I booked 3 nights at Lavini based on great reviews I saw online. I wasn’t disappointed and decided to stay another night. I would happily stay even longer if I had more time. Thao, the owner, has excellent English and was very generous with his time. He went above and beyond, helping with ideas for activities, cooking Vietnamese dishes for breakfast and generally adding depth to my Hoi An experience. Vi also has excellent English. She and the other staff were warm and friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed and to share insights into life in Vietnam. Vi was readily available by text for any questions/ requests. The room and facilities were clean, modern, spacious and exceptional value. I had everything I needed and more - good air conditioning, drinking water, strong wifi, a large comfortable bed and room. The pool is also lovely. Lavini also offers free use of bicycles which I made use of to ride to the beach, local village and around the rice paddies. The location is also very good and quiet. I can’t recommend Lavini highly enough!

Really enjoyed my 4-night stay here and wished I could stay longer. The bed was so comfortable and the room so clean and new. It felt very cosy and I loved the artwork showing local landscapes and people. Midu was such a great host, so warm and welcoming. She takes the time to chat with all the guests, I felt like we were old friends by the end of my stay. Oh, and when I left I got a ride across the ricefields on the motorbike with my luggage - that was very kind and a lot of fun! I highly recommend Lavini if you want a relaxing and happy stay in Hoi An.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lavini Hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the lovely owners, Thao and Midu. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the carefully curated breakfast spread. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the kindness and generosity of the owners and their incredible staff, particularly Vi, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The Lavini Hotel is beautifully situated in the middle of the rice fields in Hoi An, making it the perfect location for exploring the charming town and its many attractions. The pool is very clean and the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, I cannot recommend the Lavini Hotel enough. The attention to detail, warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by Thao, Midu, and their team made my stay truly unforgettable. If you're planning a trip to Hoi An, the Lavini Hotel is a must-stay destination.

Lovely place with large and comfortable rooms. Located close to rice fields, you can enjoy breakfast with a view. It is about 20 mins walk from the centre of Hoian and main tourist attractions. The hotel offers bicycles free of charge, which we used to go to the beach. Very friendly staff, who were helpful and gave us advice on activities close by.

It’s a little walk from the main tourist attractions and walking streets of Hoian. The hotel offers bicycles, scooters for rent and taxis are only a phone call away.

If you’re looking for an authentic experience in the rather touristic Hoi An, this is the place to be! Thao, the owner, goes out of his way to accommodate his guests, helps you organize tours and offers free bikes for smaller trips, shares his tips and knowledge about the area and culture and makes the best breakfast ever! Which, by the way, is served flexibly if the guest sleeps in late ;) Apart from that, we loved the Vila, which is located in the rice fields a bit outside of the city, which for us was absolutely perfect, as it can be pretty crowdy. Super nice, big room, comfortable beds, a little garden and a great pool. We can highly recommend staying there - big thanks to Thao for everything!

Lavini Boutique Villa, run by Thao and his family, was an exceptional experience while staying in Hoi An. We were warmly greeted on our arrival and offered a complimentary upgrade of our room. Throughout our stay, the Lavini staff provided unparalleled accommodations. The daily breakfast was a highlight of our trip, and Thao went even further to recommend local restaurants, provide bicycles, and arrange for any service we needed throughout our stay. Lavini Boutique Villa should be a MUST when visiting Hoi An and the surrounding region, we can't wait to come back!

Everything exceeded our expectations - there is nothing about staying at the Lavini Boutique Villa that I did not enjoy.

Nestled on the outskirts of Hoi An amongst rice paddies this was a lovely place to escape to after the hustle and bustle of Hoi An’s old town. Lovely room and pool. Our hosts, Thao and Midu, were fabulous and could not have been more helpful. They helped us book various excursions and my wife reliably informs that they make the best Bánh xèo in Vietnam!

Okay, this place is truly exceptional! It exceeded all our possible expectations. For us, it was the best stay, even though we were really sick for a couple of days. They made us feel and treated us so well that no place could do that. We felt like home, and let me say that the villa is in a perfect place, clean, beautifully and well-maintained. Comfortable beds (I don't remember when was the last time I slept so well). High-quality breakfast, super tasty Vietnamese cuisine, a free water station, perfect Vietnamese coffee. Wonderful and super sweet owners, always smiling, always making you feel at home, and the most professional and brilliant Peanut. She took care of us, gave all her heart so we could have the best time here. We felt safe, and we felt amazing. We are extremely thankful for everything that we had here. The experience is unforgettable. Sending the best love to this place. We were there at a time when it rained a lot, and we still felt that the rice fields were magical. They allowed us to order food and that was extremly nice from their side ❤️

This place is perfect!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to this amazing stay. Host was amazing at sorting out everything. The room was clean and location was brilliant. The beach and old town were close by and bikes were free to use! Would highly recommend staying here, especially if you want a lovely homemade breakfast in the morning :)

Look no further, if you are visiting Hoi An, stay here! We stayed in a suite (upgrade! 😀) and it was wonderful. The suite itself was exceptionally large and comfortable, the bed was big enough for a giant, the bathroom lovely with a beautiful stone bath, and a bonus outdoor shower. We also had a lovely garden out the back. And the pool was great too. Location was lovely and quiet, surrounded by rice fields, and only a 5-10 minute cycle into the old town. Breakfast was delicious, and on the day we super early Thao arranged take-away for us, super accommodating. He was very lovely, knowledgeable and provided lots of insights and recommendations. I had a bad cold whilst there, and his wife even made me honey and ginger tea to help me out. Absolutely recommended Lavini highly.
