Was suppose to stay here 2 days, but ended up staying 8! That should tell you all that you need to know about this place. The staff here were the best that I have experienced in the Month that I have been in Vietnam. They were so helpful with tours, food places, things to do, transport and even re sowing our clothes. I will never ever forget my time here. Thank you so much Sunny, Lily, Min, Lucy, Elly, Flower and Rosie. I will never forget you all and the time I spent at Lip Lip 🫶

Nothing. It was perfect

Really excellent, quiet small hotel slightly out of Hoi An, but easy to move around from. You can rent a bike, or simple taxis will get you where you want to go. Room was really good at a very reasonable price, shower was excellent, free-flow water bottles were really appreciated in such a hot climate. The staff were truly outstanding in their desire to help and provide information and support. We would definitely stay there again the next time we go to Hoi An.

I think the room could have been cleaned one more time in our five days, but I suspect if I had got on and asked for it then it would have happened, no problem, so not a big deal.

What a lovely hotel! Receptionist Lily gave us a great introduction at arrival professionally, and so kindly with her golden smile. Her services and recommendations were on point, it made our stay in Hỏi An so much better. Another receptionist Min was also super helpful, she answered to our questions and requests perfectly to enable us to stay so comfortably. Not limited to those two angels, everyone else in this hotel was also very nice, even security guy and cleaner ladies were at same level. We could recommend this place for everyone who visit Hội An, we guarantee that. Thank you so much guys! We’ll be definitely back next time! See you again!

First impression is the receptionist is really nice and helpful. She provide us with some basic information about Hoian (where to eat, cafés, places to visit, etc). The room is really clean and modern, nothing to complain about. The location is not in the middle of the ancient town, so the surrounding area is kinda quiet at night so that's a plus for me. The pool looks cool, but we didn't use it so no comment about the cleanliness of the pool. Overall, this place is definitely bang for the buck, would definitely recommend it for my friends and family!

The only down thing is the lack of Wifi connection, but I have a 4G plan, so it's not that much of a deal.

I was concerned that this place would be too far from the center, but there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops throughout the neighborhood. They also have free bikes available so getting to town or the rice fields was an easy 10 minute ride. It was so nice to be halfway between both. The beach is also an easy bike ride away. The staff was very friendly and the place was nice and modern. There were plenty of places to chill out and relax around the property. The neighborhood was also quiet, but sometimes the guests are loud.

My only complaint is that the WiFi is very slow, even for just web browsing and impossible for working. There is a coffee shop across the street with fast Wifi though.

EVERYTHING. I cannot even explain how lovely the staff were, Sunny, Min & Lily, they could not have done enough for us and made us feel so at home. The cleaner did an immaculate job every morning and the security at night made us feel so safe. Everything about this place is unreal from the gorgeous pool area, free drink station where I learnt how to make a gorgeous coffee for myself, the amazing staff and the beautiful rooms.

Excellent stay. The room was brand new, bright, spacious and very comfortable. All amenities new and working properly (fridge, aircon wifi signal). The bed and linen in good quality and comfy. Housekeeping done every day including towel replacement so we coud enjoy clean room every day after we returned from breakfast in the town. Modern hot shower with good water pressure. We appreciated the private balcony in the room. Tiny but very clean and refreshing swimming pool on the ground floor. The elevator is additional advantage in the hotel especially for the guests staying on the higher floors or the guests with reduced mobility. Bicycles for complimentary use were very convenient and appreciated. We also like the hospitality of Mr. Huy, who let us check in early on arrival day and was very kind and responsive to our needs during our 6 days stay. Overall excellent quality for very good price. This is probably the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam and we keep it on our favourite shortlist. Warmly recommended.

There is really nothing to dislike.

Lip Lip Villa was lovely with absolutely amazing my favourite stay ever. The staff are especially wonderful and have top-notch customer service. Thanks to Min and Lily, you guys were absolutely the best and made the stay there extremely special. If we ever come back to Hoi An we will definitely stay here again. One of the highlights of our trip for sure!

The staff, special mention to the girls at the reception. Both of them were really helpful and extremely nice. The hotel itself is amazing, cleaned rooms, one of the best toilets in our stay in Vietnam. The swimming pool is also very nice, to refresh after a long walk under the sun. Location is good, with motorbike (cheap rental at the hotel) you reach the city center in 5 minutes and the beach in 10 minutes.

Really nice hotel, the staff were so lovely and kind, the spoke very good English. Sunny, Lily,Min you guys are the best! We especially love their walking tour, Bao our guide is the best guide that we could have he is so passionate about Hoi An. Would definitely recommend you join the free walking tour. Overall Hoianese is our best stay in Vietnam so far. We definitely go back again!!!
