The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to look after us. They didn't have any bicycles with a child seat so they managed to source one and fit it for us so we could go out with our 4 year old. The room was massive and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection of different options. The hotel is quite new so there were lots of things in the rooms that were well thought out and nicely presented. The location was perfect for us as equidistant between the old town and beaches so it was easy to get to most places we wanted on bike or Grab.

We loved this place! It felt utterly luxurious. The room was spacious and beautiful, the pool area was incredible and it was so pretty with all the hanging foliage over the balconies. The breakfast was comprehensive with everything you can imagine on offer. The staff were helpful and kind and even let us check in early. It is a little bit out of the main touristy bit of the old town, but we quite liked that. There are still plenty of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores etc around. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The only minor thing was there was a bit of machinery noise from work being done on one of the days we were visiting, but that's neither here nor there.

The place was so cute, the pool, the bathtub, and our balcony were great. They have free bikes you can take every day and we rode them everywhere. It was a 15 minute ride to Old Town and 20 minutes to An Bang Beach on bikes. Old town is also walkable in 30 minutes. It was great to be away from the touristy and noisy area of Old Town. The staff were incredibly helpful and made great breakfast that was included. We rented a scooter through the hotel for the day, very affordable. We stayed for four nights and didn't want to leave.

Nothing, we loved this place. If I have to list something, the bar across the street plays the same 90's club mix every night, including the song "Coco Jambo", but usually not too late.

Excellent hotel, and great location. It lays just outside the city center, away from noise and traffic, but close enough for a walk or bike ride! Bikes are free to rent from the hotel which is a bonus. Clean and comfortable rooms. Swimming pool and hotel area very relaxing. Beautifully decorated hotel area and rooms. Many different activities are offered. Great and quick scooter rental from the hotel provided. The hotel staff are very warm hearted and always try their best to meet guests requirements. They have a lot to offer and I think this hotel suits for all travelers in all ages. I liked it that much so I kept extending my stay. I can recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Early check in was possible, a great bonus. Good breakfast, the location is a bit on the side from the old town, but it's near market, and its a nice walk to the hotel. There is no elevator, but the staff is helping with the luggage.

In one room was the mould smell, its improved after the extensive air con use in dehumidifier option. Rooster make sounds not only in the evening, but during the night too :)

The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to easily reach Hoi An Old Town within a short bike ride. We appreciated the complimentary bike rentals, which made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. Despite its proximity to the bustling Old Town, the hotel was situated in a quieter neighborhood, providing us with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Comfortable hotel in a fairly quiet location. Easy walk to the old town and close to some great cafes and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the spa associated with the hotel is where we had the best massages of our trip to Vietnam and they offer a discount to hotel guests. We made good use of the free bikes to explore the nearby fields and to visit the beach.

I had great time staying in Royal Mansion Hotel for a week. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I got my toe injured from snorkeling, they were very quick to find me the medical kit. Also almost everyone working there speaks some good English. If you want to cycle around, they can lend you a bicycle for free. I would definitely recommend others traveling in Hoi An to stay here.

This is frankly a 5 star property for the staff hospitality. We are vegetarians from India, staff helped accommodate us for local food tastings and for day trip bookings. We were able to see Memories of Hoi An, a beautiful poetic representation of the city, that was very moving on their recommendation, before coming I didn’t know about the show. The rooms are nice, spacious and airy, spa services are good. So anywhere in the world for me there is one place in Jodhpur and one in Vietnam which is Royal Mansion which was so kind and so gracious.Highly recommend the property
