Located conveniently between the old city and the beach, easily accessible by bicycle which you can use for free from the hotel. Our room was situated away from the busy main road, though basic, featured a balcony and was clean and fully equipped, with pool/beach towels included. Notably, the bathroom’s air ventilation was impressive. Laundry services were available at regular hotel prices, but were convenient, efficient, and completed quickly. I like Asian style breakfast so to me that was fine. Despite initial hesitation of my decision, the friendly staff won me over and contributed to a pleasant stay. I would consider this good value for money.

The pool’s location between the reception area and the elevator to the rooms didn’t feel inviting, which deterred me from using it. Unfortunately, many of the bikes we used were in dire need of maintenance or replacement. Given the location, having access to bicycles is essential, but our experience with theirs fell short. This oversight detracted from what could have been an elevated stay, especially considering the ideal surroundings for bicycle rides.

Clean, neat, comfortable place to stay. Short walk to old town for shopping and restaurants. Very reasonable pricing for a solo traveller. Staff were warm and friendly and would help with anything you needed I would easily come back and stay at the Kiman hotel.

Location, value for money, polite & attentive staff, excellent breakfast buffet, free bicycle hire, lovely pool area, clean & comfortable rooms. Ideally located halfway between An Bang Beach & The Old Town so you get the best of both. With the new electronic shuttle buses which is only 50,000 VND (split between you all) or bike riding - it’s easy access to both locations. My 2nd time staying here and I will happily stay here again.

Great friendly, helpful staff. I needed a doctor due to poor health.They got me a taxi and had me in the medical centre within 30 minutes.

I am struggling with travelling and will miss my favourite hotel Kiman and the wonderful food and staff.

The staff were very friendly. the rooms were tidy and a nice size all of the facilities were perfect.

There were building works happening at the hotel whilst we were staying which started at 6/7am which was a bit disruptive.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was very good - short distance to both old town & beach. Tasty breakfasts with good variety.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent location, free bicycles, good breakfast! In this hotel you get everything you need - you can even book tours and tickets etc from the reception :)
