Lovely, great value hotel. Very clean rooms and comfortable. Shower had good pressure and always had hot water. Staff at the hotel were all extremely kind and helpful and kept the hotel looking so nice. Can walk or cycle or get a very cheap grab to the old town from the hotel. We extended our stay directly through the hotel and they will give you a discount on the price. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Amazing kindness and good will. The hosts were great to us all the time. They let us in the room few hours earlier. They rented us a scooter and we had to pay 3 times less than normal, since we didn't use it for a whole day, but we did what we wanted. They showed us how to use the motorbike, since ot was our first time. The prices of the food, drinks, etc are less then in local supermarkets. Everything was perfectly clean. They did our laundry and packed it cute little bags. We are so happy with this place and will come again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely hosts, who were so helpful with transfers and tours. They were very kind to our family and even gave our son a birthday present. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They cleaned the rooms daily too. The bathrooms were modern and the water was good pressure and hot. The breakfast we purchased was fresh and tasty. We spent an afternoon at the pool and it was so relaxing as the area was quiet. It is a 20min walk to the old town and a 5 min Grab ride. We enjoyed some of the typical restaurants around walking to the rice fields close by. Overall an excellent stay. Recommend the family room especially as so much space for our children and ourselves.

If we had to name something we would have liked an extra pillow. That is nothing to complain about though.

The room was a very good size and we loved that the bikes were free to use which was super useful - the bikes aren't in the best shape but they were good enough to get us around for a couple of days without any major issues. It's in a good location away from the busy streets but close enough to some restaurants. They were able to recommend a good cooking class and also helped to book us a car to the airport for a reasonable cost. Would stay again

The WiFi was very poor, if this was better it would be a 9/10 for sure! also the room would benefit from a mosquito net as we found lots of them

Staff very helpful and very friendly and welcoming. I only planned to stay a few nights but extended to ~10 nights. Very nice looking homestay in a great location, I would’ve happily paid much more per night- great value for money.

Very minor comments (small details) but some small details in the room would be helpful - there was no bin in the bedroom (although cleaner would still remove my rubbish every day), only a couple hangars in the bathroom, bedroom safe would be more convenient if the battery code worked instead of carrying the small key which could be lost easily, and the pool had no chlorine but it felt like there was some other chemical in it which was unpleasant if it went in the mouth.

We stayed here as a couple with our 7-year old son. First and foremost we loved the owners. Son and his wife are genuinely kind and caring people. We rented two connected rooms, both with en-suite bathroom, which was super convenient for us. Everything was clean and well kept. The beds are soft and nice. The location is perfect. A bit away from the craziness of the old town, yet just a short bicycle ride from it. Bikes are available at the villa for free. We had one with a seat at the back for our boy. Both western and Vietnamese restaurants can be found within walking distance of the vila. My husband enjoyed his morning swim in the pool. My son and I needed the heat of the afternoon in order to really appreciate the refreshing water. I loved the scent of the jasmine flowers in the garden! Son’s wife made us tasty pancakes or eggs in the morning with fresh fruits on the side. She was so sweet to our son. They were super helpful with anything we needed. Son even picked us up from the hospital after we had a small accident. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, convenient and beautiful place to stay in Hoi An.

Owners and staff friendly, hard working, excellent! Very clean accommodation- access to filtered or bottled water. Hot showers! Room darkening curtains-perfect! Large beautiful room with balcony! Quiet residential neighborhood - close walking to local businesses and free bicycles for use..we went to Ancient Village and My Anh beach area. Swimming pool very clean. Beautiful garden. Hien cooked breakfast for us, local My Quang delicious 😋 Son is very informative on local areas to visit. Highly recommend staying here!

All is good

The room was large and very well presented with a balcony. The owners are delightful and hospitable. In good weather the balcony, garden and pool would make the villa the ideal place to relax. We took bikes one day to the rice fields, the beach and vegetable village. Breakfast needs to be pre-ordered.

We had almost constant rain when we stayed so could not take full advantage of the location. So despite all the advantages of the villa we found it to be too far from town. A good 20/25 minutes walk. We took a Grab on several occasions.

We had such an amazing stay at Phuk Thao Villa, we even extended our stay. Our room was large, spacious and clean. And the bed was very comfortable. The pool is great and kept very clean even after it rains! There are bikes available for free to use so it is very easy to cycle to the old town or the beach. We also enjoyed walking home in the evenings as there are many nice shops and restaurants along the way. But what really made our stay special was the staff, especially Son. He was always available to help with any queries or to chat with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. There was always coffee and snacks provided to us and he even made sure to bring fruit to our room one morning. Would definitely recommend Phuc Thao Villa!

This was a wonderful place to stay. There was so much attention to detail and Son and the staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room, building and pool were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Son has designed a peaceful villa with beautiful gardens. We enjoyed our conversations with Son. We would definitely come back and stay here.
