The service from the staff at Lasenta is what makes this hotel extremely unique. They're attentive, and always looking to help (we had Ann and another female staff member that works overnight answer all of our questions) with utmost patience and care. Great breakfast with a rotating menu. Lots of local options to try with other continental options too Nice sized pool with a beautiful view of the rice fields. Free shuttle in and out of town and the free bikes are a great touch. Nice large room, which was serviced daily.

We really wish the exhaust in our bathroom worked as it kept the bathroom humid at all times (the torrential rain during our stay didn't help with this either though).

Loved our stay here. We found Hoi An old town very busy and overwhelming and loved coming back to this hotel every evening. The view overlooking the rice fields at sunset is incredible. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly, rooms were beautiful.

Gym is quite small and equipment is old/needs some repairs. Other than that everything was great

We loved this hotel, infact we spend 29 nights here and tried 4 different room types. The delux room with balcony/ city view on the 6th and 5th floor is awesome, we asked to be moved because of some barking dogs at night and the lovely staff moved us to a room with a double bed and a single - I guess a family room. This room was on the other side of the hotel so solved our dog barking problem and again a lovely room. For the last 10 night we moved to a Suite with city veiw. It was awesome my daughter and her partner were also at the hotel and it was lovely to have a small lounge area to play cards etc. Breakfast was awesome - buffet and egg cooking station, plenty of options for everyones tastes. The Pool overlooking the rice paddy fields on the 4th floor was just awesome, plenty of sunloungers and happpy hour between 4-6pm. As an aside they had a place at An Bang beach with sunloungers etc which we didn't realise until later in our stay. Beach towels are availbable at reception for taking to the beach. About 200 meters down the street is a tennis club that you can rent courts/balls/ raquets and a coach if you like - we played tennis 2 or 3 time a week down there. The Hotel also had a golf simulater that you can hire if you are into golf.

Can't really think of anything. We had a motor scooter the whole time so we found the location perfect for us in the middle between beach and old town. My daughter and partner didn't so they had to catch grabs and the hotels courtesy shuttle to the old town and beach which worked well. On occasion the Grab wouldn't pick them up and bring them back to to hotel from the old town because it was too short a ride. It's about 12 min walk into the start of the old town which is fine but if you aren't keen on that maybe stay in the old town. The Gym is adequate but they are never flash in hotels in my experience.

Very clean hotel with great service and an ideal location outside the busy Old Town. Shuttle will take you into town but we loved the free bikes and rode into Old Town and around the beautiful rice paddy fields. Highly recommend visiting the Lotus Spa, which had a 40% off special during our stay — the massages were fantastic! Breakfast was basic but sufficient, air conditioning in the room was excellent!

Unfortunately our room (Junior Suite room 706) was right next to the elevators which was quite noisy (hotel was fully booked so elevators were in use at all hours through the night.) Something to keep in mind if this bothers you.

The hotel was a great base for our family of 4 during our stay in Hoi An. We had a comfortable family room with 2 extra beds and there was sufficient space for everyone. The pool was a perfect spot to relax and cool down after sightseeing and we enjoyed the views over the rice fields. Breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of food and fruits and we used the complementary hotel shuttle a couple of times in the evening to go into town. Other times we used the Grab app and it only cost around 1,50€ each time. We enjoyed our stay, found the hotel to be good value for money for our family and would stay again.

Ok location, somewhat halfway between Hoi An old town and the beach, with shuttle minivan going there and forth a few times a day. The room is beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is rich and varied. All the staff (reception, restaurant, pool, housekeeping) are very helpful and professional.

My main problem with the hotel was the swimming pool, mainly the misleading photo on the booking.com website, which suggests no border between the pool and the rice field view. In fact, you are separated from the view by a 30 cm high dirty plastic (glass?) plate which really makes it hard to enjoy the view. I found it particularly painful, as I moved from another hotel in Hoi An to this one just because of the 'infinity' pool... The pool itself is tricky, as there are irregular stairs underwater partly blocking the swimming space and as the water is rather murky, you hit your legs again and again against some underwater structures. Moreover, despite solid umbrellas, most of the day most of the sunbeds are not in the shadow.

Wow, what a nice hotel is a great location. We stayed at hotel lasenta as some friends were staying there at the same time and we wanted to be with them. On booking, I was a little disappointed, as it was outside the old town. The location ended up being one of the best features: it’s in a quiet neighbourhood, about a 5 minute taxi ride from the old town (less that $2 USD). The hotel itself was beautiful, with big, clean and very well presented rooms. We will stay at hotel lasenta again and will recommend that friends do so too.

Loved the pool views and daily happy hour. The rooms were spacious and the smell of lemongrass around the hotel was lovely.

The pool was too warm - and that's saying something because I hate the cold.. but on a humid and hot hoi an day, you just wanted to feel refreshed after getting in the water. Also there is a glass panel that has been installed by the pool - I assume for safety, but it is cloudy from being splashed with pool water, so when you're in the pool, you don't get to enjoy the lovely views of the rice fields without boosting yourself up on the side of the pool. This was a bit of a bummer as when I booked the photos did not show this glass panel. A few more shuttle bus times to ancient Town would also have been helpful.

It was a great stay. Spacious room with spectacular view over to the rice field. A magnifician view when you are at the roof top pool with the paronama towards the green rice field! and a good range and affordable cocktails. I love the idea that the hotel is concious about environmental protection and reduce using plastic. Friendly and helpful staff - special thanks to Kim Thuy and Bich Ngoc who checked on me and helped me with extra requests during my stay. Great location to walk around, to the Old Town, local shops. Hanoi Town restaurant, about 15 minutes walking, has delicious food, friendly staff. We went back there few times. Also a local massage shop called Net Na provided exceptional full range body massage, facial and pedicure service. It was my great experience with Hoi An and we will come back again :)

The breakfast buffet was incredible. Different food everyday and heaps of variety. Freshly cooked eggs on the spot as requested. Cereal, hot food, fresh fruit, breads. The works. The pool was fantastic. Nice and large with a great view across the fields. Our kids were in it everyday. The staff were incredibly helpful with any request we had. And the rooms and beds were super comfy and clean.

Very small thing, but the tvs in the rooms were pretty average. The sound quality was terrible. Might not worry most people, but we had kids so spent evenings in our room at times.
