We had a great stay for 6 nights at the hostel. Flower the owner of the hostel is the best! She will take care of all your questions, needs and problems. Make sure to not book the standard room but one above, there like worlds apart. Apart from the basic rooms you don’t feel like in a hostel, and with the kind service of Flower we had a much better experience than in many 4-star hotels. The scooters weren’t the best, but needed as the distance to the center is about 2 km and with 150k rather on the expensive side. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend the hotel, it offers the best value for money you can get here in Hoi An.

Motorbikes could be better.

Wonderful, we will be back next year! In this price range, the best hotel and best value we've stayed at in 15 years of travel in SE Asia. Originally booked 4 nights, extended to 9. Pool sparkling clean and a good size and depth, with no restrictions in terms of hours, as far as I know. Deluxe room very spacious with desk and chair, additional seating area with coffee table, 2 wrought iron chairs on balcony. We were able to view all the rooms, and the deluxe rooms are new, more modern, and all have western-style bathrooms (separated shower so the whole room doesn't get wet). However, all the rooms offer great value - clean, spacious, with fridge, and the pictures are exactly what you get, Breakfast copious-chilled fruit, fresh juice, coffee/tea, yogurt, little pancakes, and choice of main course (6 options). The best breakfast we've had in SEA-definitely more than most people can eat but we are not most people! Also appreciated that breakfast was served in an attractive area with view of the pool, shaded and with fan (it was very hot when we were there). Staff always available & helpful. Manager Thuong speaks English, others do not but translation apps make things easy. Thuong responded immediately to texts and was helpful when I was sick with a cold. Everything you need in immediate area-ba le daily market, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Bikes are brand new. 15-20 min to ride to Japanese Bridge, or go the other way to Cua Dai beach (stop on the way at Thuc Quyen Coffee for the BEST iced coffee!). Restaurant tips: Nhan's Kitchen has AC and is less than a 5 minute bike ride away- the snapper in banana leaf and pork spare ribs are fantastic! On An Hoi, visit Hi Restaurant - it's rustic but so cheap and delicious. We love the banh xeo. For western food, Weavers is the best - they have locations on Hai Ba Trung and at An Bang beach. At all 3 places, the owners remember us every year...so nice.

Chairs on balcony were not comfortable, but at least there were chairs! A few hooks to hang things (towels, wet swimsuits) would be good...or else more hangers. I'm sure they would provide more hangers if asked but we didn't bother because we always travel with suction hooks. Bells on the bikes were mostly not working, and we could've used them in the crazy and chaotic old town traffic.

Thanks a lot to all the team of this brand new hotel. We were immediately welcome with a drink and the Manager took the time to explain us everything that needed to be. He recommanded us what to see. Every day, every time it was necessary, before asking him sometimes, he helped us to make our holiday perfect and to find the solutions for our preoccupations. You can be in total confidence with him, you can trust him. This hotel is one of the most charming we have never seen. Even if it is a little bit far from the centre of the old city, be sure it is a good choice, quite, sure etc. And you’ll have the bicycles free of charge to be quickly in the old city.

We stayed here twice (also after coming back from Cham Island) and really enjoyed it. We were in a dorm with two double beds and one single, the beds were comfy, AC worked well, bathroom was fine. The owner as well as her staff were very friendly, breakfast was tasty with a few different choices, and we liked the pool a lot. The free towels and especially the free bikes were great — one of the reasons we booked here, since it’s a bit outside the old town. In the end, we actually liked the location a lot, as biking around was a fun and easy way to explore. Overall, a good place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hoi An heart villa, and actually ended up extending our booking because we felt so at home here. The villa itself was modern, clean and newly renovated with air con, big comfortable beds and a spotless and refreshing pool. The location is perfect too - situated between the old town and beach - and it is a short bike ride to everything you need. The villa provides free bikes which is a great way of getting around in Hoi An. Mr Thuong and the staff were truly incredible and made our stay perfect. Mr Thuong gave us great and well-priced recommendations for tours, restaurants, local food and activities, and always checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We loved every recommendation we tried. Breakfast was also included each morning and was a delicious array of fresh fruit, juices, coffee, pancakes and local Vietnamese food, with different but equally great choices everyday. We truly couldn't recommend hoi an heart villa enough and will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Vietnam!

