Cleaning of the room and bathroom a bit to be desired. Breakfast should be included in the cost even if the price per day is increased. Stop people from smoking within the hotel boundry. As you open your door you are suffocated with the smell of smoke.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Hoi an. What made it very special was the lovely staff, the receptionists and the lovely man who was at the front desk all night. They let us use a bicycle to get around everyday which was really useful as it only took around 5-10 minutes to get to the older quarter. The hotel is really clean and the bed is comfy. It’s extremely good value for money - we paid more at other hotels across Vietnam and they were no where near as nice.

The shower pressure wasn’t great but that was the only thing - everything was perfect!

The pool, the staff were very helpful. The use of bikes at anytime. The location was only a short nice bike ride away from the ancient town.

The property was very nice at first glance. The pool area was very clean but not much room or sun loungers they were also not cleaned regularly and most had bird poo on them. More towels would have been good so we had one for the pool and one for the shower.

We had a lovely and spacious room with 2 balconies overlooking the beautiful pool. Very well priced and less than a 1km walk to the Hoi An markets and waterfront. Great eating at Rosies Cafe, and at riverfront cafes during the evening. Tailor made clothing , excellent at Yaly.

We loved being in Hoi An and have returned from previous visit. Busy in old town and therefore missed out on a number of possible day trips. Again these are well priced. Hoi An will continue to be a favourite destination for us!

Beautiful room and facilities. There were tons of common areas to chill though we didn’t use them a lot. The pool was nice to cool off in and we liked the location away from Old Town. It was a 15 minute walk from the busy streets but lots of nice food and coffee places nearby. Free bicycles available for use. Staff was friendly and readily available for anything needed. We left the key in the door one night and accidentally locked ourselves in the room and the staff quickly helped us get out lol. Good A/C and comfortable bed.

No elevator but not an issue for us. Shower was a bit weird and caused some floods but the bathroom dried out quickly.

Originally we were disappointed as we arrived at night and there was a strong mouldy smell in the rooms. Obviously with the high humidity in Hoi An it was somehow normal and once we turned on the aircon it had vanished. We needed to remember how much we paid for the accommodation and for the price paid it was good value (good quiet location, 15 mins walk to ancient town, plenty of toiletries including razor, toothbrushes, comb, cotton buds, shower cap, shower gel, plenty of towels, clean sheets, flip flops, fridge, Netflix). Staff were very friendly, helpful and by the end of our stay we were very happy with what we got for the price paid. Pics are realistic but do not expect luxury accommodation - we paid £14/night and it was well worth it.

A great hotel, friendly staff, our family stayed in 2 beautiful family rooms and the swimming pool was very large and clean. If we have the opportunity to return to Hoi An, we will come back to this place.

Nothing

The hotel itself is a beautiful "Boutique" hotel not super big or fancy but lovely. The pool was delightful, clean and clear water, pleasant to swim in, not the take your breathe away cold. We were about 1KM from Old Town and generally walked into old town, but easier to use Grab for local taxi, mainly due to hot and humid conditions.

The room was not cleaned daily , or provided with clean towels daily but always after we asked for them, this was ok. We had to ask for towels for the pool too. I am saying this because some would expect a higher level of service but for the price a great option.

I think we were upgraded so the room we stayed in was amazing. Very spacious with big, comfortable bed and tv with Netflix. The most comfortable bed we have stayed in our whole trip. The pool area was very nice with enough sun loungers for people to sit on and the pool was clean. The location was about a 15 minute walk from the old town centre or a 5/6 minute motorbike ride which you can rent from the hotel (or get a bicycle for free).

Had a few issues where we had a 3 hour long power cut and our Tv fell off the wall one night. The staff fixed the next day but we did come back to our door left wide open with all our belongings in it so anyone could have easily stolen our stuff. When we told the staff they just didn’t seem too bothered. Think this was just unfortunate because everything else was great and would 100% recommend this hotel.

Generally, good. Comfortable and clean bed and decent bathroom. Hated the floors, which were made of a light colored unsealed matte tile. This meant that the tile was stained and always looked filthy even if the floor was not. A used bar of soap was supplied in the bathroom as well which....come on. Room desperately needed repainting and a little upkeep in general. I'd say the draw for this one is the price. Location is a 5-10 minute walk to the historical district.
