Very welcoming small hotel who upgraded us for free and were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was lovely and the pool is a decent size. Staff, particularly Bao, were great and extremely apologetic about a noisy party next door one night, bringing us a gorgeous fruit platter. Bikes are available free which makes getting around much easier.

The breakfast was good but the coffee was disappointing and there was no real bar or restaurant service in the evening when we were there.

This hotel has been the best we've had in Vietnam so far. It's so luxurious, has big rooms, and is such great value. We loved the beautiful bathroom, comfy beds, balcony, and room facilities. The pool is great, too. Amazing choices for breakfast, and the biggest buffet we've seen.. It's only 2km from Old Quarter. Use free bicycles, walk, or catch a GRAB. We have been spoilt from the moment we arrived by the front desk staff & hotel staff. Thank you! It's my daughters birthday and they surprised her with a b'day cake & rom decorated. Wow, so special. Highly recommend this hotel 👌

I took here my fiance because she loves princess vibes and castles. The acomondation made us feel like in a fairytale and gave us romantic vibes which is excatly what we hoped for. Our room was very pretty, spacious and smelled good. We had a pool view and the apartment furniture looks historical. The staff was reaaaally friendly and kind, asking us everyday while breakfast how did we sleep, if everything is fine etc and they were always smiling. One day we could not fall asleep because of a loud party noise coming from another hotel next to this one. We went to the reception to ask whether it is possible to do something about that. The staff was very helpful and kindly moved us to another room on the other side of a hotel for that night so we could fall asleep. The breakfast was good, a lot of to choose from. We received an half hour free foot massage instead of free taxi to airport (which we did not need). There are bicycles to borrow for free.

The apartment is not fully sound-proof, you can hear noise from the coridors (room cards beeping etc.) and outside.

Large comfortable rooms in a garden setting, and very quiet. This was our second visit and all aspects seem to have improved, especially the now excellent breakfast. It’s a short Grab ride (US$1.50) from the old town, which is a quiet relief in itself, but is also on the way to An Bang Beach, a highly recommended must-do day trip. Everything is immaculately clean, beautifully managed and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful.

We arrived to find a leakage from the AC, but the staff responded immediately and were incredibly helpful. Since no other rooms were available, they upgraded us to a room at their sister hotel, Rosemary Boutique Hotel. The staff were outstanding, especially Phuong, the hotel manager, who took exceptional care of us after the unfortunate start. Thanks to their incredible hospitality, we ended up extending our stay by five extra nights! This is truly the place to stay in Hoi An.

I liked everything about this place.

Wish we could have stayed longer in Hoi An Garden. Its just a very very comfortable, relaxing place to be after walking around in Hoi An and back to the room. The pool is great, the breakfast was expecially declicious, complete, and nutritious. The staff!! they are definitely excellent!

This place was a dream! We ended up here after leaving another hotel due to mildew in the rooms, and it was such a welcome change. The hotel itself is stunning, with well-maintained gardens and a beautiful pool—our kids loved it. The staff were exceptional, always going the extra mile. When our kids got sick, they were incredibly attentive and helpful. Plus, they even surprised my partner with a birthday cake at breakfast! Definitely the best stay we had in Vietnam

Everything. I booked by mistake thinking it was in Da Nang. The room was unbelievable and the service of the staff was so lovely. I ended up staying longer. This is the most relaxed I have felt my whole trip. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and very very reasonable price for what you get. Massivly recommend!! Also the most comfortable bed I have slept in in the whole of Asia.

The facilities were fantastic and the location is great but more than this the staff were simply amazing. They all went above and beyond for our family. When you are there you feel like you are a world away from the business of Hoi An and Old Town it is a great escape and a great family experience. We were treated with drinks on arrival and every member of staff had a smile and made you feel so welcomed. We will definitely be going back there on our next Hoi A venture.

The garden was beautiful, great location, rooms very tidy and clean and well presented, the breakfast was delicious and had a large selection, the staff were amazing, very helpful had great customer service we felt very well looked after. We did the cooking class and can highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!
