really good, you have to pre order the day before but if you change your mind the next day that’s fine. The team work really hard to make sure you have a good time in Hoi An and arranged tickets and trips for us. We particularly like that they offer guests free bikes to use. The location is a little out of tiên do we used the bikes everyday to get to the old town or he beach. We really enjoyed our stay,

Our ground floor room had patches of damp on the walls by the floor. This wasn’t a problem for us and didn’t affect our stay but I suggest you get rooms on the higher floors if this would concern you. When you learn about Hoi An, it’s climate and wet season flooding you realise that this is just part of living in this town.

We loved staying at Ivy Villa! The hotel is located a 1.5 km walk from Old Town, Hoi An. It’s easy to get a Grab and we were happy to be staying in a quieter area. The hotel is very comfortable and the pool is lovely. The staff is exceptional! Nam’s help with planning our stay from helping us select activities to our onward travel, he booked everything for us. His knowledge of not only the Hanoi area but of the country was invaluable. The breakfast was awesome! Every staff member was dedicated and friendly. We would highly recommend Ivy Villa and will definitely return!

It was a really lovely, clean hotel with such lovely staff. The pool area was nice & there was a good breakfast selection. We really liked the room, the bed was so comfy and the bathroom was a good size and we had a nice balcony. Nam was extremely helpful & so kind to us during our visit, thank you Nam :) For us personally it wasn’t a problem, but it’s about a 20 minute walk into the centre. The walk is very pleasant but what we really liked is that there are also bikes supplied by the hotel free of charge if you prefer to cycle. The hotel also arranged for us to do some of the activities from there with pick and drop off included which was really handy. Overall, we were really pleased with our stay here and would definitely stay again!

What a great place to stay! Nam and his team were excellent. Nam kindly booked everything I wanted and gave great suggestions throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Nam also arranged a takeaway breakfast for us when we were up early for full day tours. Some people may think it is a bit far from the old town, but I like a walk and there are free bikes guests can use also if they wish. Will definitely stay here again as great value for money and great staff with a cosy room. Thank you!

We couldn't have been any more happy with our stay at the Ivy Villa. Highly recommend it. Not too fat to walk to Old Town and only mins in a car. Nam is the most beautiful, friendly and helpful host we had during our trip. The villas as private yet right where you want to be. The pool is fantastic. Nam organised all our tours for us, answered any questions we had, greeted us every morning, he is genuinely interested in what your plans are for that day. Breakfast is amazing you must have their signature banana pancakes. Rooms are great sizes, your room is done every day all staff are amazing. They have bicycles for your use as well
