We really enjoyed staying in this villa. All the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Very friendly and warm atmosphere. The hotel is located far from the old town ( but within walking distance), so it was quiet and peaceful here (there are no karaoke and entertainment venues)this is a big plus for a relaxing holiday. A win mart store and moonmilk are 450 meters away.The rooms had a large number of windows, were clean and spacious with comfortable soft beds. The shower was working properly and with good pressure . Cleaning and towels were changed every 2 days.the bed linen was changed every 4 days.the pool was always clean-Mr. Khan always made sure of that. As for the Internet , I can say that it periodically sank , and if someone is a delayer , then some difficulties may arise . Bicycles are also provided.In conclusion, I can say that we really enjoyed staying with Mr. Khan. It was warm and soulful, like at home.I'll continue to recommend this hotel to my friends, and if I'm going to visit Hoi An, I'll choose this place .🌸

A gorgeous place to stay! Very comfortable and spacious rooms, the best shower in all of Vietnam! The pool was lovely to relax by and the breakfast was great. The owners are very kind and helpful, booking onwards travel for us and providing free bicycles to use to get to the old town. We were also able to rent a moped for our day trip to Da Nang. Great location a quick cycle to either the old town or the beach.

My only qualm (and it’s very minor) is that the doors to the rooms are translucent so even if you close all the blinds and curtains it will still get bright in the mornings - but just bring an eye mask and everything is perfect!

This was our favourite accommodation during our entire Vietnam stay! Firstly the owner, Khanh, is the most wonderful and welcoming man you will meet. He always went above and beyond, organising taxi transfers, tours and providing complimentary bikes, breakfast and a great laundry service. It made for a seamless and effortless stay. We found the location to be perfect. The hotel is in a peaceful area outside of town only a short cycle away from the centre and from the scenic rice fields. The room at the hotel was clean, modern, spacious and was more than adequate for our needs. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

The whole property is a cool and quiet vibe place. From hospitality to comfort after a tour day, this places gives you the best. Have to mention the host Mr. khanh, Man you are awesome and kind! He makes sure ypu dont have any problems and sorts them out if any. His approach towards guests is so kind and lovely! About the room — it was very well ventilated and spacious. Restroom was too good. Will suggest this place to anyone who is visiting HoiAn / Danang. Highly recommended

Pleasant place, very kind and helpful owner, bicycles freely available to use, nice breakfast options and flexible timing, quiet area (no traffic sounds), big room with basic necessities.

Bright white light in room not very cosy, depending on which room you're in; other guests might pass by your window so not that much privacy; place can get noisy depending on amount and type of guests that are present (families with children will obviously increase the sound levels); swimming pool pretty central between rooms

We loved everything! Clean, spacious rooms, beautiful and warm swimming pool, peaceful garden and location in a quiet side street yet just a few minutes walking from several great restaurants, cafes and a mini mart. This villa has the best price quality ration we found in Vietnam so far. Also the owners are very kind and sweet, nothing is problem for them. Recommended 100 %! If you are traveling with children, it is very child friendly and safe environment.

Everything was perfect.

Lovely host and nice facilities! Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious with a nice modern bathroom. Aircon worked perfectly, which we have found to be rare in Vietnam. Location was decent, plenty of nice things around but a 30 min walk to Old Town. The value for money was pretty fantastic.

When using the shower it flooded the whole bathroom which wasn’t a huge deal but a little inconvenient. The breakfast was very very average, with un-toasted and un-buttered bread and some Laughing Cow cheese as one of the options.

Wonderful Villa hotel. Relaxing and peaceful, with good fresh breakfast excellent omelet. Room large with lovely tiled rain shower. TV has CNA and other foreign channels. Khanh and his family made my stay happy and relaxed. Also, you have free bikes and motorcycles rental!

Free bicycle rental made it very convenient to get to the old town, but also the beach and other places. Mr khan was very helpful and willing to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Early check in and late check out were offered to me without extra charge. As well as free water in the room. Very uncommon for Vietnam. I can recommend luckyleaf without hesitation!

I was hoping for a breakfast buffet. However you can choose one option from a menu with 8 items plus one choice of fresh fruit.

Khanh was a formidable host. Despite the rain, we had the best time in Hoi An thanks to him. Room was spacious and clean 👌 We were also able to rent a bike through him that we use to visit Marble Moutains, Son Tra and My Son Sanctuary plus the fabulous countryside and ricefields along the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone appreciating a warm host and comfy place to rest after long days exploring the surrounding area.
