The decor here is beautiful and thoughtful. Every detail seems to have been considered. We noticed wherever you are in the hotel it looks pretty, as if much thought went into the design of the landscaping and architecture. The pool was amazing, the best we have had so far on this trip to Vietnam. The water was warm but not too warm so as it was still refreshing to take a swim. It had an infinity type edge that overflowed into stones all around it, very nice. And even at night it was just so comfortable and enjoyable. The beds and the bedding here are wonderful, ultra smooth cotton with that fantastic feel on your skin, good comfortable mattress. We love the room we stayed in with the tub; it was so relaxing to soak after a hot day and so nice.

No elevator. They do have bellmen to carry luggage up/down stairs but extra walking up/down.

There are so many things to love about this hotel. The staff are fantastic - friendly, helpful, professional, courteous - I couldn’t fault them. Just brilliant. The room is elegant and there are wonderful extras provided which elevated my stay to a special experience. The view from my room was less attractive and a very vocal cockerel lived next door but the hotel provided earplugs if that’s a problem (which helped me 100%. The breakfast was tasty. And the pool area so peaceful and well designed. Highly recommended this wonderful hotel.

in my travels, and while using of Booking, I have never given any stay a 10.. this one was perfect in every way.. beautiful, classy property, spacious rooms, (with complimentary herbal foot bath brought every night to the room), absolutely brilliant staff, beyond helpful.. the bonus is the restaurant..the food was far superior than expected. one can peek inside the kitchen and see the level of professionalism and sparkling cleanliness..I wish I could transport this property and it's people everywhere I went..!!

Our stay at Hotel Maison Vy was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The à la carte breakfast was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming, making our stay unforgettable. We loved every moment here and can’t wait to return!

This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. I loved everything about it. The staff made you feel like we were staying in their home. We initially stayed for 6 days whilst travelling through Vietnam and enjoyed it so much we returned and stayed for a further 2 weeks at the end of our trip. We were lucky to be staying at the hotel over Tet so the hotel was very quiet but still the staff and the service was fantastic.

Everything was beautiful from the decor of the hotel to the excellent care we received from the staff. The pool was lovely, the breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the nightly footpath and the afternoon tea. We got one spa treatment which was fantastic. The free bikes were perfect for getting out to the beach and enjoying the nearby countryside. We highly recommend Maison Vy and would definitely stay there again.

The location of the property was perfect, allowing us to cycle through the city, all the way to the walking street and the paddy fields. The staff were incredibly hospitable and warm and went above and beyond to accommodate your needs. While the breakfast menu could benefit from a few more vegetarian and vegan options, the existing selections were delicious. Their herbal foot baths at night, paired with some home-grown bedtime tea, were the perfect way to unwind after a day of cycling.

Maison Vy was by far the best hotel in Vietnam!! The room was spacious, wonderfully decorated,everything was new and had a lovely ambience. We had a room overlooking their lovely pool and palm trees. Breakfast was great and made for us on the spot! What stood out however was the EXCEPTIONAL service of the people working there! They went above and beyond to help us out with various things - from booking tours to nearby islands to helping me retrieve my lost phone.. so kind, polite and helpful. I cannot recommend Maison Vy enough - it was an oasis in our trip! And I hope to come back there soon :)

This was the best place we stayed on our whole trip. I booked a room each for my teenagers so we could have our own space. The rooms are beautifully furnished, staff were amazing and attentive at all times, breakfast was great with heaps of food. Every night I looked forward to my foot bath which was a lovely added extra. If you are ever in Hoi An this is the place to stay. I can't wait to go back.

Staffs are extremely friendly and supportive. The room is amazing, so beautiful, and has all of the things you could possibly need when you travel. The hotel is so beautiful, well decorated, and well structured.The breakfast is yummy, and has a variety of choices from Western food to Vietnamese local food. I felt like at home when I stayed here. Will come back

I wish they had more shuttle buses to old town.
