A boutique hotel that looks and is exactly what is promised on the website! The hotel's asset is its amazing team of staff. They looked after us (family of 5, 3 generations) for 6 days/ 5 nights - we stayed in 2 rooms (a Deluxe Triple room and an Economy Double room). Buffet breakfast was included. Hotel feels new (beautifully appointed rooms with superb luxury bathrooms), lovely pool that is very popular with guests, very clean with industrious staff (we appreciate the efficient, quiet service of the breakfast service team, the hot noodles/ egg counter chef who made amazing omelettes to order, through to the efficient housekeeping team). Perfect location - away from the busy centre/ traffic but close enough for a convenient shuttle into town. On some nights, we managed to stroll back to hotel on foot (20-30 minutes from downtown). The stars of our stay was the Reception/ Concierge team (Lisa and Van) who spoke fluent English, they arranged anything and everything to make our stay comfortable. At the end of our 5-night stay, we felt like 'family' to the team. We experienced everything that Hoi An had to offer with the team's help - from multiple massages, pedicure/ manicure sessions, through to booking two different evening shows (heed their advice on seats for the Memories of Hoi An show - and don't miss the Lune acrobatics show!). We were recommended to a reliable tailor and custom leather shoe maker (superb service) and we took a half-day trip to My Son Champa Sanctuary (go through the hotel - the guide and package was very well run!)

This is not about the hotel but this is more for awareness of independent travellers - Hoi An is a cultural centre. There are no supermarkets or malls in town (head to Danang for those) - so be prepared to eat out or buy food/ takeaway from stalls etc. There are minimarts but these tend to sell limited snacks and drinks.

The rooms were beautiful, massive bath, balcony overlooking the central pool with soundproof doors. Everything felt elegant. The breakfast was huge with enough selections for even the fussiest eater and the menu changed daily. Only minutes from Old Town and the night markets but secluded enough that you never heard any traffic. The staff were amazing as well. You get a lovely welcome when you arrive with drinks and snacks as they give you the information on the facilities in the hotel as well as events and places of interest in Hoi An itself. Big shout out to to Dinh for all her help and her sense of humour :)

We had a truly pleasant stay and would like to highlight the excellent service provided by the staff. Special thanks to Dinh from Reception, who warmly welcomed us with refreshing drinks and took the time to clearly explain all the hotel facilities during check-in. Also, a big thank you to Diem from Reception for assisting us with our requests during our stay—both were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. We also appreciate the concierge (we unfortunately forgot his name) who kindly helped us with our luggage upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to our stay. The restaurant staff were equally commendable—very helpful and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed during our meals. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we truly enjoyed it every morning. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The only minor issue we experienced was with the soundproofing, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and children at the swimming pool early in the morning. Despite that, everything went very well overall, and we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, friendly staff, good value for money, and great location near tourist attractions.

Exceptional experience here at Hoi An Blue Sky. We travel as a family of 4, we are treated exceptionally from the beginning to the end. The staff is just amazing, exceptionally helpful and friendly speaking both English and Vietnamese, including Ms. Van & Ms. Dinh. The room is beautiful and very clean with a mesmerizing touch of the color blue palette. Elegant design with a feeling of fanciness. Facilities are all in great quality, great shower with warm water with a bathtube, and an amazing pool. Great location close to the Hoi An old town. We definitely will stay here again when we come back to Hoi An!

Nothing that we don’t like. Everything is wonderful, maybe only very small thing is that Breakfast can be extended until 10h30 instead of 10h AM.

The stay at this place was so pleasant! The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfy. The breakfast was very good, the ambiance was very nice and the service was amazing! Dinh was so nice in the reception and helped us plan things to do and helped us through out the stay. The location was also nice in a quiet neighborhood with only 10 minute bike ride to the old town center(a flat and pleasant ride) and also a scenic 20-30 minute ride to the beach! Bicycles were free and they also had shuttle service. 10/10 reccomend it!

Nothing it was perfect

Staff were incredible. Helped us book grabs and other tours. The rooms were very clean, spacious, great air con, great water pressure, pool was great, breakfast had lots of western options - fresh made omlettes, toast, croissants and pastries, donuts, fruit galore- kids and adults all happy. Hotel has free bikes to lend until 9pm. Was awesome way to get into the tourist part of town 3-5 min bike. We felt safe for our 11 & 13yr old to bike. Also a free shuttle at 11am, 3pm, 6pm but you need to book 1 hour before as they order taxis. Corner store a 2 min walk away for any essentials. Coffee shop next door.

We were happy with the distance from town but it is worth noting it's probably a good 15 min walk to the tourist part of town and 20-25min to the lanterns. A grab for 4 people back to the hotel was about $1.50 usd. Lots to see along the way, shops, coffee shops, food, but we all thought using the hotel bikes was a highlight.

I had a wonderful experience at Hoi An Blue Sky hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming especially ms Dinh and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. My room was stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the fresh, delicious breakfast served each morning and swimming pool. It’s in a great location—close to everything, yet quiet. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and memorable stay.

The staff were truly the highlight! They were always eager to help and very friendly :) The hotel itself was lovely as well. It was my birthday whilst staying there and without telling the hotel they brought out a cake and candle for me at breakfast which was lovely.

There was some construction on our floor so could be a tad noisy in the morning but the hotel did give complimentary fruit as an apology which was nice of them.

Definitely the best hotel during our stay in Vietnam. The staff is incredibly helpful and smiling. Wonderful rooms are equipped with all you need for your comfortable staying. The choice of food for breakfast is pretty good. The location is great and quiet , just a 15 minute walk to the center of Hoian. The shuttle bus is available to the beach and to the center of Hoian. We did enjoy our staying!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The hotel is lovely and we had excellent service from the staff especially Ms Dinh that works at the front desk. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the room was perfect, clean and spacious and we were given corner room which I think was a courtesy upgrade. The hotel has recently been renovated so all the little things that previous guests mentioned have been sorted out.
