Amazing host. Very kind and helping. She made pancakes for us when we left in the morning. Also helped with medicine for my wife who had an ankle sprain.

Everything has been great. The family is really delightful, friendly and always willing to help you! I was welcomed like I was at home, when I arrived I was described with a Hoi An map where to go, what activities to do, what to eat and where. They provide bicycles for free the room is really comfortable with daily towel changes and room cleaning. They booked the tours I was doing during the day and transportation to Da Nang, in short queen treatment! If you are looking for accommodation don't hesitate this is the one for you! Thank you very much I will always carry you in my heart!

When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner (unfortunately, I forgot her name as it was a bit tricky to pronounce). She’s such a kind and lovely lady! She even gave me a map to help me explore Hoi An and recommended some great vegetarian restaurants to try. Knowing I was hungry, she prepared a banana pancake for me 🥰 The room was spotless; I didn’t see a single hair or speck of dust. The bedsheets smelled fresh and clean, showing they’re washed regularly, and the toilet was immaculate especially the toilet bowl (I’m a bit OCD about that 🤭). They even provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. I slept soundly every night because the bed was so comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. They also had a small fridge stocked with mineral water and drinks (available for purchase), which wasn’t an issue since I could store my own food in it. The family also offers bikes for rent, which made exploring even easier. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The owner, her family, and even the helper auntie were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here & thank you for taking good care of me at Hoi An🥰

The best thing was the hospitality. A lovely lady and her daughter always made sure we have everything we need. Helped us with recommendations, booked activities for us (making a discount by giving up their commission), did our laundry (for a fair cost), booked a bus to Dalat when we left and welcomed us with a smile everytime we walked in the homestay. The place also have free bicycles and great facilities (nice room, comfy bed, proper shower with a good hot water stream). The cleaning level was also top notch. Loved it!

Everything about this homestay is perfect. We were welcomed at 5am with a pot of tea and banana pancakes, even though we arrived 2 hours early. The room was so so clean, smelt amazing and the bed is very comfortable. The family are very welcoming and helped us book busses and provide information about hoi an. We even booked an extra night because we loved it here so much. thank you!

The staff were all so accommodating and made me feel more than welcome. They helped book tours and even got a cheaper price for me as they were citizens. The rooms were very comfortable and very good value for money for a the value I got back. Finally, the hotel was in a great location. It was a 5 minute walk to the night market and only a quick cycle to the beach for free with the bikes they provided. I really enjoyed my stay here and it was by far the best hotel I stayed at.

It's very hard to find things I didn't like. I think the only thing that was bad was that some people also staying there were a bit noisy sometimes but it always stopped before 10pm and it really didn't bother me or affect my sleep.

Fireworks homestay was an incredible place to stay. From the moment we walked through the doors we felt welcome and comfortable. The people that worked there were really helpful and friendly and made the stay really enjoyable. The facilities and location are great. The home stay have free rental bikes that we used to go to the nearby beach, they also have a great laundry service. I would really recommend staying here, if we ever revisit Hoi an we will be sure to stay here again!

Everything about this place is great, the location is perfect and very close to the old town. The host family is super friendly and helpful. When I got there I was sick (backpacker's tummy) and they immediately told my partner near by pharmacies that spoke English while they gave me some tea to make me feel much better. This kind family was like that at every moment. They also help us to rent a motorbike, but if you prefer you can use their bikes for free. They gave us recommendations for everything from restaurants to spa, plus the rooms are spacious, clean and quite for a good night sleep

The best homestay we’ve experienced! We felt welcomed by all the family who always had time to chat and answer questions. Their English is fantastic which made communication really easy and they were extremely helpful with offering local recommendations and organising tours/transport. The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean and well looked after. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!

As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by smiles and pretty much the whole family. Dora in particular speaks perfect English and she was always available when we needed her, so ANYTHING we needed was sorted immediately. The rooms are private, you're never intruding on the rest of the family and we were well away from the noise of the Hoi An (although right amongst the hustle and bustle of the place!) We put our bags away and went to go for lunch, until Dora stopped us and asked if we wanted recommendations for places to visit - perfect! She drew it out on a map for us with all the names, meaning lunch and dinner was sorted for the whole week. There's breakfast on offer basically every morning if you want it, and on our last day we were treated to a traditional Vietnamese lunch (cooked by dora and was one of the top 3 best meals we had out here), plus a banana pancake to take on our journey. We were backpacking and this was perfect for us, just close enough to everything i.e. night market, great food, supermarket, food market. When we come back to Hoi An again, most likely for a holiday next time, there's no other option but for us to stay here. Just perfect!
