Staff provided exceptional hospitality at this boutique hotel. We felt very taken care of as foreigners. Most staff spoke English and would take time to talk with us as we passed through the entrance. They were gracious in our attempts to practice basic Vietnamese phrases and help us with mistakes. They helped make phone calls to local businesses when we needed to communicate in Vietnamese. For example, helping us book a tennis court at the local facility, which we could bike to in 10 minutes or research shipping options back to the US. The rooms were well appointed and the pictures were accurately represented on the website. The room was clean, furniture comfortable, and decor charming. Only minor wear and tear to speak of. I found the mattress a little firmer than ideal, but never developed a sore back or hips. We stayed for around 2 weeks and used the kitchen frequently. It was helpful to have the rice cooker, given the cooktop contained only one burner. A skillet and pot were provided, along with a handful of utensils and a cutting board. We did need to supplement from our travel kitchen supplies on a daily basis, but overall more items were supplied than most kitchens we've encountered in hotel units like this. The amenities we valued most was the fairly reliable and fast internet, the in-unit washer/dryer, complementary filtered water dispenser, kitchen equipment and free bicycles. The view from the rooftop pool area is nice, although it wasn't warm enough to swim during our winter stay. Although this hotel is outside of the historic Old Town area, we found it preferable to stay in a neighborhood where locals live. The walk into the start of the historic area was only 10 minutes, even quicker if you use the free bicycles. You have more authentic and more affordable food options outside of the primary tourist area and have an opportunity to meet people in the community.

We had a pleasant stay and would happily book again. Considerations for making rooms even better would be: adding a few items to the kitchen such as a can opener, measuring cup, and toaster. In general, this hotel had good hot water - much better than most places we encountered in Vietnam. However, I ran out of hotel water after 4 minutes a few times during our final days, when the hotel was booked to capacity. Adding additional hot water capacity is encouraged for peak times. But again, it was better than almost everywhere else we stayed during our month in Vietnam.

- Location was wonderful - Rooms were clean, air conditioner worked well with a dehumidifier provided as well - Bikes were handy to get into the old town area quick however some maybe need some maintenance - Filtered water station at reception to avoid the constant buying of water bottles - Friendly staff 24/7

NOT A ISSUE BUT A COMMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT - Bathrooms were clean however due to quality of renovation, the general crowd would see this as signs of improvement. Tiles had white stains due to grout efflorescence caused by waterproofing issues. Just may not be a great look for guests.

We loved Li and his staff who did everything they could to make our 1st visit to Vietnam easy & comfortable. Li speaks good English. He arranged for our taxi to the Da Nang airport which saved us some money. Our room had obviously been an apartment in a previous life so it had a full kitchen. We had clean towels daily.

There was shower mold that was cleaned when we asked but should be removed before each guest moves in. You have to replace the drain plug in the shower after you use the shower or odors waft into the apartment.

We had a very comfortable stay, especially thanks to the well-designed bedrooms. The air-conditioning was spot on, keeping the room cool, and the pillows were great, with a thoughtful mix of hard and soft options to suit different preferences. The bedroom’s large windows were a fantastic touch, letting us enjoy the scenery and fresh breeze—a real highlight of our stay. And we appreciated the quality cutlery, plates, and cups, which made our meals feel a bit more special.

While they did a good job cleaning, the bathroom tiles still appeared a bit dirty. Additionally, there was no hot water from my bathroom sink, so I had to use the basin in another room instead.

Attentive staff were fantastic and very responsive. The location of the property was perfect for a small family - far enough from centre of town for serenity and family quiet time, but a super short bike ride into the middle of Hoi An to be right amongst it. Roof top pool was perfect for hot summer days and the room was very very relaxing to chill in when the weather became too much. Our kids LOVED the little dog from the cafe across the road who hung out at the hotel too. A lovely touch. Highly recommend!!

Just be careful if coming with small children as the windows open out fully and its a big drop from the 4th floor! The staff did warn us and show us this so we appreciated that.

Great hotel a short distance from the old town, in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed using the hotel bicycles to explore Hoi An, and the pool was great for a dip at the end of the day. We stayed in an apartment and it was helpful to be able to wash clothes and have some more space. The staff were kind and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

We didn't find a good breakfast option close by, but we may have just missed it (the coffee shops often only sell drinks), but we didn't try everywhere.

This family owned hotel is perfectly located about a ten minute walk from Old Quarter in a quiet street. They also have free bikes to use for hotel guests. We had the ground floor apartment which suited us. We were the last guest as The hotel is now closed for extensive renovations. Definately keep an eye out for the opening as the owners are focused on customer service. We wish them all the best for the future

Staff, Mr. Le will work to find solutions for your problems. Very knowledgeable on where and what to do in the area.

New restaurant across road plays music from noon, but I really didn't have an issue because it ends around 10:00pm. Rooms with windows facing restaurants needs blackout curtains. Had issues with A/c unit twice and Mr. Le moved us to another apartment.

Fantastic apartments with plenty of space and well equipped. The helpful and friendly staff is always available at the entrance. It's a small and cozy hotel with 8 apartments and a rooftop pool. Everything was very clean and nicely prepared. There is no window in the living room, but we liked the atmosphere nevertheless thanks to the nice interior and good lighting. Also, the free bikes are extremely helpful in the town. We came from another hotel in Hoi An and are super glad that we changed to this place ❤️

It's not very central and you need to walk 15 minutes or take the bike for 5 minutes to the old city center, but therefore it's calm and quiet

Apartments were in a nice , quiet area near the old town. Lots of good coffee shops and restaurants near by. Apartment had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. Pool was small but very welcome after a hot day sightseeing. Lee and his staff are very welcoming and will try and help you with any problems or enquire.
