This place is simply perfect! I’ve been traveling for 9 months and have stayed in many hostels, but none have topped this one. It truly feels like home — the staff is amazing, they treat you so well all the time and help you with anything you need. The location is great: a short walk from the beach and the old town, with excellent restaurants nearby. The shared room is super comfortable, totally different from most hostels with bunk beds. The best hostel I’ve ever stayed at! Thank you for everything ❤️

Everything is perfect.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Comfy bed with silent air conditioning which I slept very well. The white blue color room design looks very relaxed and holiday mood. The room has kettle, hair dryer, fridge, toileties, instant coffee/tea, drinking water and safety box. The room is very clean and modern, I especially like the design of clothes airer. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They gave good advice of local restaurants. They provide free bicycle, bus and tour booking. The swimming pool is super clean too, which is a bonas point. Also there’s an adorable small dog at night. He is super cute！Restaurants and supermarkets just within few minutes’ walk, I'm surprised there’s some nice vegetarian restaurants in that area. Highly recommend Grand Holiday Villa.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Hoi An! The location is perfect—tucked between the charming old town, peaceful rice fields, and just a short ride to An Bang beach. It really offers the best of all worlds. What made my experience truly special was the friendly and supportive owner. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and help with anything I needed. The atmosphere at the hostel is relaxed and inviting—perfect for meeting fellow travelers or simply unwinding after a day of exploring. The place is also very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a cozy and authentic experience in Hoi An. I’ll definitely be back!

I've been to Hoi An many times, but this is the first time I've stayed near the city center. Grand Holiday Villa is a great option —comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The staff are friendly, and while I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked very inviting. If you're looking for a place that's close to the city yet still quiet, this one is worth considering. As a bonus, it's just a short walk to the market on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, where you’ll find plenty of local flavors to enjoy.

The staff go above and beyond. The sweet receptionist is super enthusiastic and will go the extra mile to accommodate any requests or concerns you have. Room was spacious and beds are comfy! Cleaning done and fresh towels given daily. Free bikes and umbrellas which were amazing saving us lots of money, close to 2 delicious restaurants and lots of spas. 15 minutes ride from both the beach and the old town. Free filtered water is also provided.

My friend and I were in room 301 and both ended up with a couple of bed bug bites. Hope they’ve fixed that now. The room also had a bit of a damp smell, but that’s normal in slightly older buildings Vietnam.

The room was nice, as was the bathroom. It was nice to have a refrigerator in my room. The hotel had free bikes, but some of them were not that great (old brakes, weird saddle,...). But as I'm from a biking country, most bikes abroad aren't great to my standards :) The location is a bit further from the centre, but the bikeride is nice. And you can always take a grab if you don't want to bike yourself. Good deal on transport to Da Nang.

The aircon had a bit of trouble to cool the room and smelled like pee in the beginning. It was better by the end, and I mentioned it to the crew, who said they were going to check it out.

The place is in a nice side street away from any hustle and bustle. It’s a grab taxi to town and close to the rice fields. They have bikes you can take for free to cycle out. Rosie’s is a really nice place to eat as well as the vegetarian place across from there. Within 2 mins walk. The room is a good size and air con is great. Comfortable. The staff are super friendly and the pool is great for a dip. Oh and you can get a transfer from the airport for a good price

The kettle in our room was broken. It worked but you had to make sure you turned it off. There was a few bits under the bed from someone else that hadn’t been cleaned. And, it would be really good if they served breakfast. BUT don’t let any of this put you off. It’s a really nice stay

This little Hotel is an absolute Gem, tucked away from the main street, but not far away from the old town. You can get free bicycles to explore town and also the rice fields. What made our stay so special was the owner Phuc! From the minute we got in, to the moment we left, he helped us and sat down with us, if needed something. Especially when we had trouble with booking our train to Hue, he came from the city back to the hotel, even that he was put with friends and it was late in the evening. He also ended up using his own credit card to make the train booking work! He is the perfect how good service and hospitality can make a difference!

Nothing to complain.

Very nice hotel, rooms are big and clean, generous and comfortable beds. Location is just 12 min walk/2 min by Grab car from old city center. ATM TPBank is just 2 min away and plenty of nice restaurants near by. The host was very helpful with lots of info about everything (where and what to eat, to visit, to do, pickup from airport) and communication via Wassup in English was really easy Highly recommend this place!!!

Comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, nice swimming pool, room was cleaned daily and fresh towel provided, only 3 beds in my dorm room so I got a great night's sleep, en suit bathroom, some great food places nearby - especially for breakfast. Personal light and plug socket by each bed, lockers in room, curtains around beds, very good shower.

No water refill facility available so you have to buy a plastic bottle each time. Not a particularly social place. I got on well with my dorm mates, but there isn't really much opportunity to meet other travellers whilst staying here.
