Hotel is new, the bedrooms are quiet and spacious, nice view on the garden with buffaloes and river. Breakfast was very nice but the music too loud even if I have asked the waitress to reduce the volume. The bikes are available for free but need to put some oil on the chains. We could bike until the beach for 15 min and 10 min to the old town of Hoi An.

The chambermaids should clean behind the bathroom door in the bedroom. For that they need to close the door while they are cleaning inside the bathroom.

we stayed for 5 nights. The staff were exceptional...friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was average. The dinner menu was good. There were some small details such as when ordering a latte it was served without a long spoon or sugar. The staff did their best to change this but I do not think there were any latte spoons in the hotel. The spa was excellent. The shuttle into the town was ok but still left us having to walk quite a long way to actually get into town, so we tended to just take taxis. There was no mirror in the hotel room, other than the bathroom. There were bath robes but no slippers. Lots of small things, however, the friendliness of the staff and the lovely hotel offset these small items

There was a shuttle to the center of the town as well as to An Bang Beach, where the hotel has it‘s own restaurant (we only learned that on our last day) where as a hotel guest you don‘t have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. Thus the location was perfect, because it was outside all the trouble of the old town and in the middle between town center and beach, with nice river views and calm enough to relax after sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We would have been really happy about more vegetarian/vegan options at breakfast! Also it would be great to display if the dishes contain meat/seafood/dairy.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and considerate. Went above and beyond to assist, advise and give helpful suggestions. Loved Salome, the general manager and Ezra who was so kind and helpful. If I ever come back to Hoi An I would definitely stay here. Our rooms were beautiful and kept clean twice a day and breakfast was awesome. Dining room lovely and hotel has 2 pools. We mainly used the level 5 pool because it catered more for adults. Neighbourhood was safe. We moved on to da bang and once we got there we regretted not staying longer at Little Oasis. Da bang is too touristy.

Nothing to not like

We will always cherish our stay to the Little Oasis, our refuge from the busy life of Hoi An! The tranquil atmosphere of this boutique hotel and attentive staff made our stay perfect. Our room was in the far corner from the street, far away from the noisy traffic, we loved it! Cleanliness and amenities, such as a diverse breakfast, relaxing spa and refreshing pools at a reasonable price was much appreciated! In our last night we had dinner in the garden - the view, the lights of lanterns, the delicious food, the tranquil atmosphere - made us feel to stop the time. Complementary shuttles service to the beach, Old Town and airport made our life super easy! All staff were attentive and friendly, thank you! Special thank you to Lisa for checking our needs every day and for booking tickets, on such a short notice, to the both memorable shows In Hoi An.

Wonderful hotel. Everything was beautiful. The food, location, staff, room, pools. Would 100% stay again!

Breakfast was lovely but if I had to pick at something, it had the same options everyday. After staying for a few days a change in selection would’ve been nice. This is only something small, book your stay, you won’t regret it!

WOW. This hotel was amazing and truly made our experience in Hoi An incredible. The staff went the extra mile for everything and even had tea and breakfast delivered to the room when I was feeling ill. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional, and hard working but an extra special shoutout to Rose and Lisa who helped us with every need we had. They are the BEST! The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. It is about a 25 minute walk to Old Town but we loved that. We got to be away from the chaos and have more local experiences. We also utilized their free shuttle a lot which made getting around so easy. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Hoi An and have a 5 star experience at a reasonable price.

What an incredible hotel - we initially booked for 5 nights but ended up extending our stay for another 5 as we loved it so much! The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. We stayed for our anniversary and were kindly upgraded to a larger room which was a really lovely surprise. The hotel is designed really beautifully and the breakfast, gym and pools are great! We had a motorbike so could easily get into the centre - don't let the location put you off, even though its a little away from the centre its worth it as its super quiet and tranquil. There is a shuttle service into the centre and to the beach I believe which is super helpful if you don't have you own transport. My partner did a coffee making course with one of the staff members and she was great. Our flight to HCMC wasn't until late in the evening so the front desk let us keep our room til 3pm which was super helpful. The staff really are great, we hd the best service here, they really want to make sure you are comfortable and have a great time. We didn't want to leave!!!!

N/A - it was all great!

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, the location is great and the rooms with a river view were our favourite. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the ones that stook out the most were Judy and Edith, also the fillo young man who's name I can't recall, all the staff were amazing and very friendly. We had a 3 year old boy with us, all the staff were amazing with him and they even did a birthday cake and hats for his birthday. He loved his time at this hotel.

There are a few barking dogs and chickens with rooms that face the city, but this is rural vetnam and is to he expected, it might be an issue if you are a late riser. The swimming pools got too hot in the sun and could do with some shade sails over them to keep them cooler in the heat of day
