The major reason to come back to this hotel is the level of service and how caring and attentive the staff was. A special thanks to Hailey for all of the tips and recommendations. I had a lovely room with a view on the rice fields. Great blackout curtains. The food set menu as well as the New Year menu were amazing! The location is a bit further away from the old town, more quiet, perfect walking distance with many cafes and spas close by. I did Thai massage in the hotel twice. It was very good.

Sound isolation in the rooms is not great. But I should have asked for room change, I'm sure staff would have accommodated for it.

The hotel room was well equipped with desk and 2 lounge chairs. The large bed was comfortable and the room clean. Breakfast included both Asian and European options and was tasty and looked forward to each day. The motel is a street back from the rice fields and our room overlooked them which gave a pleasant vista. Ample poolside chairs and towels were supplied. We appreciated the new bikes which made it easy to get around.

We enjoyed our stay at My Son. The balcony would have been better if it had chairs but both doors opened out which allowed fresh air. The location was close enough to ride to the old town and a short walk to several good restaurants and cafes but may not suit everyone. No fault of the hotel but barking dogs across the street work us several times during our stay.

Excellent Linnsie and snow were so hospitable !! Very helpful and so so lovely .. the hotel was beautiful. Food was ok .. great location, about 30 minute walk to the Old Quarter. The hotel area was very quiet. The pool amazing .. I would recommend this place for sure

Comfortable, clean, impeccable staff, genuine four star hotel. Generous buffet breakfast, light meals served all day.

Would have marked a 9, perhaps a 10, but the hotel has a big problem. Across the road from the entrance is a small businessman with several dogs, one of which barks continuously virtually all night and every night. The Myson is aware of the issue since guests have complained before. The animal is a serious pest and something needs to be done. You should not have to wear earplugs to get a decent nights sleep in a hotel of this quality.

I had a wonderful stay at My Son Boutique Hotel in Hoi An. It is very nicely located, close to the city centre (all within walking distance) and yet quiet, I slept really well. The rooms are very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. There is a pool which is a great place to relax after a long day. A big plus was the friendly staff who did everything to make their guests feel comfortable, both at the reception and in the restaurant. I spontaneously got a breakfast box when I was picked up early for the excursion, as well as extra vegetarian dishes for the breakfast buffet. Thank you for a wonderful stay (definitely one of my favourite places in Vietnam), I would love to come back.

My stay at My Son Boutique Hotel and Spa was absolutely fantastic! I booked for two nights but ended up extending my stay for an extra night because I was so impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel's central location on a quiet street was perfect, and being fairly new, it boasted modern amenities and excellent facilities. I particularly enjoyed cooling off in the amazing outdoor pool, especially when the breeze was blowing. The breakfast spread was delicious, and I appreciated the variety offered. What really stood out to me was how the hotel went above and beyond to facilitate my needs, from arranging a scooter for me to taking care of all logistics. The complimentary scheduled shuttle rides to the old town and the free bicycle provided by the hotel were added bonuses that made exploring the area even more convenient. Overall, I highly recommend My Son Boutique Hotel and Spa to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with exceptional service and amenities.

We had an excellent stay at the My Son Boutique Hotel & Spa. We really appreciated the location, which is about 15 minutes' walk from the old quarter of Hoi An, yet quiet. The room was pleasant, clean and spacious. We also really enjoyed the treatments we received at the spa (massage and facial), which were excellent. All the staff were wonderful and welcoming. Special thanks to Ivy and her receptionist colleague, Simon, Lisa and her Spa colleague for their helpfulness and kindness. We're looking forward to coming back !

I don't think there was much to dislike. We could hear the chairs from the dining/breakfast room downstairs because we were on a low level, if that will bother you choose a higher floor room. There's also a friendly rooster that starts at early dawn, that's common in Vietnam. If that will bother you, bring earplugs. :) Just as tips for other travellers.
