Everything was great here ! The room is clean and well-equipped and everything functions well. The place is located close to Old Town, within walking distance. Best of all was the host ! Helen was extremely sweet and helpful, I was really sick during my stay here and she checked up on me regularly, bringing ginger tea when she could hear I was coughing and preparing pots for steam inhalation. I felt at home and taken care of so far away from home - thanks so much !

What makes this hotel stand out is the owner, Helen, and her lovely family. Helen provides the best customer service and takes the time to have conversations if you would like. She replies quickly on WhatsApp and starts communicating with her guests even before they arrive. All her restaurant recommendations we tried were so good including the best banh mi's we have ever eaten. We especially loved her Aaron Spa massage recommendation. That spa gave us the royal treatment. Comfortable bed and good wifi. This room was the cleanest out of all the rooms we used in Cambodia and Vietnam including a 5 star hotel. Location is about 10 minutes walk outside of Old Town and is in a quiet neighborhood. The Ngan cafe next door is cute with friendly staff and every single drink we tried was so good.

No kettle and no daily refill water bottles. Depending on the time of the day, the water pressure of the shower could be weak.

Helen and Hubby were very obliging in every way. When we arrived my room was on third floor. Difficult for me as have breathing problems. Helen arranged another room for me on the first floor without me asking, it was just done ✔ We arrived from late flight 11pm I asked about coffee, there was a tap on the door and there was a kettle and coffee 🎊 Top Marks from me 🤩 Friendly Service, Warn Welcome, Quiet Area I loved my stay here and would again

I was concerned about yapping dogs next door but as Helen said they settled and all was OK Everything else Spot On

It’s not they’re fault but neighbors were working on construction and were a bit noisy in the morning, super plus for the host, she gently accepted on changing my room so I can sleep more comfortably📈📈

Was so cozy and in a great location. Quiet nights sleep but only a 5 minute walk into the old town. Helen the manager was so lovely and very helpful. Arrived early in the morning and gave us a fold out bed to sleep in whilst we waited for our room. Some of the best service I’ve received at any hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in hoi a for short or long stay.

Spacious room, hot water in the shower and a quiet location that’s still walking-distance from the old city. Helen is an amazing host and she helped us with everything we needed

Our room was facing a neighbor’s balcony so we had to be careful about closing the curtains. Our room might have been the only one with this issue

Loved my stay here, I extended twice as it felt like a home away from home. The family were extremely friendly and offered to help with anything I needed. I also hired a scooter here, which was a great experience. The room was cleaned frequently, shower was great, nothing negative to stay, highly recommend!

Nice little family-run hotel within easy walking distance to the old town. The staff were very helpful even supplying me with snacks to take on the bus to my next destination. An extra motorbike to get me to the bus stop was also provided... without an extra charge. Great value at a low price.

Helen the host and her family are so welcoming. There for whatever you need. Helen speaks great English and can schedule whatever activities u need. They don't have bikes but can rent one for u. It is in a very quiet area which i appreciated. Great AC. Only$15US for a driver to meet u at the airport in Danang.

We had a wonderful time at Green Town hotel. Helen is an outstanding host and made sure we enjoyed our week stay. It’s close enough to old town that you can easy walk there but far enough to enjoy a quieter more authentic part of Hoi An.
