Staff were very friendly and always happy to help

No toilet door on the bathroom. It’s just a curtain - weird (no privacy). You have to pay for any extras - Ice and Ice bucket. I replaced the one beer from the mini bar with 4 additional beers and 1 Coca Cola and they were chasing me out of reception for less than £1. I felt like going back to the room and tipping away the excess drinks that I left at my cost. No ironing facilities available you have to pay housekeeping to iron clothes. Approximately £1 an item.

My stay at Hoi An Rosemary Boutique Hotel was an absolutely delightful experience—truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The pool area is a little slice of paradise—so nice and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings that make it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff deserve the highest praise: they go above and beyond to make every guest feel special, from the personalized recommendations at check-in to checking in on us every day to ensure we were completely comfortable and happy. Their attention to detail, kindness, and generosity truly made my stay unforgettable. I am honestly so grateful to them for their exceptional service and hospitality. They made my trip to Hoi An even more magical than I could have imagined, and I just can’t thank them enough for everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an experience that’s more than just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for and welcomed like family. Only some food and cocktails weren’t so good at the restaurant

The Rosemary Boutique Hotel & Spa has been my favourite place to stay during my 2,5 months travels through South East Asia. Everyone was superfriendly and I got a free roomupgrade to a beautiful suite looking out over Hoi An. The breakfast is great and the swimming pool is a beautiful area that makes you think you’re somewhere in France. What made the stay extra special for me, is that everyone seemed to know which room I was staying in or knew my name. As a solo traveler, that made it feel very welcoming and warm… I even booked a few extra nights. Thanks so much for having me. I hope I come back some time!

We loved our stay here. Our room was clean and spacious, bathroom had a walk-in shower plus huge tub. Breakfast buffet excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Its an easy walk into the ancient town. After checkout we were able to leave our bags with reception until our late afternoon pickup. We even returned for a refreshing swim, shower and lounge beside the pool before we had to leave. This is a gem of a hotel.

Very kind, accommodating staff. Lovely garden/pool area. Part of a larger complex worth exploring. Was given a choice of room options.

A shuttle to the old town would have been great, along with a filtered water station. Internet connection was very sketchy though staff tried very hard to fix.

The hotel is wonderful just enter by the you breathe tranquility and peace people excellent services the very large clean room with giant stone bathtub overlooking the garden and spectacular pool and quality price spectacular The very attentive and professional staff a greeting from Mallorca in 2months I will return 🌄

Because there was a thunderstorm during our stay, two of our rooms were having water leakage from the toilet bowl and from the table where the kettle was placed. Not a pretty sight. I was given the use of an iron but it would have been nice to have an ironing board available too. Otherwise, we're satisfied with staff performances ... and very pleased with the clean rooms.

Beautiful hotel where we spent a couple of days. Amazing staff, always helpful, sharing with the best food options in Hoi An. The room was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Very good pool and surrounding area. A decent breakfast was included.

Light and airy rooms with a nice view over a decent size pool. Comfortable bed and enjoyed having a bath in the bathroom as well. Excellent buffet breakfast with a variety of food choices. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and eager to help in any way.

The weights and gym equipment area was small and dated.

There was a good choice for breakfast. It was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could borrow bicycles.

It was a bit further out then we thought however it was very easy to get a taxi into town
