The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we weren't sure if we'd be staying more than one night in Hoi An. Our plan was to visit the Cham Islands, but due to bad weather, we had to reconsider our plan every day. They upgraded us to a superior room for the first night and they didn't give us any trouble extending our stay from one day to the next, and we ended up staying for three nights. The hotel's location is very good; you can walk to the Old Quarter in 10-15 minutes, but at night you can relax away from the noise. The staff gave me their WhatsApp number so I could contact them at any time and they gave me very good recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and even a tailor. They also helped us rent bicycles. The pool is very nice and the two rooms where we stayed were very spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful spacious colonial type property, close to but not too close to Hoi An Old Town. Hien and Helen (who speak very good English) are delightful, funny and very informative. They can book activities/tours without taking a commission and if you don’t want a tour they’ll understand. Nice breakfasts too. Larger than average rooms with balconies.

The showers tend to spray water on the toilet. You should cover it. Even though the walls seem thick, we could hear a loud Russian lady next door talking loudly on her phone and when the next door restaurant decided to have a karaoke party…it was like we were there. But that’s common in Vietnam if you want to be near a city centre.

The staff have been outstanding during our stay! They greeted us by our names every morning and evening we came to and from the hotel. They very quickly organised an early check in for us after our sleeper bus. They minded our bags when we went on an overnight trip to da nang- so accommodating! We were only supposed to stay here for 1 night - in the end we ended up staying 5 nights- we just loved it so much! our room was clean and the pool was clean and cool. The location is also very close to the old town- about a 10 minute walk

Great location for us, stayed here many times

Mattress could be a bit softer. Some things could do with some repairs but in saying that as we were departing there was work going on. I think they need a quiet time set in place for all quests, some people don’t understand that other quests are trying to sleep at midnight. We are all on holiday 😊 but have early starts to go on tours etc

The woman at the reception was very nice. I liked, that she led us to our room and showed us the important things. The room was tidy and neat. The water and coffee was for free, which wasn't the case in other hotels we visited. The fridge was clean and odorless, the furniture was in good shape and the beds were comfortable. I liked, that all the lights were controllable from switches next to the beds. The room we were in also had a small balcony, which was very good for drying clothes. The pool of the hotel was sufficient and seemed clean. There were no time restrictions for the access. What we especially liked: The shower had some kind of tub so the water for the shower was not able to flow through the whole bathroom. This is not very common in vietnamese hotels so it was a welcome surprise.

The amount of electrical outlets in the room was low. Only one point that was accessible in the main room.

This is a simple and convenient hotel with easy access to the old town. It is an old-fashioned property with a little pool for relaxing your feet. The hotel is clean and no fuss. Keep your expectations low, and you will not be disappointed. We would not recommend eating in because many dining options out there in Hoi An.

May be the amenities a little bit old

For a 2 star hotel, this place is absolutely brilliant. The rooms are spacious and have great AC which helps during the warm summer months. There is a pool and super affordable motorbike hire and laundry service among other things. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience in this hotel.

Very little, maybe some people would want to be closer to the historic old town but it is only 20 minutes away, and transport is incredibly cheap in Vietnam anyway.

Fantastic hotel, located 10 minutes walk from Hoi An Old Town. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast is very good as well. The staff are very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Hoi An.

The staff were incredible,so friendly especially to two ladies on the front desk who helped me with transport & tours. The rooms were nice & clean. Breakfast was simple & service with a smile.location was 10 min away from anything. I've travelled the world but never felt so at home. Thank you so much.

Hien and Helen the hosts were incredible. Hien organised any tours we wanted to do and gave great tips to help us get the best out of our 4 days in Hoi An. We also loved hanging out at the hotel pool. Excellent breakfast available at a very reasonable cost. Staff were very friendly and room was serviced every day.
