The staff were wonderful and kind and went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. the pool was lovely and well maintained. The breakfast good. The standout was the evening meals in the restaurant. We dined in 4 times because the food was sooo good and very reasonably priced. Laundry was charged at very reasonable rate too.

The gym. It was very underwhelming. 2 treadmills stuck on an incline of 15%. Staff unable to rectify this. Only other machine was an antiquated cross trainer. As I chose this place for what looked like a reasonable gym I was very disappointed. I did suggest to management that they either improve the gym or get rid of it all together so people aren't disappointed like me.

The staff was amazing. They were very kind and eager to please. The hotel was in a great location. The restaurant had great food and provided room service. They accommodated our request to substitute items when my husband fell ill due to eating street food.

The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were very fluffy, though.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Saga Hoi An, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. A special thanks to Nhung, Thu, and Trang for their incredible hospitality and warmth. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made my stay unforgettable. Whether it was helping with recommendations, ensuring my room was perfect, or simply greeting me with a smile, they truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The location is perfect for exploring Hoi An, and the overall ambiance is serene and welcoming. Staff were amazing. So concerned with ensuring we were comfortable and happy. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and great quality plus the restaurant is very attractive and pleasant. The pool area is lovely as well. There is a shuttle into town but you could walk it easily enough if you enjoy walking. I would have to say the team at this hotel were amongst the best I have encountered over the forty years I have been travelling. Very impressed.

The only thing that was a bit of a pain relates to the air conditioning in our two rooms. It was not consistently working properly and sometimes was not cooling enough. At other times it cooled exceptionally well. The hotel staff did their best to address it with mixed results. I imagine they will work on it for future considering how concerned this team were with your well being and comfort.

We stayed here for 4 days in April as a family unit and really enjoyed the accommodations and location. We booked 3 rooms and received upgrades to suites close to each other - such a nice touch! The grounds are lovely and carefully maintained with lush greenery. The pool set up was nice as well with loungers and a place for adults. We enjoyed the live music at the bar - I think it was a Saturday night. Breakfast options were good and the staff at the restaurant and bars were very accommodating. There are complimentary shuttles to old town that we took and it was super convenient. We also used the spa and laundry services and were happy. Reception and hospitality staff was wonderful as well - always checking in to see if we needed anything. I can’t even remember all the wonderful people who helped us - Trang, Le, Phuong — all were great. I highly recommend this resort!

STAFF: Amazing, so helpful, polite and courteous. One even (she did NOT need to) personally apologised the next day for accidentally forgetting a drink order during my evening meal. Showed integrity. Breakfast: So many options, daily variety and plentiful. Nice rooms, swimming pool, downstairs bar with a pool table. Spa was worth using. Location: about a nice 20 mins walk to Old Town, which was good for me. Also if you want to get some running in, can go through the paths of the nearby rice fields 👍🏾

Not much: TV channels (stated films in English) I could not find them. Netflix would be good to add. I used the gym, but it is quite small and basic. Great shower, just wish it had a door.

Beautiful hotel. New, clean and with a beautiful pool and patio area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely quiet oasis out of the old town how everybody only a 5 minute Grab (Uber) ride away. The hotel rooms are large and clean with great air conditioning. We stayed in early Dec. Great breakfast selection. A bonus was the swim up bar and pool room. Our adult kids loved this area. Also a small gym we didn’t use but looked good. We had a massage at the hotel spa which was lovely too. We will be back to stay again when next in Hoi An!

Nothing - everything great!

Everything. The staff were amazing from check-in to check out. They made us feel so comfortable and welcome. They gave great recommendations and were always on hand to help. They always asked us how our day had been and if we had plans. The pool was absolutely fantastic, it was a little warmer and less bracing than other hotel pools we've had in Vietnam, we loved swimming here or sitting by the pool as the atmosphere was great. Breakfast was fantastic, different choices everyday and open from 6:30-10 so a big window to choose from whether you're getting up early or lying in. The whole feeling and vibe of the hotel was completely tranquil and enjoyable, I think that this place attracts like minded guests (mainly younger families and couples in their 30s who want a little bit of relaxation). Grab is so easy to use and cheap, it cost us about £1.50 to get from the hotel to the centre of the old town, or if you prefer you can walk. It's just under 2km and takes around 25-35 minutes to walk. There's lots of options for food and drink on the same street as the hotel, some great cafés and eateries as well as some really nice places walking through the fields and paddies up to places like the Roving Chillhouse. It's nice to be slightly outside the old town as whilst it's beautiful, it's also a little 'touty' and busy at night, so it's a welcome break. We decided to extend our stay 1 night because we loved it here so much and the front desk were super helpful with this as well as helping with the laundry service. 100% would recommend and 1000% would stay again.

The only things that could be improved were the tap and shower in our room. The tap seemed to have way too much pressure and soaked everything when using, the large rainfall shower head was slightly blocked so only 75% of it was in use. We mentioned both issues to the front desk on check out and they said that the maintenance team would look straight away. The only other thing to mention is that you may have to request the bar to be open in low season to play pool/games because it doesn't stay open all the time.

This place is the BEST. The facilities are beautiful, the breakfast is delicious and changes a bit each day, but the real differentiator here is the service. I was originally in a room facing the street that was a bit too noisy for me. I requested to move to a quieter place, and they obliged! It was so generous and not something I expected but I appreciated it so much. Another really nice touch they offer is that every day at breakfast, one of the front desk staff comes to talk to you about your plans for the day and they try to help you however they can. They gave me recommendations for types of new coffee drinks I can try and also helped me to arrange a private driver to Hue (they also remembered my name, which I thought was so cute). Totally recommend, I don't think I'd stay anywhere else if I go back to Hoi An.
