This hotel was exactly what I needed. I had a bad experience at another hotel in Hoi An and booked this hotel the night before- it was the best thing I could have done! From the moment I walked in the staff were kind, helpful and more than accommodating. The room itself was amazing- clean, spacious with all the essentials needed for a fabulous stay. The hotel has free bicycles for use as it is a little further out of Hoi An Old Town- about a 20 minute walk. The breakfast was lovely- great fresh fruit, hot food and pastries to set you up for a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking from a quiet escape for the bustling streets of Hoi An while also being close enough to the action!

Everything. After three months travelling and a 15 hour bus journey stepping into Golden Holiday Hotel and Spa felt like a slice of heaven. The room was luxurious, the bed comfy and ginormous and the bathroom clean and boujie. Every morning there was a wide selection of buffet food available catering to all preferences. We also loved the bikes we could use to pedal to the old town. Unreal value for money. Kind staff. Unforgettable stay. It was also my partners birthday and they made it so special for him at no additional cost.

Our stay at the Golden Holiday Hotel & Spa was nothing short of magnificent! Upon arrival, there was a small misunderstanding (my fault), but the kindness of the receptionist made all the difference. She immediately understood the situation and found a solution right away—I couldn’t believe it! The room was spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and very quiet. Our stay happened to coincide with my best friend’s birthday, and the staff surprised us by decorating the room—such a thoughtful gesture! Breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of pancakes, croissants, cakes, and plenty of savory options. A must-try? The mango smoothie! They also arranged transfers for us to My Son and Da Nang Airport at prices more affordable than Grab. Not to mention the wonderful welcome tea they serve upon arrival and the complimentary bicycle service! A special thank you to Ms. Dzung and Mr. Thoug for making our stay unforgettable.

Our stay here was amazing! The staff were so lovely and helpful, our room was comfortable and quiet and the location was perfect. A 15 minute walk from the old town, which is bustling and busy so we enjoyed the calm of being slightly out of the fray and felt real calm coming back after busy days out. We’d recommend booking a massage with the inhouse spa and using the hotel bikes to explore the rice fields (make sure to get a coffee at roving chill house). We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Absolutely wonderful staff particularly Ms Thuy who sorted taxis spa trips gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and made bookings. The hotel staff throughout were friendly and helpful. The pool area is wonderfully relaxing rooms and beds are clean and comfortable and there are good choices for breakfasts. It is a good twenty minutes or more to walk into town and far easier to take a grab which is very cheap. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They organised the airport transfer which was seamless. The room was large and the bathroom was about the same size as the room! There were plenty of towels, robes to use. The aircon was quiet and effective. Pool was great and snacks were a reasonable price. There was so much choice at breakfast from savoury to sweet as well as made to order. The location was out of the main town but was only a 5 minute drive away, so quiet and convenient.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff were amazing, very helpful and so friendly. They looked after your every need and the attention to detail was superb. The room was lovely with all the facilities and the bed was so comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was outstanding. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend anyone to come and stay here - you won’t be disappointed. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, the room spacious and the staff was extremly friendly and helpful whenever we had questions etc. It is located a little bit outside the city-center, but the hotel provides free bikes.

The hotel was great. The only thing that could be a problem for people who are very noice sensitive, is that it lies on a bigger street. For us it was no problem because we sleep with earplugs anyway.

Location with in walking distance from old town. Push bikes available also if you are willing to brave traffic which isn’t anything like Hanoi. (Quieter) The rooms were very comfortable with English tv channels. Good aircon and ceiling fans, bathroom huge and functional comfy bed. Grab taxi available from old town within minutes if it’s been a big day. Conveniently located out of the hussel and bussel of old town which is refreshing. Buffet breakfast is more the satisfying with plenty of staff to ensure all runs smoothly.

We stayed 2 nights and we were very happy with our stay. Treatment and attention provided by the staff, especially the front desk was exceptional. They greeted us with welcome drinks and sat with us for 20 minutes to explain everything about the hotel, give recommendations for Hoi An, restaurants, shops, things to see and things to do. Things to avoid too. They also helped us organise transfers and an excursion to the Imperial city of Hue. Breakfast was very good, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was great to sleep on, the street was mostly calm and peaceful, and there was an amazing balcony. Great room service and decent laundry service.
