We have been travelling around SE Asia for six weeks and this was by far the best property we stayed in. The location was excellent (15 minute walk to Old Town) and there were complimentary bikes available to guests as well. The room was large, bright and was cleaned every day. The air conditioning also worked perfectly. We also availed of reasonably priced transport to and from Da Nang - this was organised by the property and ran very smoothly. A well priced laundry service is also available. As we say in Ireland, maith sibh (well done)!

One tiny point was that there was no safe in the room - if this was added it would be faultless. There was also no breakfast offered but there is a plethora of excellent breakfast options within a kilometre of the property so there is excellent options around.

Is a nice place, with a good location and the staff is super nice. You can get a scooter and taxi to the airport a affordable price. Have a swimming pool to chill. The rooms are big and really cute.

I think all was good but if I have to say something, the bathroom is lacking inclination for the water to drain, since it's flat the water stays there for long and there is no tool to push it to help to drain it.

The room was huge, super comfortable and clean. The bed was so nice I had the best nights sleeps here. Great value for money too and the hosts are really lovely.

The pool was very small and I would not use it, but I didn’t book for the pool so no issue for me. I’m happy with everything.

Staff were hospitable, location fantastic and the rooms felt modern and very liveable for our 2 day stay. They have free bike rental and is all round good value for money. Would stay here again. Arranging the taxi service was also smooth

We immediately loved The 1993 Homestay and felt more comfortable with the bed, quietness & attentive host who asked & replied when needed. The rooms are large for the price paid, and tastefully put together :-) This is a restful place that deserves a lot more attention - recommended!

We couldn't find any fixed priced minimarts within walking distance, and suspect we were charged higher prices :-)
