Person at reception was really very good.She followed up with from the time of booking.She have offered Pickup and Drop from Da Nang airport which was very hassle free,no need to wait for anything,the pickup vehicle came way before and waited for us.Rooms were very clean and spacious and had a seperate dgardem for River view and a swimming pool. Even they give free cycles,so that you can roam around in Hoi An as Hoi An is small town and you can get to all locations within a short time on cycle,so it was a great experience and saved our money on cabs to roam around.Also the room price is very cheap and the services provided is exceptional. Will definitely recommend everyone to choose this hotel.

Only thing I didn't like was,the wash basin in room was clogged and water was logging.

We were greeted by warm staff and shown to our room. Information was given about the local area such as places to eat, drink, sites of interest etc. which was really helpful. Room was modest but comfortable and clean, and the shower pressure was excellent. The pool area was shaded and the pool itself a pleasant temperature—a nice addition to the overall experience. Breakfast was convenient and fairly tasty. Overall the stay was great and very budget-friendly which makes it an easy recommendation to explore the Hoi An area from.

This is not a complaint but it’s worth noting that, unless you’re using a bike/alternative mode of transport, you will likely need to take a taxi to get to Hoi An. These trips were affordable so it didn’t impact our trip as much, but it’s worth considering this.

The rooms were spacious clean and balcony overlooking the river was beautiful. Breakfast was made fresh to order every morning and was delicious. The pool was lovely, quiet and clean. The hotel is located away from the business of the town but close enough for a short cycle in. The hotel also provided free bicycles which came in really useful. The staff was so kind and friendly and couldn’t have done more for us - giving us recommendations, tips and helping us to make bookings. Lien was available on what’s app for any queries and was so helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed at the Green Riverside Oasis Villa for 3 nights during our visit to Hoi An, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. Lien, the host, is incredibly kind and attentive—truly one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. She made sure to stay in touch with us post-arrival, checking our expected arrival time and even arranging for our room to be ready early, as we arrived on an early morning flight from Da Nang. Upon arrival, she provided us with helpful tips, maps, and recommendations for the best things to see and do in Hoi An, including great restaurant suggestions. She even went the extra mile to help us book a cooking class, personally calling the providers for us. Stellar customer service! The villa itself was beautiful, spotless, and had a lovely traditional interior that gave off a tropical, relaxed vibe. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool, but it looked well-maintained and inviting. Hopefully next time, we’ll get some sunshine to enjoy it! The villa is just a short 5-minute drive from the Hoi An town centre, easily accessible by taxi or Grab. The hotel also offers free bikes, which was a nice touch, and we used them to explore the town a few times. The bikes come with locks for added security when you're out and about. Additionally, the hotel provides a convenient and affordable laundry service that delivered our clothes right back to reception; a lifesaver since we had damp, travel-worn clothes from the rainy weather! Breakfast was included, and while we're not big breakfast eaters, we enjoyed the variety on offer. The pancakes and omelettes were delicious, and the fresh fruit juices were a great way to start the day. This place is an absolute gem, especially for the extremely affordable price. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. If we return, we would definitely rebook at Green Riverside Oasis Villa!

Nothing - the stay was perfect.

Quiet location, it was very nice to have free bikes that we used to go everywhere. The swimming pool seemed nice even if we didn’t enter. They had a couple of vegan and gluten free breakfast options, which was still more than other places we tried before. I really appreciated. Friendly staff and helpful to book transportation and activities. They kept our luggage after checkout which was very convenient. Thanks for having us.

It would be nice to have more vegan options for breakfast in the future. Also window nets would be nice as there are mosquitos.

Lovely small family run villa by the river outside of the old town. Very well looked after by Lien and her team who are very friendly & responsive. Comfortable clean rooms with a powerful hot Free bikes were much appreciated and well used. Villa is well located with lots of options nearby to cycle into the Old Town, to the beach or in the countryside Good breakfast The villa offers excellent value and we would highly recommend it

No room safe which we prefer to have Supplied water in glass bottles at start of stay but was not refreshed when the room was cleaned

Nice, charming hotel. Staff is very attentive and welcoming, especially Lien who is very enthusiastic, ready to help, answer all your questions and give you some advice on sightseeing. Lien, thank you very much! A table with benches near the river is a nice place to gather with friends in the evening. Also, rooms with river view on the 2nd and 3rd floors have amazing balconies with a really nice view. Despite the fact that the river is very close there were almost no mosquitos which was perfect. I, personally, liked the location — It's not in the old town, but it's quite close to it and also not far from rice fields, coconut boat rides and a beach.

There were some problems with hot water in the morning. Also, soundproofing could be a little bit better. Breakfast options are hit or miss — some are tasty, like Mi Quang and some are too simple, like baguette with two eggs (would be nice to have some veggies on side, like on the photo in the menu). But, anyway it's nice to have a choice for breakfast:) Bicycles are free but they're pretty old and need some maintenance.

Lien and her team of friendly ladies couldn't do enough for us from the beginning, carrying our heavy suitcases up the stairs to our room and on our early morning departure making sure we had a breakfast to go! The pool was lovely and refreshing, bicycle hire for free, a short walk to shops and restaurants nearby or you can ride the bike into Old Town in minutes. The villas are perfectly positioned between Old Town and the beach. The yummy breakfast provided was a great start to the day...our favourite was the banana pancakes!

Staff was super kind, nice with useful tips. They contacted us via WhatsApp, set up a transfer to look for us from the Da Nang train station and she spoke very good English. The room was comfortable and clean It was great to have bikes for free - this allowed us to go to Hoi An, to the vegetable village and to the nearby beach.

The breakfast was not a buffet - we needed to chose a dish and a drink from the menu and it was a small portion for me. The location coult be a bit closer to Hoi An, it was 10-15 min by bike from the city.

Everything!! The hotel itself is gorgeous, tucked away and if it was dry season I could have spent hours sitting by the pool in the middle. Our room was lovely, it was clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Our balcony was so peaceful and we spent our mornings sitting on the lounges out there reading. The location is a little out of the city, which is what we wanted. It was still so easy, there were bikes available but as it was wet we just ordered Grab's. Close to the beach too. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. But honestly, nothing could beat the person that is Lien!! If I could give her a 12/10 I would. She was so lovely, so helpful. Through our stay my partner got sick, Lien supplied us with fresh towels, fresh fruit and ginger tea to help. She checked in on us regularly through whatsapp. The next hotel we were due to stay at also cancelled the day before, and Lien helped call them and work out what was going on. Honestly, I loved Hoi An and can't wait to come back in the dry season. And I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
