everything was amazing! staff were so friendly, owner couldn’t do enough for us. rooms were very big with loads of space. amazing location next to the rice fields and about 20 mins walk into the town which we enjoyed doing. we loved using the free cycle bikes and the pool, really felt like a little home for us the last 5 days we were sad to leave! would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Hoi An.

we were woken up quite early by some loud construction/hammering ect a few mornings which sounded like it was coming right into our room. not sure if it was work being done on the villa or next door.

Great place at the right location! Calm during the night and close enough to the historical center. The hotel is really comfortable with modern and clean rooms and bathrooms. You can even enjoy the swimming pool whenever you want, the water is perfect and the temperature is excellent!! Price and quality is definitely there! We enjoyed our delicious breakfast every morning and thanks to everyone for taking care of us!! Our parents enjoy their stay as well and it will stay as good memories for us in Hoi an! Without any logistical stress, we could enjoy a cooking session and the show at the bamboo circus. You can do even more activities if you have time, they will definitely help you.

The staying at the Villa was the most comfortable in Vietnam. The owner gave us the best room, directly in from of the pool. That was so great! Any time was a good moment for a jump in the fresh water. The room was spacious, cosy and felt a bit like home. We got couple of fresher days in Hoi An, so it was great to have warmer showers (the water gets really hot!). Bicycle are available free of charge and that also was convinient. We could cycle to the sea directly throught the Rice Fields, almost no big roads :)). It took no more than 15 minutes. City center and cafe are also close by. In the morning we could choose a warm tasty breakfast among the options (western and local) and the staff was always available to support us. The owner is kind, funny and made our staying even more memorable. Thank you!

Everybody was very kind, even though we didn't speak their language. The owner did speak English and we did most of our talking with her to resolve of course stuff as payments, or tips about the location of Hoi An. Everybody there was so kind and accomodating and they wanted to help you out wherever they could.

A very first world problem: the room didn't have ways to cover some light sources to sleep. Other than that, everything was very nice.

We loved staying here. The location was so quiet and peaceful. The hotel provides bikes to their guests and the town is only a short bike ride away. The swimming pool area was kept very clean. I would also recommend having the breakfast provided. The family who run the hotel are so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me organise everything during my solo trip to Hoi An, from tours, airport transfer to even laundry service. All at good prices. I was also recommended some activities to do as well. Staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my stay in Hoi An. Absolutely friendly and welcoming.

Everything! The staff is very nice and helpful especially the girl who speaks English. She will arrange you what you want and always with the smile! The hotel and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool is also very good ! You can rent bicycle for free to go to old town. I strongly recommend it !

Awesome staff, really friendly and helping owner! Super clean villa, with nice room and swimming pool ! Can rent motorbike and free bikes. Quite place a few minutes by motorbike from the old quarter of Hoi An (around 3-5mn). Would recommand staying there !
