We stayed for 5 nights total and felt so relaxed. The welcome was phenomenal with tea and snacks and fruit and very thorough information from the staff. The room was immaculately presented and had all amenities easy to find. Room cleaning service was always beautiful and thank you so much to the staff for doing this. Breakfast was a nice spread and changed a little bit daily. I really enjoyed trying the local treats they would put out and the fruit and fresh juice is amazing. I highly recommend adding breakfast as an inclusion to your booking so that you can enjoy a relaxed morning at the hotel at least one day during your stay. Dinner at the hotel was good to try for an easy first night but we opted to eat in town the other nights to fully enjoy Hoi An. Thank you to the staff for all of the amazing cocktails and food we enjoyed by the pool, you were so attentive. The pool is lovely and refreshing and very clean, but to my pale sunburning friends: you will get burned even if you feel like you are in the shadow of the hotel! Thank you to the staff who watched over the pool and tidied after guests who left towels behind, and the maintenance team who we saw working on the deck around the pool. It was simple for us to order grab bikes when we wanted to go to town, and we had a lot of fun with this freedom of coming and going like that. The shuttle to An Bang beach was a bonus that made our trip there easier, but it was a bit unclear that you choose any seat on the beach and just rent it for the day from the vendors there, not through the hotel. Thank you to the driver and the reception for always welcoming us and waving us when we left. I recommend attending their spa for a treatment also. I had my nails done, and my partner had a massage. Sometimes a 2 for 1 deal applies which makes it worth the price I think. There is a lovely atmosphere there. Thank you to the beauticians who provided our services.

Some other guests did not have good ettiquette by the pool e.g. playing music from speakers. I think the staff should tell them to turn it off. It would be nice if the pool had more chairs also. It would be nice if the balcony had stools/bar rest for enjoying the view for longer. The shower sort of sprayed everywhere in our room as it was so high up it splashed on the ground and was a bit slippery. We saw mention of a rooftop bar but when we poked our head up to floor 7, it seemed very empty. We didn't ask why because the bar downstairs was also nice.

It’s just a few kms out from town and the beach-right in the middle. The location and quality of the building make it oh so quiet. The building is stunning, beds are super comfy and the rooms are large. The staff were all beautiful. Breakfast was incredible as were all of the drinks I had. I had a massage at the spa and it was like changing !!!

Beautiful architecture, everything quite new & clean! Best restaurant team. I am plant based (although I do eat eggs, when traveling) & they always tried their best to accommodate. But there was plentiful & beautifully prepared & presented. Awesome selection of fruits each morning. We had dinner there once & the vegan menu was one of the best in town.

Reception was a teeny-tiny bit complicated to deal with when questions arose. It way much easier to communicate via WhatsApp or booking.com messages. But they were very very sweet & friendly!!! Since you can’t drink the water from the tap, it’s a little bit stingy to only offer 2 small bottles of water per day & rest up for payment. Also a bit stingy to only get one hot drink per breakfast. There was no body lotion in the room. But those are minor suggestions for improvement.

Beautiful place exactly like the pictures🧉. They offers free bike, free shuttle services, and airport transfer for reasonable prices.

Probably the sound of the construction laborers, but who cares, still beautiful.

Recently stayed at Reu, it was one of the most peaceful and charming experiences I’ve had. Tucked away among lush rice fields, the hotel felt like a serene escape from the bustle of daily life, yet it was just a short walk from the ancient town. I loved how the space was thoughtfully designed with natural light and repurposed materials - it gave the whole place a warm, sustainable vibe.I was drawn to the unique and refined design of the building, it was cozy, beautifully styled, and full of character, with touches that made it feel both luxurious and personal. It looked exactly like the pictures. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help and genuinely welcoming. I also enjoyed the pool, the bikes for exploring, and the quiet corners to relax. I also loved the spa. It was a perfect sanctuary to unwind, with soothing treatments that left me feeling completely refreshed. It was the perfect blend of comfort, style, and authenticity.

