The service from the staff at Lasenta is what makes this hotel extremely unique. They're attentive, and always looking to help (we had Ann and another female staff member that works overnight answer all of our questions) with utmost patience and care. Great breakfast with a rotating menu. Lots of local options to try with other continental options too Nice sized pool with a beautiful view of the rice fields. Free shuttle in and out of town and the free bikes are a great touch. Nice large room, which was serviced daily.

We really wish the exhaust in our bathroom worked as it kept the bathroom humid at all times (the torrential rain during our stay didn't help with this either though).

Loved our stay here. We found Hoi An old town very busy and overwhelming and loved coming back to this hotel every evening. The view overlooking the rice fields at sunset is incredible. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly, rooms were beautiful.

Gym is quite small and equipment is old/needs some repairs. Other than that everything was great

Loved the pool views and daily happy hour. The rooms were spacious and the smell of lemongrass around the hotel was lovely.

The pool was too warm - and that's saying something because I hate the cold.. but on a humid and hot hoi an day, you just wanted to feel refreshed after getting in the water. Also there is a glass panel that has been installed by the pool - I assume for safety, but it is cloudy from being splashed with pool water, so when you're in the pool, you don't get to enjoy the lovely views of the rice fields without boosting yourself up on the side of the pool. This was a bit of a bummer as when I booked the photos did not show this glass panel. A few more shuttle bus times to ancient Town would also have been helpful.

It was a great stay. Spacious room with spectacular view over to the rice field. A magnifician view when you are at the roof top pool with the paronama towards the green rice field! and a good range and affordable cocktails. I love the idea that the hotel is concious about environmental protection and reduce using plastic. Friendly and helpful staff - special thanks to Kim Thuy and Bich Ngoc who checked on me and helped me with extra requests during my stay. Great location to walk around, to the Old Town, local shops. Hanoi Town restaurant, about 15 minutes walking, has delicious food, friendly staff. We went back there few times. Also a local massage shop called Net Na provided exceptional full range body massage, facial and pedicure service. It was my great experience with Hoi An and we will come back again :)

The breakfast buffet was incredible. Different food everyday and heaps of variety. Freshly cooked eggs on the spot as requested. Cereal, hot food, fresh fruit, breads. The works. The pool was fantastic. Nice and large with a great view across the fields. Our kids were in it everyday. The staff were incredibly helpful with any request we had. And the rooms and beds were super comfy and clean.

Very small thing, but the tvs in the rooms were pretty average. The sound quality was terrible. Might not worry most people, but we had kids so spent evenings in our room at times.

This is a 10/10. The pool is lovely with a great view. The coctails at the bar are good! The beds are sooo nice with a great tub and shower. The frontdesk people are awesome. Leo and james helped us with the taxis and the 2 woman helped me with that bank as the atm took my card in hoi an. But i managed to get it back. The bikes are ok. You can take them for free as it is only 1km to old town and 3.5km to the beach. You can book tours at the hotel. Also the shuttle service to beach and old town is soo good. Breakfast. Best we had in vietnam. The bread is soo good.

We loved everything about Lasenta. Beautifully clean and modern property just a short walk from old town in a peaceful setting. Tastefully decorated room with comfy beds/ pillows. Extensive breakfast which was fresh and continually topped up. Restaurant food was also quality at reasonable prices. Free bikes were fun and pool area was nice with clean beach chairs. The staff are exceptional and you feel like old friends. They are extremely accommodating and go out of their way to help. Definately value for money.

Reception staff was very knowledgeable and responsive. We asked for recommendations for tours and they gave us lots of options which we were able to choose from without any pressure. It was actually the only tour we booked via a hotel during our 3 weeks in Vietnam as it was well explained and had good value for money. Room was huge and perfectly clean, with all the perks to feel at home. My husband and I had fun booking our bike ride via grab to the city centre for £0.43 per trip so distance wasn't an issue at all. Also lots of restaurants and spas nearby so really you don't need to go to the old town to eat.

Pool is gorgeous however we would have liked it a bit warmer to be able to enjoy it on a cloudy day.

We stayed in a Family Connecting Room for a family of 5. We payed extra for an extra bed. The space of the rooms were great offering 2 full size bathrooms even with a bath tub and balcony. We used the hotel free shuttle into downtown only once as it’s easier to pay for a Grab or taxi then to work out day around shuttle times. Free use of the hotel bicycles to ride in the rice fields across the road….epic photos. The rooftop pool is exactly like the photos we spend everyday there to cool off & utilised ‘happy hour’ with poolside cocktails. Buffet breakfast was the usual foods, juices & egg station. The staff were exceptional, any request was not a problem. (Extra bath towels 😊).

We felt like experiencing a little luxury and this hotel totally met (or even exceeded) our expectations. The place is very pretty, the room was spacious and had everything we could need, bed was super comfy and shower just on point. The pool was exactly like on the pictures (and it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel). The lovely and helpful staff made us feel really spoiled. I wish we could stay longer but it was the end of our holidays. The stay left us with the best memories ☺️ Rita and Sarah, and everyone else we got to interact with, did a great job in making us feel special. Highly recommend!
