Me and my wife stayed in Green Apple Hotel in Hoi An 6 nights. The hotel is situated a little walk outside the Old Quarter and the location is great. The surroundings are peaceful and if you want to go to the beach or rice fields or nearby villages you can loan bikes for free from the hotel. Our room was very nice, they cleaned it every day and changed towels. The breakfast is delicious. The personnel is very friendly and attentive. There's a pool also but we preferred the sea. Just a couple blocks from a hotel was my favourite tailor from whom I ordered two cashmere suits during our stay. So, a perfect place.

11/10 for staff helpfulness. We ordered a car through the Manager's friend to Hue and then even from Hue when we had checked out the day before he sorted us with a driver for a great price back to Da Nang when we needed to go. Breakfast was great and the freshly made edges or pancakes if you wanted them were lovely. Pool was great! Slightly out of the centre but totally still in walking distance and free bikes out to the beach etc were great too.

Probably the only thing was we struggled to keep the room cool enough but that's cos we were just battling with the 40 degree days.

Had a lovely stay here with my boyfriend. Great location, short bike into old town. The staff were so friendly and always chatted to us and asked us if we needed anything. The receptionist/managers helped us book tours and ongoing buses which was great and cheaper than booking online. Room was very clean including sheets and towels. Breakfast was a great selection and included. Thanks!

We stayed here for five nights and we loved our stay. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The shower was very powerful and no issues with hot water. The breakfast included is buffet style but you can request fresh eggs and pancakes. Which we enjoyed every morning. The staff are very welcoming and kind saying hello when we leave and come back. The location is in town but not directly in old town, which is preferred as old town stays busy all day and very touristy so staying a 15 minute walk out was ideal for us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we decided to stay an extra night over Tet. The room was super clean, great wifi, a hot shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast is also so nice with lots of variety, eggs, pastries, fresh coffee, juice, fruits etc! The hotel also offers free bike rental and are super helpful with any requests or questions you have. Duy is a fabulous hotel host and nothing was too much trouble, he was super friendly and welcoming and he made our stay fabulous. I would 100% stay here again and recommend everyone visiting Hoi An to book here!

This is a nice budget friendly hotel. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from the main tourist area. The room was clean and the bathroom had basic ammenities. The breakfast area is a nice set-up and they will make eggs the way you want them.

The wifi on the top floor doesn't work well for streaming. The grout in the shower could use a scrubbing with some bleach because it's starting to show signs of mildew, but overall the shower felt clean.

Super friendly staff! The owner greeted all guests every morning at the breakfast, asking, if everything was ok. Perfect concierge service as well. Very nice room with 2 huge beds, clean bathroom and a balcony. Wonderful buffet breakfast with freshly made omelettes and pancakes. It's a pity, the weather did not allow us to use the hotel pool. Situated very near the historic centre in a less crowded street, although plenty of restaurants and shops for a travellers needs. Could not wish for more..

Nothing to complaint about

We had a wonderful time staying at Green Apple Hotel. Mr. Duy gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, making us feel right at home. This is definitely a must-stay spot in Hoi An. Nga was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the area and providing free bicycles on site, which made exploring so easy. The room was lovely, and the staff were equally amazing. It's truly a great deal, and the breakfast was an interesting and enjoyable experience. One day wasn’t enough, but unfortunately, we had limited time on this trip. We will definitely be back! Thanks again to Mr. Duy you’re the best! Highly recommend!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We were very satisfied with our stay at Hội An Green Apple Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The swimming pool was refreshing, and our family felt really relaxed here – definitely a 10/10!

👉 The only small drawback is that the pool is quite deep and doesn’t have a shallow area for children. If this could be improved, it would be absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

Just be aware, they will provide you to make a call if you ask but it costs 2$ for 1 min. I asked they to give me phone because our flight was cancelled and we need to call to the Vietnamese number (hotline) So they provided me the such opportunity but once I finished they said that it’s not for free a small thing but unpleasant The rest was good
