I mainly booked Hao Anh due to its pool which is decent for lap swimming. Since my room was affected by the work on the adjacent room, the owner upgraded me to a room with a large balcony and view of the rice field which I enjoyed and appreciated. The pool is filtered and clean. The room is spacious with minimal decoration. The bath is also roomy. The hotel is in a quiet open space area. Hotel manager (Phuong) and staff are friendly and helpful. Water pressure is strong with immediate hot water. AC worked well. There's a mood light on the ceiling. Switches and electrical outlet are near headboard.

There isn't anything convenient shop or eatery nearby. However, a scooter or bike would make it a non-effort to get to the nearby fresh market, restaurants, cafes

I had the most perfect stay here, this is the one place I would recommend to stay in Hoi An. The owner practically took me in as her own. It was quiet, the pool was always perfect depth and temperature, and you can order home cooked Vietnamese food and coffee at any time. There’s a fridge you can help yourself to beers and soft drinks from and best of all they give out bikes for free so you can cycle all around Hoi An - since it’s a little out the way (it’s in a lovely quieter area overlooking the rice fields and about 20 minutes into the very centre). They shut the big gates at 11pm but she gave me her WhatsApp number and would almost always respond instantly to any questions - she consistently stayed up to let me in at very odd hours of the morning and then booked me a car to da nang last minute. Perfect perfect time, I can’t wait to be back ❤️❤️❤️

Literally nothing!

I arrived in Vietnam 2 weeks ago. I spent a few days at the Hào Anh Villa Hôi An. We even extended our stay. This place is wonderful, the welcome that Vy and Phuong gave me and my daughter was exceptional. Always smiling, answering all our questions, they gave us good advice on restaurants and places to visit. This stay at the villa will remain one of our most beautiful moments in Vietnam. I warmly recommend this place to stay and relax. The place is very clean and very well maintained. Our room was cleaned every day by respectful and very friendly staff. Vy's husband, Hùng, drove us to the My Son site, the journey was impeccable, we were in good hands! Thank you Vy, Phuong and Hùng ❤️

The staff is very friendly, we were greeted with a smile. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our stuff. There are free bicycles to use, which is very pleasant in the city. They are able to recommend local activities or book them for you. The pool is nice and clean and has sun for most of the day. Location is awesome, just outside the busy streets, right next to the rice fields, so cute cafe's and restaurants with views of the rice fields around the corner. The only downside was that the room was humid. They told us they are taking fixing that, it so should be good in the future.

The room is comfortable and spacious. I ended up staying here for eight nights. They cleaned my room and provided supplies daily. The facilities are good. The air conditioner is Panasonic, the refrigerator is Electrolux, and the TV in the lobby is Samsung. From this, I can tell that they maintain the place well. The owner, Vy, and everyone here are friendly and warm. They always greet you with a big smile whenever they see you, which makes you feel very welcome. By the way, their pho bo is very delicious. In my opinion, it's even tastier than many restaurants in town.

A bit far from the old town, but the free bike is helpful. Also, take it as an advantage: it's more tranquil.

Such great value for money, friendly staff who were great at offering advice and helping us book a bus ticket. Not far from the old town, can cycle, scooter, walk or use grab - which we did in the rain! Lovely pool and facilities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect :)

It was a really nice hotel space, very clean. Breakfast options were nice, and we rented a scooter for a decent price to head to My Son for the day. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating, and it's clear that she puts a lot of work into the place. The pool was very clean, although we didn't get the chance to use it during our stay, and the poolside area was really nice too. It's a bit of a distance from the Ancient Town, but this wasn't a big deal. A grab was very cheap and made it accessible. Also, we stayed during the end of Tet, so it was very kind for the family to put so much focus on the business despite the holiday. Would recommend.

Amazing location out of the busy old town, but close to the beautiful rice fields and only a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride (which they provide) from the old town. The owners were very hospitable and made you feel at home, offering bicycles for free as well as arranging transport to the next accommodation. We loved it so much we extended our stay by 2 days.

The door is made with blurred glass, so in the morning it gets bright around 5:30-6 am. We covered it with a towel and some bags and it was fine.

The owner was very kind and friendly. And upgraded our room upon check in. Using the pool was very enjoyable. The owner of the place offered us free use of bicycles to see the old town, which was very enjoyable. Overall, everything was great.

The best accommodation we have stayed at in Vietnam - we stayed here for 1 week. The location is perfect, away from all the busy streets with good restaurants and shops nearby with a 20 min walk to old town, Vy and the rest of the team are so helpful with all the tips on best places to eat, organising taxis etc. We checked in early with no issues and I was able to whatsapp Vy any time with questions about the stay or any recommendations!
