We had a fantastic stay at Zen Boutique Villa Hoi An. We stayed in a twin room with a balcony, which was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The pool downstairs is stunning, and was a great place to relax. What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about the local area. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and gave us great local recommendations that really made our trip. The breakfast was absolutely stunning – freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A peaceful, comfortable stay in a great location, with a warm and welcoming team. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Property has 2 floors with no elevator, we did not mind, and staff are happy to assist with bags- this may not suit other travellers with varying levels of mobility.

We had an incredible stay at Zen Villa! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like we were in our own private retreat. The villa was cozy and inviting, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We loved the intimate and secluded feel, which made us feel like we were truly abroad, immersed in a local experience. The surrounding rice paddies and serene ambiance were the perfect antidote to our busy lives. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and thoroughly relaxed. The breakfast every morning was a perfect representation of the provincial life in Hoi An, with fresh fruits that rotates everyday, fresh squeeze fruit juices, authentic Vietnamese coffee, and a selection of local dishes for entree. What we LOVED the most was the staff! They are so friendly and accommodating! Always greeted us with a smile and asked how our days were, making us feel welcomed every time. Huong, thank you for all the lovely chats and recommendations especially local restaurants and where to get the best tailored wedding attires! Vy, thank you for arranging our needs such as the motorbikes and informing us the festivities in Old Town like the lantern festival. Joy and I are so thankful for everything you both have done for us! And for the security guard, thank you for staying up late ensuring we arrive safely. Overall, we couldn't recommend this villa more highly - it's a must-stay for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Hoi An!

Nothing! Zen Villa is the perfect getaway place.

From my arrival, expectations were surpassed. A very warm welcome, a quick guide to the town’s layout and map were provided along with tips for services such as laundry. The very lovely large room, contemporary bathroom, and super comfy bed made my stay very enjoyable. Breakfasts made in house were varied daily and very generous portions. I really enjoyed the location: just a short walk from old town but far enough away to get away from the crowds while having services and shops just out the door. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit to Hoi An, you won’t be disappointed!

We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were amazing they went above and beyond all the time. The pool was amazing after the hot days that Hoi An gets. Their breakfast was one of if not the best we've ever had from a hotel. Loved chatting with Vy and Huong, who work here and they took care of everything including recommending a few shops and activities. The Villa itself is a work of art and only a couple minute scooter ride away from the heart of old town, which meant we could rest well.

Villa is really nice and clean, rooms are comfortable. Walking distance to old town. Breakfast is really delicious (eggs, banh mi and pho). Their staff is amazing, really helpful and nice. All of them try their best to help you and be of service. We came before the checkout time and they still let us go to the room already. Bikes and scooter rentals also are possible from them. They can also arrange tours for you. We went on cooking class eco tour and had a great time!

The location was perfect. We wanted to be somewhere within walking distance to ancient city tourist cites, nice restaurants and bars, but still wanted somewhere a little bit quieter. The Zen Boutique was a perfect location that met these wants. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive, before and throughout our stay. We liked how spacious, clean and full of natural light the our room was. The breakfast, which we could choose from was also excellent :) I would definitely re-visit and recommend to whoever is planning on visiting Hoi An.

Everything was good. Nothing that we didn't like.

The staff are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They make an effort to cater for your personal breakfast preferences and book taxis and trips for guests. The room is comfortable, spacious, light and super clean. The location of the hotel is in a quieter area just outside the old town - the river is just a fifteen to twenty minute walk away. The beach is about five kms away - a short taxi ride. This was our second stay and they have kept up their high standards.

A really calm, wonderful villa outside of the busy Old Town. The team working there are so friendly and kind, and seem to really care about your stay and comfort. The breakfast was thoughtful and tasty, the room was generous and the bed was very comfortable too. An added bonus was the free bike hire to explore the area.

The hotel is on a road and there is traffic noise and occasional horns from large vehicles, but it’s Vietnam so this can’t always be helped.

Great central location, access to cafes and restaurants. Large room with huge and very comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom with large bath and bench space (which you need in a bathroom). Tea and coffee facilities, small fridge and TV. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent breakfast options- eggs, Banh Mi or cereal (choose the Banh Mi). Staff were lovely and took great care of us. They’re eager to book taxis, guided tours and suggest places to eat and shop. Highly recommend!

Our room was absolutely stunning, the beds and linen were incredibly comfortable. The staff were so lovely and answered any questions that we had for them, and also gave us heaps of great recommendations. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE, every morning we were served fresh fruit, homemade yoghurt and pancakes PLUS a choice of a main meal whether that be a Bahn Mi or a noodle dish. Free bicycle use, cold beautiful pool and a lovely meditation room. Could not recommend enough!