We had a lovely stay at Hoi An Heart Hostel Villa. We arrived super early in the morning, the room wasn't ready, but the owner Flower allowed us to dump our bags and have a snooze on the beds by the pool. The room itself was a great size, with one of the strongest air con units we have experienced in SE Asia! The shower offered plenty of hot water, but getting the right temperature was sometimes a little tricky (either crazy hot scalding or cold) - it takes a bit of getting used to. We didn't use the pool whilst there but it looked clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of options on offer (eggs, bread, fruit, omelette, noodle soup etc) drinks inc too. Bikes available to hire for 30,000 VND per day Flower can assist with booking lots of things in the nearby area, she helped us with booking Hai Van Pass scooter rental which was brilliant. The property is a 10 minute bike ride out of the centre of Hoi An, so was nice and quiet. A longer walk or quick Grab will get you into the centre in no time.

Nothing at all - a great property!

Hostess Flower and other staff are great, really helpful and always available. With early leaves we could eat breakfast earlier, which is also great btw. Rooms were clean, had everything you need including hot water (for like 10 minutes). The location is just a 10 minute bike ride from the old city center. Bikes are free to take! Couple of restaurants only a minute walk away. ATM around the corner. They also offer a taxi shuttle service for a decent price. Oh and there is also a pool, although we didnt use it. Price to quality wise this is a great hotel, cant recommend it enough.

Only very minor points. The room felt a little muffy, with slightly damp bedsheets. You have to manually ask for your room to be cleaned.

Flower was absolutely incredible. She helped us book a cooking tour and coconut boat. She also invited us for dinner round her house. Pool was lovely and clean. Fair few sun beds around it as-well. Food was lovely and a range of different breakfast options. Location was good and had the option to hire motorbike which was in fab condition.

We was under the impression that the rooms would be set up as a bunk bed hostel however there was just three double beds in a room no curtains. This was fine as we had a lovely group in our room but just keep that in mind there isn’t a lot of privacy

An ABSOLUTE blast it was to stay here and be hosted by Flower and her team! It‘s ridiculous it was the cheapest option showed for me on booking, because the quality of the service you receive here is great. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast offer is decently vast, the pool is so nice and refreshing and the location is extremely convenient - just a few minutes by bike to either the old town on one side or the beach on the other side. Bike rental 30k/day easy! There is also a shower available before you check in which is just an absolute win that every place accepting backpackers should have!!! Flower is super helpful and ready to assist with whatever your wishes are! She picks you up in the cot after you arrive, gives you tips on where and when to go and what to eat. All so friendly and chilled! We got our motorbike for the HoiAn-Hue journey (and sending the baggage) with her, and can confirm that the price was way better than any other offers we got elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and book your stay right now:) Thank you Flower and the team!

We moved to this villa after s disappointing few days at Coconut homestay. The price was virtually the same, but the facilities were much better. We had a king room with balcony, which was quite large, with a good size bathroom as well. Not much of a view from the balcony, but it was a nice place to sit and enjoy a g + t in the evening. The location was good, with quite a number of decent restaurants within walking distance, although the nearest had a 5 star rating yet we found it rather uninspiring or remarkable. The others in the area more than made up for it, and for less than €2 you could get a Grab to restaurants closer to the old city. Getting back to the villa, I should mention it had a pool with sun lounges and umbrellas. They served food and drinks with a limited but sufficient variety. We had breakfast there for the six days we were there, and the food was good as well as the service. The staff in general were very warm and friendly, and the front desk was able to book many tours, massages or just transport.