A unique and interesting hotel with comfortable beds, however some rooms were still being fitted out and our room had no TV, no cupboard storage and no comfy seating. It’s organic and recycled materials are interesting but parts of it were hard and not practical. The bath absorbs the hot water as it’s made of concrete and sadly you have a cold bath. The space is open and airy and for our first 3 nights it was quiet and we enjoyed the view and wonderful staff. The spa is lovely again however seating is hard, that said the spa beds were large and the treatment was wonderful. Staff excellent. Breakfast nice although when fully open and a buffet will be better. Housekeeping only changes sheets every 3rd day unless you request otherwise. Overall a different hotel that is new and in soft opening so rooftop bar is not yet open. Its location between Hoi An and Ang bang beach is terrific and only a $3 grab ride. Its free shuttle runs infrequently at this time but imagine when busier will no doubt improve.

They didn’t inform us about a function that was being set up on day 3 we wish we had been informed earlier as it was not in keeping with the quiet space we had and that the set up was extensive (the day before a big event) we decided to leave early. The hotel and its owner should decide if it’s a hotel of peace or a function facility.

Quite unusual in a very good way. It was so fun to explore with gasps behind every door. The view from our window over the rice fields was ever changing. Pool was lovely and very clean. The staff were REALLY a highlight. Could not compliment our young lady on front desk ( Vinh?) enough and Trung in restaurant was exceptional. Another delightful man looked after us in the outdoor patio area one night. We took many, many photos.

Hard to find something to write here. It was a little difficult for drivers to access the tight corner into property and one Grab driver made us a walk the last bit! That only happened once though. I suggested some hooks in bathroom and staff seemed genuinely interested in our comments making notes.

Our stay at Reu boutique was absolutely incredible, the staff were always so lovely and always helpful to give us tips on what to do and where to go. The stay was close enough to old town that it was easy to reach by bike (cycling) but can easily walk as well, but you are far away that it is very peaceful and tranquil. The room was always spotless and feels very luxurious for the price you pay. The architecture was so different to anywhere we’ve stayed before and had a really cool vibe. We also visited the spa which was beautiful and a really nice experience. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay there, we would stay again a thousand times over.

Have absolutely nothing negative to say.

THIS WAS THE BEST HOTEL I'VE STAYED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND I'VE STAYED IN A LOT. I've also travelled a lot around SEA, so I have a lot of reference points. Here are some of the highlights - although literally everything was 10/10: 1. Staff were absolutely exceptional - every single one of them. Went out of their way to ensure guests had a lovely time, shared local knowledge to make you feel as welcomed as possible. All of them had some sort of 6th sense of what you needed at what time and how to approach you (they were never 'in your face' or trying to sell you something for the sake of it). Honestly, it is thanks to the staff that we had such an amazing time! You can be sure you will be in good hands with them. 2. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day - it had western as well as Vietnamese cuisine, both of which were executed to a high standard. And you're having breakfast every day surrounded by rice fields, what's not to love! 3. Overall food / room service was great and accommodating, the duck dumplings were great and they brought it up to our room promptly. 4. The room was spectacular. The architecture. The details. The spaciousness. The respect to nature as part of the design. It was everything you could have asked for. The beds were exceptional - large and comfy. The bathroom is the star of show, however. You just need to experience it yourself! 5. The whole ethos - it is clear that their vision of considered approach filters through everything in the hotel. From design itself to saltwater pool and wellness welcome juice. This hotel wants to show you Hoi An and Vietnam at it's best and I am so grateful to having had the pleasure of staying here. I hope this hotel will stay for many many years to come as I am already planning to come back whenever I am next in Vietnam!

Absolutely nothing

Everything from the design to the food to the service was absolutely amazing! This is by far the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. We stayed 6 nights and I couldn’t get enough of it. Our room and the hotel overall were so comfortable, stunning and luxurious. The hotel restaurant had incredible food with Michelin style plating. We ate there so many times during our stay. Not that mention, breakfast included with our stay was fantastic! The pool and the views were gorgeous and the location was such a nice retreat from the business of Old town Hoi An without being too far away. We loved the hotel’s spa, it was one of the nicest spas and we got the most amazing experience from our masseuses. What was most special about this hotel though was definitely the staff that delivered absolutely amazing service throughout our whole stay. From the front desk staff to those that worked in the restaurant to the security/parking attendants for scooters to the people who freshened up our room every day, they all delivered TOP notch service with such a kind demeanor and lovely energy. Thank you to everyone at Reu for an amazing stay!! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely no cons at all.
