This is such a lovely hotel. The location is great between the ancient town and the beach. You can ride a bike to the beach in less than 15 minutes and town is a quick Grab ride. There’s also a bunch of great coffee shops, spas and restaurants around the hotel. The staff here are fab, we were treated like family. Ha at the front desk was so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. There’s also staff rooftop pool is awesome with sun loungers or shady spots to sip your cocktails. Our kids loved it here too - the interconnected rooms were awesome.

The only negative would be the odd bit of traffic noise as it’s on an intersection, but nothing too dramatic and nothing a pair of earplugs can’t fix.

Excellent hotel. Incredible value for money. I can’t imagine another hotel would have a better rooftop pool and view. Staff were amazing. Breakfast options nearly endless. Location was perfect for us. Easy to get to old town on free bikes or a 40k grab. We rode to the beach easily with our kids too. Restaurants around this area are also excellent.

They could seriously make so much more money if they pushed the rooftop pool as a destination. Stop playing power ballads and put on some funky poolside disco tunes, do a good happy hour and it would be epic! (But also glad they don’t because we almost had to the pool to ourselves the whole time…)

The staff at this hotel are exemplary! Our comfort was their top priority. If you are coming to Hoian, I highly recommend this hotel.

The day spa is in the basement and was not very good. I booked in for 60 reflexology and got a pretty poor leg rub.

The hotel has nice decor and style both inside and out. The staff members Trang and Ha were very friendly and helpful and aimed to please. The room themselves were comfortable and stylish and had nice soft beds. It was also clean and had plenty of amenities for you to use for free. The rooftop bar and pool were pleasant and had a great panoramic view of Hoi an, the mountains and the sea, perfect place to relax after a long hot day of sightseeing. The hotel was located about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town so out of the noisier parts but not too far out that would require a taxi every time. Also the breakfast had a good selection to choose from as well as an omelette station and waffle station.

The pool could be improve by cleaning the glass to be able to see the views clearly whilst dipping in the pool.

Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was really friendly. Free use of the bikes. You can also rent a motorbike for 200.000 dong per 24 hours. The location was not too far from the old town. The rooftop with the pool looked nice but we didn't swim because the weather was too cold. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. Tip: across the street is a laundry service for 20.000 dong per kg instead of 80.000 dong per kg in the hotel. I would recommend staying in this hotel when you visit Hoi An.

The wooden plank you stood on in the shower was loose.

Location was very good. Just a 20m walk from the old town and good restaurants close by. Check-in was fast, efficient with lot of useful information provided to us, while checking in. Room was spacious, clean and neat. The bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels that we stayed at, in Vietnam. Breakfast was good, but it can get repetitive when having the same buffet over 3 days. Best part of the stay was the staff, who were extremely helpful and kept on top of everything, especially Ha at the reception, while checking in. Checkin and checkout was well coordinated and staff at the reception were very helpful and keen to arrange any service for us, including providing recommendations.

We had 3 rooms. 2 interconnecting and 1 separate. All rooms had a dusty / mouldy smell, which was not pleasant. Staff did everything possible by setting up diffusers and running AC in advance, but the issue seemed like something structural, which has to be fixed with deep cleaning. We used the spa in the basement, which also had a strange smell, for our free massage which was included in our cost, but once the massage finished, they just left us there. We were unsure of what next nor were we able to pass on the tip to the masseuses.

The location, the room & our amazing & attentive staff. We stayed at Qualia De Hotel for 11 nights. Everything was great, the room was beautiful, spacious & clean. The breakfasts were delicious, served with endless smiles & we were always made to feel welcome. The reception staff were lovely, kind & helpful (thank you Ha & team!!). We had a wonderful time in Hoi An. Thank you so very much for all your time, smiles & chats! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Hoi A for 4 nights. We got a free room upgrade with booking.com when we arrived, a lovely light room with a very comfortable bed! The staff were so friendly especially Bo & Ha, they took the time to help us organise anything we wanted to go and see & the best price for our transport onwards. There were good restaurants and cafes nearby and the old town was only a 20 min walk or it was very easy to get a grab bike or car where we needed to go. The hotel also offers free bikes at a first come first serve basis which looked fun. Overall a great trip, we would come back!

We had a lovely stay at Qualia hotel. Exceptional service from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, noting two that went beyond to ensure we had a good stay - Thao Thanh, provided us with fantastic recommendations during our stay, enabling us to experience great restaurants which made our trip in Hoi An! Bong was so pleasant, helping with a smooth check out and even organised transport for us to our next destination. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and had a lovely authentic design. Would highly recommend!

Honestly, we had no complaints at all, it was fantastic

Loved this hotel - great location a short walk into Hoi An (10-15 min walk), or easy to use one of the hotel's free bicycles. But quiet enough away from loudness of town. Staff were amazing; sorting out transport for us, as well as giving us a free upgrade to an amazing room. The on site spa is lovely; had a massage which was great & they allowed us to shower up there after before getting our flight. There is a rooftop bar which they kept open late for us so we could watch the New Years fireworks. The breakfast was easily the best we've had on our travels. Thank you!
