I spent more than 2 weeks in total at this beautiful homestay. The rooms are big, bright, modern, comfortable with good wifi. There is a shared fridge in the corridor, free water and candies 😁. The homestay is located in the dead end street, usually it is very quiet here. You can walk to the center within few minutes. I cant forget to mention the family running this homestay - nice, warm and helpful making this place even more awesome. Thank you once again!

Amazing homestay quality with a nice deluxe bedroom. The room was very comfortable, the staff dedicated and very supportive, helping us to get back a lost items 🙏. The location was ideal for us not in the center but very accessible walking or with the bicycles. We would definitely come back!

A bit of humidity exceeding the normal in the bathroom, forcing us to keep the window open. Nothing unbearable though.

One of the best places we stayed in our trip in Vietnam. The room was wonderful and in an excellent condition. We really enjoyed our stay there. And our host made the trip there even better. She gave us suggestion for everything we needed (food, coffee, tailor) and whatever we wanted. Excellent services provided (transport to the airport and other destinations nearby). The place had even bicycles to explore the city and the surrounding villages. Would 100% recommend.

I stayed here for new year and was very happy with my choice. The owners of the guest house are very nice and helpful. They gave me lots of suggestions and helped me book tickets to visit some places. The guesthouse is well located and not so far. They also helped me book a driver to pick me and bring me to the airport.

Everything you read in the reviews were confirmed. This is a very comfortable property with thoughtful touches throughout. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and homely and the balcony was leafy and lovely. The hosts were extremely helpful from the moment we booked, giving us recommendations and organising transport at a discount. The bikes available to the guests really helped us get around and make the most of our stay!

Pleasant room with plenty of space, and an exceptional balcony. Very well located in a quiet street (easily walkable to the old town). The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful! Very attentive during our stay and often gave us tips about places to go to have a coffee/food/visit, and it's really worth it! :)

Lovely homestay, the room was comfortable, clean and spacious, quiet location. Complimentary bicycles for use. The family running the homestay are really friendly, helped us book lots of activities, scooter, onward bus tickets. Gave great food and coffee recommendations!

Host is soo lovely! Couldn’t be more helpful eg phoning locals when left bag in taxi, organising bus to airport, giving recommendations ect! Decoration is soo beautiful Very clean, very comfortable bed Best place we stayed in Vietnam and would definitely go back

Our room was lovely. So spacious, with a great ensuite and a balcony where we had breakfast banh mi each morning. The room is very bright, with floor to ceiling windows and great, soft indoor lighting for the evenings. There's free drinking water, a big smart tv, and comfy furniture. The hosts are very friendly - they helped organise ongoing transport and scooter hire, gave great recommendations for food and drink, and even gave us a lift to the hospital after a minor accident whilst sightseeing. We felt at home here, and we'll definitely stay here again if we return to Hoi An.

The property smelt amazing, was very clean and felt homely. The owners were lovely, we wanted to extend another night but unfortunately they were fully booked so they tried to help us find another place. Rooms were very spacious and the bed was so comfy. Location was very close to old town
