The staff were wonderful and kind and went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. the pool was lovely and well maintained. The breakfast good. The standout was the evening meals in the restaurant. We dined in 4 times because the food was sooo good and very reasonably priced. Laundry was charged at very reasonable rate too.

The gym. It was very underwhelming. 2 treadmills stuck on an incline of 15%. Staff unable to rectify this. Only other machine was an antiquated cross trainer. As I chose this place for what looked like a reasonable gym I was very disappointed. I did suggest to management that they either improve the gym or get rid of it all together so people aren't disappointed like me.

The staff was amazing. They were very kind and eager to please. The hotel was in a great location. The restaurant had great food and provided room service. They accommodated our request to substitute items when my husband fell ill due to eating street food.

The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were very fluffy, though.

The hotel was amazing. The experience we had was first class, from the lovely reception staff to the restaurant staff. Nothing was a problem, all the staff welcomed us and made our six night stay incredible. The buffet breakfast is wonderful with an array of dishes and the hospitality staff that were 100% attentive and always accomodating. We also dinned at the restaurant for lunch and dinner and the freshness of the food was amazing. Compliments to the wonderful chef and his team. A special mention to Tram the restaurant supervisor & her team for excellent and friendly service by all our wait staff. This really enhanced the experience of the stay. We had a fabulous room (thank you for the upgrade) close to the pool. The facilities are well kept, clean and an amazing pool. Our room was always tidy too, thank you. Very kind and beautiful reception staff who were always obliging to offer help and information, your smiles and attentiveness was so appreciated. The shuttle bus service into town and the beach was fantastic. I also enjoyed the day spa which was relaxing. To management you have exceptional staff, with people who really care about their guests in the most genuine way, thank you the lovely people of the Saga, my son was so sad when we left, you have left a lasting impression on him and us. We thank you so much for an unforgettable stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Saga Hoi An, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. A special thanks to Nhung, Thu, and Trang for their incredible hospitality and warmth. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made my stay unforgettable. Whether it was helping with recommendations, ensuring my room was perfect, or simply greeting me with a smile, they truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The location is perfect for exploring Hoi An, and the overall ambiance is serene and welcoming. I highly recommend Hotel Saga Hoi An to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed 4 nights at the Saga Hotel and had an absolutely amazing time. The facilities were excellent and well maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception staff was great at suggesting activities for us and helping to call activity providers. Especially helpful was the restaurant manager Tram who made our stay as stress-free and relaxed as could be. I have a peanut allergy, so travelling in southeast Asia can sometimes be tricky with the food. We mentioned the allergy when we booked and Tram took it very seriously. She immediately knew who we were when we arrived and made sure to double check all the food every time we ate at the hotel. The hotel restaurant was super delicious and beats out some highly rated restaurants in town in our opinion. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at Saga again next time we are in Hoi An. We were initially nervous about the location because it's a bit outside of old town, but we ended up being really happy about that and would recommend it to others. Old town can be so busy that it feels incredibly overwhelming during some time periods, so we were happy to be able to get out of the crowds back at the hotel. It also means the hotel isn't as tight on space and feels more spacious and relaxed. The hotel is close enough to old town that we did walk it once, but getting a Grab is super cheap, the hotel has free shuttles, and you can also borrow bicycles from the hotel. There are also many shops and restaurants on the road leading to old town. The hotel is also near some gorgeous rice fields with really nice cafes scattered throughout - would highly recommend cycling some of these paths and stopping at the cafes!

Staff were amazing. So concerned with ensuring we were comfortable and happy. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and great quality plus the restaurant is very attractive and pleasant. The pool area is lovely as well. There is a shuttle into town but you could walk it easily enough if you enjoy walking. I would have to say the team at this hotel were amongst the best I have encountered over the forty years I have been travelling. Very impressed.

The only thing that was a bit of a pain relates to the air conditioning in our two rooms. It was not consistently working properly and sometimes was not cooling enough. At other times it cooled exceptionally well. The hotel staff did their best to address it with mixed results. I imagine they will work on it for future considering how concerned this team were with your well being and comfort.

We stayed here for 4 days in April as a family unit and really enjoyed the accommodations and location. We booked 3 rooms and received upgrades to suites close to each other - such a nice touch! The grounds are lovely and carefully maintained with lush greenery. The pool set up was nice as well with loungers and a place for adults. We enjoyed the live music at the bar - I think it was a Saturday night. Breakfast options were good and the staff at the restaurant and bars were very accommodating. There are complimentary shuttles to old town that we took and it was super convenient. We also used the spa and laundry services and were happy. Reception and hospitality staff was wonderful as well - always checking in to see if we needed anything. I can’t even remember all the wonderful people who helped us - Trang, Le, Phuong — all were great. I highly recommend this resort!

STAFF: Amazing, so helpful, polite and courteous. One even (she did NOT need to) personally apologised the next day for accidentally forgetting a drink order during my evening meal. Showed integrity. Breakfast: So many options, daily variety and plentiful. Nice rooms, swimming pool, downstairs bar with a pool table. Spa was worth using. Location: about a nice 20 mins walk to Old Town, which was good for me. Also if you want to get some running in, can go through the paths of the nearby rice fields 👍🏾

Not much: TV channels (stated films in English) I could not find them. Netflix would be good to add. I used the gym, but it is quite small and basic. Great shower, just wish it had a door.

Beautiful hotel. New, clean and with a beautiful pool and patio area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely quiet oasis out of the old town how everybody only a 5 minute Grab (Uber) ride away. The hotel rooms are large and clean with great air conditioning. We stayed in early Dec. Great breakfast selection. A bonus was the swim up bar and pool room. Our adult kids loved this area. Also a small gym we didn’t use but looked good. We had a massage at the hotel spa which was lovely too. We will be back to stay again when next in Hoi An!
